Se relaciona con un procedimiento para la fabricación catalítica de derivados de N-acilglicina de la fórmula general (III), en la cual R eshidrógeno, un grupo carboxilo, un radical alquilo (C1-C10) saturado, de cadena lineal ramificada o cíclico, un radical alquenilo (C2-C10) una o variasveces insaturado, de cadena lineal, ramificada o cíclico, un radical arilo (C6-C8), un radical heteroarilo (C6-C18), un radical alquil (C1-C10)- arilo(C6-C18), un radical alquil (C1-C10)-heteroarilo (C6-C18), o un radical alquenil (C2-C10)-arilo (C6-C18) eventualmente varias veces insaturado, dondeuno o varios radicales -CH2- pueden estar sustituidos por C=O o -O-; R es hidrógeno, un radical alquilo (C1-C26) saturado, de cadena lineal, ramificada ocíclico, un radical alquenilo (C2-C24) una o varias veces insaturado, de cadena lineal, ramificada o cíclico, un radical arilo (C6-C18), un radicalalquil (C1-C10)-arilo (C6-C18) o un radical alquenil (C2-C10)-arilo (C6-C18) eventualmente varias veces insaturado; y R es hidrógeno, un radical alquilo(C1-C26) saturado, de cadena lineal, ramificada o cíclico, un radical alquenilo (C2-C23) una o varias veces insaturado, de cadena lineal, ramificadao cíclico, un radical arilo (C6-C18), un radical alquil (C1-C10)-arilo (C6-C18) o un radical alquenil (C2-C10)-arilo (C6-C18) eventualmente varias vecesinsaturado, donde R, R y R pueden estar eventualmente sustituidos, donde se carbonila una amida de ácidocarboxílico de la fórmula general (II), dondeR y R tienen los significados indicados anteriormente, con un aldehído de la fórmula RCHO, donde R tiene el significado indicado anteriormente, enpresencia de un disolvente, un compuesto de paladio, unhalogenuro iónico y un ácido como catalizador a una temperatura entre 20 y 200*C y una presión de
