Abstract

Productos intermedios para la preparacion de las mismas, productos pesticidas que las contienen y procedimientos para combatir hongos nocivos y pestes animales, valiéndose de los compuestos segun la presente. Reivindicacion 1: Piridinas 2- sustituidas de la formula (1), en la que el índice y los sustituyentes tienen los significados siguientes: X1, X2: uno de los miembros de anillo, respectivamente, significa N, el otro significa C-H- o C-halogeno; Y significa un grupo -CH-R1-, -N-R1- , -O- o -S-; R1, R2 significan, independientemente, C1-8-alquilo, C2-8-alquenilo, C2-8-alquinilo, C3-6-cicloalquilo, C3-6-halogenocicloalquilo, pudiendo R1 y R2 a su vez estar parcialmente o completamente halogenados o llevar uno a cuatro grupos Rv; Rv significa ciano, C1-6-alquilo, C3-6-cicloalquilo, C4-6-cicloalquenilo, hidroxi, C1-6-alcoxi, C2-8-alqueniloxi, C2-8-alquiniloxi, C3-6-cicloalquiloxi, C4-6-cicloalqueniloxi, C1-6-alquiltio, -C(=O)-A, -C(=O)-O-A, -C(=O)-N(A')A, C(A')(=N-OA), N(A')A, N(A')-C(=O)-A, N(A'')-C(=O)-N(A')A, S(=O)m-A, S(=O)m-O-A o S(=O)m-N(A')A o fenilo, pudiendo la parte de fenilo llevar uno a tres radicales seleccionados del grupo: halogeno, C1-6-alquilo, C2-6-alquenilo, C2-6-alquinilo, C3-6-cicloalquilo, C1- 6-halogenoalquilo, C1-6-alcoxi, ciano, nitro, -C(=O)-A, -C(=O)-O-A, -C(=O)-N(A')A, C(A')(=N-OA), N(A')A; R1 puede significar, adicionalmente, hidrogeno; R1 y R2 también pueden formar junto con el átomo de nitrogeno o de carbono, al que están unidos, un anillo saturado o no saturado de cinco o seis miembros, que puede estar interrumpido por un grupo éter-(-O-), carbonilo-(C=O)-; tio-(-S-), sulfoxilo-(-S[=O]-) o sulfenilo-(-SO2-) u otro grupo amino-(-N(Ra)- adicional, donde Ra significa hidrogeno o C1-6-alquilo, y/o contener uno o varios sustituyentes del grupo: halogeno, C1-6-alquilo, C1-6-halogenoalquilo y oxi-C1-3-alqueniloxi; donde R1, R2 tienen, preferentemente, los significados siguientes: R1, R2 significan, independientemente, C1-6- alquilo, C2-6-alquenilo, C2-6-alquinilo, C3-6-cicloalquilo, C3-6-halogenocicloalquilo, pudiendo los grupos alifáticos de las definiciones de los radicales R1 y R2 a su vez estar parcialmente o completamente halogenados o llevar uno a cuatro grupos Rv; R4 significa un heterociclo mono o bicíclico, saturado, parcialmente insaturado o aromático de cinco o seis miembros, que contiene uno a cuatro heteroátomos del grupo O, N o S, que a su vez puede estar parcialmente o completamente halogenado o llevar uno a cuatro grupos Ru;
