Abstract

El proceso por lotes para producir una poliamida por reaccion de una mezcla que contiene al menos un aminonitrilo, y opcionalmente monomeros utiles parala produccion de poliamidas, con agua, comprende los siguientes pasos: (I) hacer reaccionar lame zcla con agua a una temperatura entre 90 y 400sC y una presionentre 0,1 y 35 x 10(6) Pa para obtener una mezcla reaccionante; (2) hacer reaccionar luego la mezcla reaccionante a una temperatura entre 150 y 400sC y unapresion menor que la presiondel paso 1, seleccionándose la temperatura y la presion de manera de obtener una primera fase gaseosa y una primera fase líquidao una primera fase solida o una mezcla de primera fase solida y primera fase líquida, y la primera fase gaseosa se separade l a primera fase líquida o solida ode la mezcla de primera fase líquida y primera fase solida; y (3) mezclar la primera fase líquida o la primera fase solida o la mezcla de primera fase líquiday primera fase solida con una fase gaseosa o líquidaque co ntiene agua a una temperatura entre 150 y 370sC y una presion entre 0,1 y 30 x 10(6) Pa para obteneruna mezcla de productos, en donde el paso (I) se lleva a cabo en presencia de un catalizador ácido de Bronsted seleccionado entre uncatalizador debet a-zeolita, un catalizador de silicato en láminas o un catalizador de lecho fijo que consiste esencialmente en TIO conteniendo entre 70 y 100% en peso deanatasa y entre 0 y 30% en peso de rutilo y en donde hasta el 40% en peso deldioxido de titanio p uede sustituirse por oxido de tungsteno, y los pasos (2) y(3) pueden llevarse a cabo en prsencia de este catalizador.
