Abstract

Un proceso para la produccion de un artículo de silicalita de titanio con una forma definida que comprende los pasos de; a) preparar un gel de síntesis quecontiene una fuente de SiO2, una fuente de TiO2, un compuesto plantilla y agua; b) cristalizar del gel de síntesis bajo condiciones hidrotérmicas; c) secar lasilicalita de titanio proveniente del paso b) a una temperatura por debajo de la temperatura de descomposicion del compuesto plantilla; d) preparar una masa ala que se le puede dar forma definida que contiene el producto del paso c) un aglutinante, y un agente de formacion de pasta; e) dar forma a la masa del pasod) para formar un artículo en forma definida verde; f) opcionalmente someterlo a secado; y g) calcinar el artículo con for ma definida verde; así como unartículo de silicalita de titanio con una forma definida que se obtiene por este proceso, y el uso de este artículo con forma definida como catalizador enreacciones de epoxidacion y amoxidacion.
