Abstract

Procedimiento de fabricacion de cápsulas o caperuzas con falda termoencogible. En este procedimiento a) se forma por extrusion un tubo extruido de materia termoplástica, que presenta, al salir de la extrusora, un diámetro D1, b) después, dicho tubo extruido de diámetro D1 se somete a un tratamiento de irradiacion, a fin de formar un tubo reticulado, c) dicho tubo reticulado, después de haberlo llevado a una temperatura por lo menos igual a una temperatura sensiblemente igual a la temperatura de fusion de su fase cristalina, se somete sucesivamente a una expansion monoaxial radial para formar un tubo expansionado de diámetro D2, luego se enfría hasta la temperatura, típicamente la temperatura ambiente, a la que se puede trocear, d) el susodicho tubo expansionado se trocea después en porciones de tubo, de longitud sensiblemente igual a la altura de las dichas cápsulas, y e) después, una cabeza se ensambla a o se forma sobre dicha porcion de tubo, a fin de obtener una cápsula o una caperuza, con falda termoencogible, economica y que presente una falda homogénea exenta de líneas de conexion axial.
