Abstract
"GRANULADOR DE LEITO FLUIDO DE CLASSIFICAçãO, E, MéTODO PARA A GRANULAçãO EM LEITO FLUIDO". A presente invenção refere-se a um granulador de leito fluido de classificação, compreendendo uma câmara de granulação com uma câmara de ar de fluidização (7) com um piso de leito (10), um teto (3c), uma parede de extremidade (3d), uma entrada de alimentação (5), uma entrada de sementes (6), uma saída (4) definida por paredes (3a, 3b) para ar, e uma saída (9) para os grânulos produzidos. A câmara de granulação é dividida em uma seção de aglomeração e controle de sementes (1) e uma seção de granulação e classificação (2) onde a dita seção (2) é dividida em dois ou mais compartimentos consecutivos possuindo um desenho assimétrico. A seção (2) pode conter placas defletoras inclinadas (12). Adicionalmente, a presente invenção refere-se a um método para a granulação em leito fluido de uma alimentação sendo uma solução, pasta fluida, massa em fusão, emulsão, suspensão ou sólidos em grânulos de um tamanho classificado desejado. As partículas de semente de entrada recebem um tamanho controlado em uma seção de aglomeração e sementes antes de serem granuladas com a alimentação em uma seção de granulação e classificação. A classificação dos grânulos é realizada em compartimentos assimétricos na seção de granulação e classificação.
