Abstract
Un compuesto derivado de 2,3-dihidrofuro [3,2-b]piridina que responde a la formula general (I), en la cual R1 representa un átomo de hidrogeno, un grupo(C1-C6)alquilo o un grupo fenil (C1-C4)alquilo, R2 representa unátomo de hidrogeno o ungr upo (C1-C6)alquilo, y R3, R4 y R5 representan cada uno,independientemente uno de otro, un átomo de hidrogeno o de halogeno o un grupo trifluorometilo, ciano, hidroxi, (C1-C6)alquilo o (C1-C6)alcoxi; y unmedicamento y una composicion faramcéuticaque lo comprenden. Estos compuestos pueden ser utilizados en el tratamiento o la prevencion de los desordenesrelacionados con una disfuncion de los receptores nicotínicos, sobre todo al nivel del sistema nervioso central o del sistemagastrointestin al.
