背景技术
鸽子在我国作为家禽饲喂,发展迅猛,逐步成为特禽养殖业中的热门产业,现在,鸽子已经成为继鸡、鸭、鹅之后的第四大家禽类型。传统鸽子养殖喂料是将玉米、小麦、大米、大麦、豌豆、蚕豆、绿豆等原粮喂料按一定的比例混合后直接饲喂,维生素和矿物质等部分喂料溶于水中饲喂,传统鸽子养殖模式考虑的是鸽子的生长速率、喂料的利用率以及鸽子生长所需的营养,但是,鸽子的饲喂方法对鸽子的肉质有很大的影响,一般方法养殖出的鸽子的肉质比较松散、不够鲜嫩,故需要一种鸽子的喂料及其饲喂方法,使养殖出的鸽子的肉质鲜嫩可口、富有弹性。

鉴以此,本发明提出一种椰子鸽的喂料及其饲喂方法,养殖出的鸽子的肉质鲜嫩可口、富有弹性。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种椰子鸽的喂料,包括以下物料:
(1)椰子预混料,包括以下重量份的原料:椰子粉8~15份、小麦7~13份、豌豆55~70份、磷酸氢钙0.5~1.6份、贝壳粉2~3.5份、大豆油1~3份、峰蛋鸽预混料2~10份、硫酸亚铁0.5~2份、硫酸锰0.5~2份、硫酸锌0.5~2份、蛋氨酸0.5~2份、益生菌0.5~2份、食盐0.1~0.8份、维生素E 0.01~0.03份;
(2)基础料,包括以下重量份的原料:玉米36~52份、豌豆30~43份、小麦5~17份、高粱2~10份、磷酸氢钙0.5~1.6份、食盐0.1~0.8份、赖氨酸0.03~0.12份、蛋氨酸0.06~0.18份、维生素0.02~0.1份、贝壳粉1.8~3.5份、大豆油0.5~1.5份、微量矿物元素0.13~0.28份;
(3)乳酸菌水,包括以下重量份的原料:椰子粉2.5~4.1份、乳酸菌3~5份、红糖6~15份、水290~350份。

(1)椰子预混料,包括以下重量份的原料:椰子粉10份、小麦10份、豌豆63.85份、磷酸氢钙0.93份、贝壳粉2.7份、大豆油2份、峰蛋鸽预混料5份、硫酸亚铁1份、硫酸锰1份、硫酸锌1份、蛋氨酸1份、益生菌1份、食盐0.5份、维生素E0.02份;
(2)基础料,包括以下重量份的原料:玉米44.53份、豌豆35份、小麦10份、高粱5份、磷酸氢钙0.93份、食盐0.41份、赖氨酸0.07份、蛋氨酸0.11份、维生素0.05份、贝壳粉2.7份、大豆油1份、微量矿物元素0.2份;
(3)乳酸菌水,包括以下重量份的原料:椰子粉3.2份、乳酸菌4份、红糖10份、水320份。
进一步的,椰子预混料的制备方法为:按重量份比,先将小麦和豌豆粉碎,然后加入椰子粉、磷酸氢钙、贝壳粉、大豆油、峰蛋鸽预混料、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锰、硫酸锌、蛋氨酸、益生菌、食盐、维生素E,混匀并制成直径为2.8~3.3mm,长为8~10mm的颗粒。

(2)基础料,包括以下重量份的原料:玉米52份、豌豆43份、小麦17份、高粱10份、磷酸氢钙1.6份、食盐0.8份、赖氨酸0.12份、蛋氨酸0.18份、维生素0.1份、贝壳粉3.5份、大豆油1.5份、微量矿物元素0.28份;
(3)乳酸菌水,包括以下重量份的原料:椰子粉4.1份、乳酸菌5份、红糖15份、水350份。
实施例3
一种椰子鸽的喂料,包括以下物料:
(1)椰子预混料,包括以下重量份的原料:椰子粉10份、小麦10份、豌豆63.85份、磷酸氢钙0.93份、贝壳粉2.7份、大豆油2份、峰蛋鸽预混料5份、硫酸亚铁1份、硫酸锰1份、硫酸锌1份、蛋氨酸1份、益生菌1份、食盐0.5份、维生素E0.02份;
(2)基础料,包括以下重量份的原料:玉米44.53份、豌豆35份、小麦10份、高粱5份、磷酸氢钙0.93份、食盐0.41份、赖氨酸0.07份、蛋氨酸0.11份、维生素0.05份、贝壳粉2.7份、大豆油1份、微量矿物元素0.2份;
