Abstract

Preparacion líquida antiácida libre de conservadores para uso gastrointestinal, que mantiene su pH estable durante su vida de almacenamiento,posee resistencia superior frente al ataque microbiano y propiedades mejoradas de sabor, lacu al comprende: a) aproximadamente 2% a aproximadamente 40% p/v decarbonato de calcio; b) una cantidad de uno o más agentes ajustadores de pH capaces de mantener la preparacion antiácida a un pH mayor de aprosimadamente9.0; y c) opcionalmente,uno o más de otros excipientes farmacéuticamente aceptables, en un vehículo acuos; en donde el pH de la preparacion líquidaantiácida es mayor de aproximadamente 9.0.
