Abstract

Se relaciona asimismo con un dispositivo electrooptico compacto (3) para la medicion de la potencia optica operativa (P) de un cable de fibra optica(2), que presenta una entrada optica (5) y una salida optica (7), así como una entrada eléctrica (9) y una salida eléctrica (11), siendo del tipo quecomprende un circuito de medicion de la potencia optica (20) con una entrada (19) conectada a la entrada optica (5) y una salida (21) conectada a la salidaeléctrica (11). El dispositivo de medicion (3) comprende además un separador optico (15) conectado entre la entrada optica (5) y la salida optica (7). Elseparador optico (15) presenta una salida secundaria (16) conectada, a través de un detector electrooptico (17), a un circuito de medicion de la potenciaoptica (20) y separa, sobre la salida secundaria (16) una fraccion (Ptx) de la potencia optica operativa (P) de acuerdo con una relacion de particion (RR)predeterminada. La fraccion (Ptx) de la potencia optica operativa es procesada por el circuito de medicion de la potencia optica (20) y es presentada a lasalida (21) del circuito de medicion.
