Un procedimiento para la formación de un material de confitería que contiene grasa, extruído, que comprende alimentar el mismo a un dispositivo deextrusión y aplicar presión al material, en una forma sustancialmente sólida o semi sólida,n o vaciable o no fluible, corriente arriba de una constricciónde flujo por lo que la temperatura, la presión, la relación de contracción y la velocidad de extrusión son tales que el material de confitería que contienegrasa es extruídosustancialmente isotérmicamente, y permanece en una forma sustancialmente sólida o semi sólida, no vaciable o no fluíble, y la cualtiene una flexibilidad o plasticidad temporal caracterizado porque mientras que el producto exhibe laflexibilidad temporal, el mismo es moldeadopor compresión, comprimido o deformado a la forma deseada
