Abstract
Se presentan compuestos microsatelitales utilizados como iniciadores autoanclantes para la exploración de genomas con el fin de detectarpolimorfismos genéticos. Los iniciadores microsatelitales compuestos preferidos son iniciadores dinucleotídicos compuestos perfectos, en los que los paresdinucleotídicos adyacentes contienen un nucleótido común que está en fase a través de la unión del compuesto. En una realización práctica, estosiniciadores compuestos en fase han sido adaptados a otros métodos conocidos de idintificación, incluyendo variaciones de Iso ensayos AFLP.