(3)乳酸菌水,包括以下重量份的原料:椰子粉3.2份、乳酸菌4份、红糖10份、水320份。
上述实施例1~3的喂料的制备方法为:
(1)椰子预混料的制备方法为:按重量份比,先将小麦和豌豆粉碎,然后加入椰子粉、磷酸氢钙、贝壳粉、大豆油、峰蛋鸽预混料、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锰、硫酸锌、蛋氨酸、益生菌、食盐、维生素E,混匀并制成直径为2.8~3.3mm,长为8~10mm的颗粒。
(2)基础料的制备方法为:按重量份比,先将磷酸氢钙、食盐、赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、维生素、贝壳粉、大豆油、微量矿物元素混和均匀,再加入玉米、豌豆、小麦、高粱,混合均匀。
(3)乳酸菌水的制备方法为:按重量份比,将原料混匀后在密闭容器中发酵,温度为25~30℃,时长为5天。
(4)椰子粉的制备方法为:先将新鲜、干净的椰子肉切成2~4mm的肉片,然后用破壁机粉碎至300目以下,再喷雾干燥,最后用研磨机研磨至粒径为3~4μm的粉末,得到椰子粉。
上述实施例1~3的饲喂方法为:将基础料和预混料以9:1的比例混匀后供鸽子自由采食,乳酸菌水每天下午2:00~5:00之间按饮水量的4%加入饮水中供鸽子饮用。
对比例1
本对比例与实施例3的区别在于,喂料中包括以下物料:
(1)椰子预混料,包括以下重量份的原料:椰子粉30份、小麦10份、豌豆63.85份、磷酸氢钙5份、贝壳粉2.7份、大豆油5份、峰蛋鸽预混料5份、硫酸亚铁5份、硫酸锰5份、硫酸锌5份、蛋氨酸5份、益生菌10份、食盐0.5份、维生素E 0.5份;
(2)基础料,包括以下重量份的原料:玉米44.53份、豌豆50份、小麦20份、高粱5份、磷酸氢钙2份、食盐0.41份、赖氨酸0.07份、蛋氨酸5份、维生素0.05份、贝壳粉10份、大豆油1份、微量矿物元素2份;
(3)乳酸菌水,包括以下重量份的原料:椰子粉10份、乳酸菌10份、红糖10份、水320份。
对比例2
本对比例与实施例3的区别在于,喂料中的乳酸菌水替换为市售EM菌液。
对比例3
本对比例与实施例3的区别在于,喂料中的椰子预混料和乳酸菌水的原料中都不含椰子粉。
将本发明的实施例1~3和对比例1~3得到的鸽肉进行品质测试,测试结果如下:
邀请60位品评员对鸽肉的感官品质进行监评,实施例1~3和对比例1~3依次分为6组,每组10位品评员,以肉眼观察、闻味道、触摸为主,对产品色泽、气味、组织状态进行感官评定,每位品评员在品评样品时要独立进行,不可相互讨论,记录中要写清每个样品的特征。并记录成绩,计算品评员各项平均分以及平均总分,进行结果分析。鸽肉感官品质评分标准如下表:

通过本发明饲喂方法所得鸽子的肉质富有弹性、鲜嫩紧致,肌肉鲜红、光泽明亮,具有新鲜鸽子肉特有的气味,本发明将椰子粉加入到椰子预混料的配制中,结合维生素、氨基酸、微量元素和益生菌,搭配小麦、豌豆、峰蛋鸽预混料和大豆油,科学配比来饲喂鸽子,使其获得了生长所需的营养,并且肉质得到很大改善,同时每天下午2:00~5:00之间按饮水量的4%给鸽子饲喂乳酸菌水,改善了鸽子的肠道消化,提高了鸽子的免疫力和活跃度,并在适宜的时间段补充了椰子粉的食入量,从而进一步提高了肉质的弹性。对比例1所得鸽子的肉质整体一般,原因是椰子粉的过量食用以及各种营养成分的过量摄入会使鸽子增重过快,活跃度降低,从而对肉质造成消极影响;对比例2所得鸽子的肉质整体一般,原因是喂料中的乳酸菌水替换为市售EM菌液,未加入椰子粉,鸽子未在适当的时间里食入适量的椰子粉,肉质没有得到进一步改善;对比例3所得鸽子的肉质整体较差,原因是喂料中未加入椰子粉,鸽子虽然获得了生长所需的营养,但是肉质并未改善。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种椰子鸽的喂料,其特征在于:包括以下物料:
