Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una composición de goma de mascar de bajas calorías y alto contenido de base con intensidad de sabor y duración mejorada que comprende: a) una base de goma en una cantidad de entre aproximadamente 50 a aproximadamente 90 por ciento en peso de la composición; b) un aceite de sabor desterpenado, c) un edulcorante intenso en una cantidad de entre aproximadamente 0.01 por ciento y aproximadamente 3.0 por ciento en peso de la composición y d) un agente de voluminosidad en una cantidad de entre 10 y 40 por ciento en peso de la composición. Un método para preparar una composición de goma de mascar de bajas calorías y alto contenido de base con intensidad de sabor mejorada y duración mejorada que comprende: a) mezclar la base de goma de mascar de PVA suave derretida con un agente edulcorante de voluminosidad hasta que se forma una mezcla uniforme; b) mezclar los materiales de relleno o carga y colorantes opcionales hasta que se forme una mezcla uniforme; c) mezclar en edulcorante intenso artificial hasta que se forme una mezcla uniforme; d) mezclar lentamente un aceite de sabor desterpenado; e) mezclar hasta que se forme una masa homogenea y f) enfriar la mezcla resultante para formar una goma de mascar y recuperar el producto.
