Abstract

Etiqueta comestible separable a base de colágeno para etiquetar productos alimenticios, estando la etiqueta exenta de cualquier capa de adhesivo, y que puede adherirse al producto alimenticio a lo largo del proceso de sacrificio hasta el envasado y puede separarse intacta del producto alimenticio siempre que se desee, teniendo dicha etiqueta una relacion de hinchamiento en agua que varía de 120% s 450% y un valor de pH de 5,5 a 10,0. La presente se refiere a etiquetas comestibles separables a base de colágeno para etiquetar productos alimenticios y además a películas comestibles a base de colágeno, a un procedimiento para preparar una película comestible a base de colágeno y a un procedimiento para preparar etiquetas comestibles separables a base de colágeno a partir de películas comestibles.
