Abstract
El proceso incluye la preparación de una suspensión que comprende una composición alcalina de reducción de SO(x) y adicionalmente una composición quecontiene nitrógeno efectiva para reducir NO(x), la suspensión se introduce en los gases de lacombustión a una temperatura definida. Los gases se refrigerany se someten a un tratamiento secundario, en el que se humidifican primero y luego se refrigeran mediante introducción de una pulverización de agua oaerosol. Los sólidos en partículasse separan entonces de los gases con un filtro de tela. Los gases limpios se recalientan por el intercambiador de calorde gas-a-gas antes de descargarlos a la atmósfera. Se consiguen reducciones de SO(x) de más del 80%, preferentemente de 90 a95%.
