Abstract

Se provee un producto hidrocoloidal que tiene características de dispersabilidad y humectabilidad mejoradas, mediante mezcla en seco en estadocaliente de partículas de polvo hidrocoloidal, con agente tensoactivo fundido, no ionico normalmentesolido. El estado de mezcla seco está a unatemperatura superior a la temperatura de fusion del agente tensoactivo no ionico solido. Después de mezclar apropiadamente, la mezcla resultantede partículas en polvo recubiertas con agente tensoactivo esextruida para producir gránulos de la mezcla de agente tensoactivo no ionico hidrocoloidal,cuyos gránulos se enfrían por debajo de la temperatura de fusion del agente tensoactivo no ionico para proveer un producto hidrocoloidal fácilmentehumectable,rápidamen te dispersable en agua.
