Abstract

Se describe un ganulador de lecho fluidizado, clasificador, que comprende una cámara de granulacion, con una cámara de aire fludizante (7) con un piso delecho (10), un techo (3c), una pared extrema (3d), una entrada de alimento (5), una entrada de se milla(6), una salida (4) definida por paredes (3a, 3b) paraaire, y una salida (9) para gránulos producidos. La cámara de granulacion se divide en una seccion de aglomeracion y control de semilla (1) y una seccion degranulacion y clasificacion (2) don de dicha seccion (2) se divide en dos o más compartimientos consecutivos que presentan un diseno asimétrico. La seccion (2)puede contener planchas de tabique inclinadas (12). Además se revela un método para la granulacion en lecho fluidizado de una a limentacion en forma de solucionlechada, material fundido, emulsion, suspension o solidos, en gránulos de un tamano clasificado deseado. Las partículas de semilla de entrada reciben un tamanocontrolado en una seccion de aglomeracion y semilla con ant erioridad a la granulacion con el alimento en una seccion de granulacion y clasificacion. Laclasificacion de los gránulos se lleva a cabo en compartimientos asimétricos en la seccion de granulacion y clasificacion.
