Abstract
Un procedimiento de síntesis de hidrocarburos en suspension con reducido agotamiento de catalizador se logra inyectando un gas de síntesis que comprendeuna mezcla de H2 y CO hacia arriba en una suspension reactivo con una rejilla de distribucion de gas que tiene inyectores de gas dispuestos horizontalmente através y pasantes verticalmente a través de una placa que de lo contrario sería impermeable a gases y líquidos. Los inyectores tienen una garganta con unorificio reductor de presion de gas enun extremo, que es el extremo inferior y la entrada de gas, y desembocando el otro extremo en un cono abierto en el queel gas ascendente contacta la suspension. Un elemento de desviacion de flujo en los inyectores evita que la suspension ingrese a la garganta y sea agotada. Losinyectores de gas no sobresalen por la superficie superior de la placa y el espacio plano es eliminado por medio de rellenos angulares, para evitar laacumulacion de solidos sobre la bandeja.