(1)椰子预混料,包括以下重量份的原料:椰子粉8~15份、小麦7~13份、豌豆55~70份、磷酸氢钙0.5~1.6份、贝壳粉2~3.5份、大豆油1~3份、峰蛋鸽预混料2~10份、硫酸亚铁0.5~2份、硫酸锰0.5~2份、硫酸锌0.5~2份、蛋氨酸0.5~2份、益生菌0.5~2份、食盐0.1~0.8份、维生素E 0.01~0.03份;
(2)基础料,包括以下重量份的原料:玉米36~52份、豌豆30~43份、小麦5~17份、高粱2~10份、磷酸氢钙0.5~1.6份、食盐0.1~0.8份、赖氨酸0.03~0.12份、蛋氨酸0.06~0.18份、维生素0.02~0.1份、贝壳粉1.8~3.5份、大豆油0.5~1.5份、微量矿物元素0.13~0.28份;
(3)乳酸菌水,包括以下重量份的原料:椰子粉2.5~4.1份、乳酸菌3~5份、红糖6~15份、水290~350份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种椰子鸽的喂料,其特征在于:包括以下物料:
(1)椰子预混料,包括以下重量份的原料:椰子粉10份、小麦10份、豌豆63.85份、磷酸氢钙0.93份、贝壳粉2.7份、大豆油2份、峰蛋鸽预混料5份、硫酸亚铁1份、硫酸锰1份、硫酸锌1份、蛋氨酸1份、益生菌1份、食盐0.5份、维生素E0.02份;
(2)基础料,包括以下重量份的原料:玉米44.53份、豌豆35份、小麦10份、高粱5份、磷酸氢钙0.93份、食盐0.41份、赖氨酸0.07份、蛋氨酸0.11份、维生素0.05份、贝壳粉2.7份、大豆油1份、微量矿物元素0.2份;
(3)乳酸菌水,包括以下重量份的原料:椰子粉3.2份、乳酸菌4份、红糖10份、水320份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种椰子鸽的喂料,其特征在于:所述椰子预混料的制备方法为:按重量份比,先将小麦和豌豆粉碎,然后加入椰子粉、磷酸氢钙、贝壳粉、大豆油、峰蛋鸽预混料、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锰、硫酸锌、蛋氨酸、益生菌、食盐、维生素E,混匀并制成直径为2.8~3.3mm,长为8~10mm的颗粒。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种椰子鸽的喂料,其特征在于:所述基础料的制备方法为:按重量份比,先将磷酸氢钙、食盐、赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、维生素、贝壳粉、大豆油、微量矿物元素混和均匀,再加入玉米、豌豆、小麦、高粱,混合均匀。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种椰子鸽的喂料,其特征在于:所述乳酸菌水的制备方法为:按重量份比,将原料混匀后在密闭容器中发酵,温度为25~30℃,时长为5天。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种椰子鸽的喂料,其特征在于:所述椰子粉的制备方法为:先将新鲜、干净的椰子肉切成2~4mm的肉片,然后用破壁机粉碎至300目以下,再喷雾干燥,最后用研磨机研磨至粒径为3~4μm的粉末,得到椰子粉。
7.一种椰子鸽的饲喂方法,其特征在于:采用权利要求1~5任一项椰子鸽的喂料进行饲喂,将基础料和预混料以9:1的比例混匀后供鸽子自由采食,乳酸菌水每天下午2:00~5:00之间按饮水量的4%加入饮水中供鸽子饮用。
