제1도는 일본쇄(single stranded) DNA 단편에 대한 본 발명의 방법예를 단계적으로 도식화한 것이다, 제2도는 이본쇄(double stranded) 게놈 DNA에 대한 본 발명의 방법예를 단계적으로 도식화한 것이다.
Claims (1)
- a)샘플로 부터 핵산 단편을 분리하고, b)일본쇄 타겟 핵산을 제조하며, c)과량의 데옥시누클레오사이드트리포스페이트 (이것중 최소한 하나는 치환됨), 5'→3' 엑소누클레아제 활성이 없는 DNA 중합효소, 타겟 서열의 일본쇄에 상보적인 하나 이상의 프라이머 및 이본쇄에 특이적인 5'→3'엑소누클레아제를 포함한 반응 혼합물을상기 타겟 서열 샘플에 부가하고, d)이 반응 혼합물을 반응 생성물을 생성시키기에 충분한 시간동안 일본쇄 단편과 반응시키며, e)생성된 반응 생성물의 존재를 검출하는 단계들로 구성된, 샘플내 타겟 핵산 서열의 증폭방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
