Abstract
Se describe una región de unión a la matriz o soporte nuclear aislada de un gen del tabaco y un método para producir células recombinantes que poseenniveles aumentados de expresión de los genes extranos contenidos en las mismas. El métodocomprend e la transformación de una célula con una construcción deADN que comprende, en la dirección 5 a 3, una región de iniciación de la transcripción, un gen estructural ubicado hacia el extremo 3 con respecto a laregión de iniciación de latranscripc ión y que está asociado operativamente con la misma y la región de unión al soporte nuclear de la SEQ ID N° 1 ubicadahacia el extremo 5 con respecto a dicha región de iniciación de la transcripción o bien, hacia el extremo 3con respecto a dicho gen estructural.También se discuten las construcciones de ADN y los vectoes empleados para llevar a cabo el método recién mencionado.
