Abstract
Un soporte toroidal (1) comprende sectores circunferencialmente distrinuidos, cada uno de los cuales presenta un cuerpo principal sustancialmente en formade U y una placa de union (22) a ser enganchada entre una brida (24) y una contra-brida (25). La conformacion de sectores (2A, 2B) permite la creacion, durantela vulcanizacion, de un flujo de vapor que circula sobre toda la superficie del soporte toroidal a poca distancia desde la superficie interna del neumático(5), de manera que se asegura un a transmision de calor eficiente y homogénea. Para retirar el soporte toroidal (1), se extrae cada sector del neumático (5),después de desenganchar la brida (24) y la contra-brida (25), mediante un movimiento centrípeto radial combinado con oscilacio nes angulares alrededor de ejesopuestos (K, K) ubicados, cada uno de ellos, cerca de una region de hombro del neumático (5). Puede admitirse un fluido operativo bajo presion entre elneumático (5) y el soporte toroidal (1) para producir la separacion preliminar del neumático propiamente dicho. Método para retirar un soporte toroidaldesmontable de un neumático vulcanizado.
