Abstract

La invención se refiere a un proceso de mejoramiento de la salud, viabilidad, ganancia acumulativa de peso o eficiencia de conversión de alimentoen aves de corral. El proceso comprende administrar a las aves de corral un material dealt o contenido en humedad, que comprende agua y material seco,antesde permitir comer a las mismas alimento seco ad libitum, comprendiendo dicho material de alto contenido en humedad por lo menos 50% por peso de agua, y porlo menos 8% por peso decarb ohidratos digeribles, y por lo menos 7% por peso de una fuente de aminoácidos, basados en el peso de material de alto contenido dehumedad. El material se administra a aves de corral eclosionadas dentro de los primeros cinco días luego deeclosionado s. El material de alto contenido dehumedad se puede administrar a las aves de corral colocándolo junto a las mismas para que puedan consumirlo antes del traslado a otro sitio de eclosión odespués del tratado de las aves. Con elprocedimiento de la presente invención se logra aumentar las tasas de eclosión de aves de corral, las cuales son degran importancia económica. Por medio del proceso de la presente invención se administra un material que proporciona nutrientes,vitaminas, minerale s,enzimas péptidos, agentes inmunoactivos, etc. La invención se refiere también al material de alto contenido de humedad para administrar en dicho proceso.
