Abstract

無孔質シリカ粒子、カチオン性界面活性剤、塩基性触媒、疎水部含有添加物、及びアルコールを含む水溶液を準備する準備工程、該水溶液にシリカ源を添加し、前記無孔質シリカ粒子の表面にシェル前駆体を形成するシェル前駆体形成工程、及び、該シェル前駆体から疎水部含有添加物及びカチオン性界面活性剤を除去し、多孔質のシェルを形成するシェル形成工程を含むコアシェル型多孔質シリカ粒子の製造方法。
