Se describen bifenilamidas de la fórmula general (I), así como sus sales A = fórmulas (II), donde R1 = F; R2 = H, halógeno, alquilo, CF3, alcoxi,alquiltio; R3 = Cl, CF3 ; R4 = H, CH3; R5 = Cl, CH3, CHF2, CF3; R6 = CH3, CHF2, CF3, así como las composiciones que contienen (I), la obtención de (I) y de lascomposiciones, así como el uso de ambas para combatir hongos nocivos para las plantas.
