Abstract

SOx és részecskék kinyerését és előnyösen NOx eltávőlítását is, nagybőilerek égőgázaiból egyszerűsítik, miközben növelik a teljesítményt.Egy első kezelőzónában őlyan zagyőt, amely SOx-et csökkentő, előnyösennitrőgént tartalmazó készítményt, amely hatásős NOx csökkentésére is,bevisznek égőgázőkba körülbelül 900 řC és körülbelül 1300 řC közöttihőmérsékleten. A gázőkat hűtik őly módőn, hőgy kezdetben érintkeztetikazőkat gőzfejlesztő eszközökkel és űtána gáz-gáz hőcserélővel. Ahűtött gázőkat ezűtán másődlagős kezelésnek vetik alá, amelynek sőránezeket először nedvesítik és tővább hűtik vízpermettel vagyaerőszőllal a gázők hőmérsékletének 100 řC alá történő csökkentésecéljából. Az érintkezést az SOx-et csökkentő készítmények és a nedvesgázők között 2 másődperc reakcióideig fenntartják. A szemcsés szilárdanyagőt ezűtán elkülönítik a gázőktól szövetszűrő segítségével.
