Abstract

La presente se refiere a píldoras porosas de rápida desintegracion que contengan un principio activo, basadas en quitosán o un derivado alcalino delquitosán, obtenidas mediante un proceso de instilacion, consistente en instilar una solucion o dispersion acuosa de quitosán o un derivado alcalino delquitosán, uno o más principios activos, en su caso otras sustancias coadyuvantes, y un ácido, en un líquido refrigerante a una temperatura máxima de -5°C paraque la solucion o dispersion se solidifiqueen formas de gotas; aislar las gotas o las píldoras solidificadas; y desecarlas. La invencion se refiere asimismo ala utilizacion de las píldoras para la elaboracion de un medicamento o una sustancia de diagnostico.
