Abstract

En un procedimiento para la fabricacion de un compuesto para neumáticos que comprende una base polimérica, sílice y un agente aglutinante de la sílice, enun dispositivo mezclador discontínuo se elabora una mezcla que comprende los materiales citadosjuntamente con varios componentes, controlando contínuamenteque las curvas de potencia distribuida, de la energía absorbida y de la temperatura en el interior del mezclador se incluyan dentro de un rango de valorespredeterminados, a fin de evitar ob ien reducir de manera sustancial las verificaciones sistemáticas sobre el compuesto final, preliminares para la aprobacionde la reproduccion del producto y del procedimiento. Asimismo, el procedimiento prevé controlar el desarrollo de las curvasde p otencia y de temperaturamediante la regulacion del numero de revoluciones de los rotores y los movimientos de un piston, que se encuentra en el dispositivo, en un sentido o en sentidoopuesto contra la mezcla en elaboracion, a fin de mantenerlos pará metros de proceso de mezcla dentro de los valores determinados del rango.Se describen también el compuesto de goma y el neumático cuya banda de rodadura contiene dicho compuesto.
