Abstract

Un promotor que comprende la secuencia de ADN de un promotor del gen de la cisteínproteasa de la colza de clase 1, 2 o 6. El promotor puede ser usado enun sistema de expresión para por lo menos el o los tejidos de una plántula en germinación o ungrano o planta en desarrollo (por ejemplo en la raíz,cotiledones, hojas y tallo). En una realización preferida, el sistema de expresión comprende un gen de interrupción fusionado a un promotor acorde conla presente invención.
