Abstract

Proceso para obtener composiciones detergentes en partículas para lavado de ropa y vajilla, con buenas propiedades estéticas, fluidez, solubilidad ydistribucion en el agua de lavado. Partículas obtenibles con dicho proceso y composicion detergente que las comprende. El proceso comprende seleccionarparticulas detergentes base con un diámetro medio geométrico (DMG) de 500 a 2500 micrones en una mezcladora de moderada a baja velocidad, adhiriendo activosdetergentes con un DGM no mayor al 40% del DGM de las partículas detergente base, y que comprende un activo seleccionado de perfumes, enzimas,fotoblanqueadorescatalizadores, polímeros de liberacion de suciedad, supresores de espuma, blanqueadores y silicatos estratificados. También se puede agregar un aglutinante. Seincluye las partículas obtenibles con dicho proceso y la composicion detergente que las comprende. La densidad global de las partículas es de 200 a 1500 g/l.Se obtienen buena fluidez, distribucion y uniformidad de color y tamano de partículas. Obtencion de composiciones detergentes para diversos usos (lavanderia ovajilla), obteniéndose las propiedades de las partículas sin un control riguroso de las condiciones de operacion. Las partículas pueden comprender un unicocomponente o ser una premezcla. Y obtenidas por aspersion, aglomerados o extrudado.
