Abstract
Goma de mascar que comprende: (a) uno o más elastomeros, edulcorantes y saborizantes y (b) una cantidad de un aditivo de isomalta granulado que tieneun tamano de partícula de más de 0,300 mm de manera tal que el aditivo proporciona uncr ujido a la goma de mascar. Un proceso para la preparacion deun producto de goma de mascar que comprende: a) preparar un aditivo de isomalta granulando isomalta solida a un tamano de partícula superior a 0,3mm y b) mezclar una cantidadefect ti va que produce crujido del aditivo dentro del producto de goma de mascar. Un aditivo de isomalta granulado paraproporcionar crujido a una goma de mascar, el aditivo de isomalta preparado mediante un proceso donde la isomalta secalienta a u na temperatura superior a130°C, se enfría para formar un producto de isomalta solido y se granula a un tamano de partícula superior a 0,300 mm.
