Abstract

POLIURETANI SA POBOLJŠANIM FIZIČKIM OSOBINAMA, u jednom aspektu pronalaska je fleksibilna poliuretanska pena dobijena iz formulacije koja obuhvata (1) organski poliizocijanat, (2) izocijanatno-reaktivno jedinjenje (3) katalizator i (4) sredstvo za stabilizaciju pene. Sredstva za stabilizaciju pene mogu biti (a) dihidrogen fosfati i polifosfati alkalnog metala, (b) sulfati alkalnog metala, (c) aluminijum sulfati, fosfati, polifosfati, borati i alkanoati, (d) amonijum sulfati, fosfati, polifosfati, borati i alkanoati, (e) kiseli hloridi ili njihove smeše. Poželjno, izocijantano-reaktivno jedinjenje ima prosečnu nominalnu funkcionalnost veću ili jednaku 3 i formulacija se tretira pri izocijanatnom indeksu od 80 do 130, poželjno 85 do 100. U drugom aspektu pronalaska je pena dobijena od slične formulacije koristeći istu izocijanatno reaktivnu komponentu relativno visoke funkcional-nosti i smanjenog indeksa ali bez sredstva za stabilizaciju pene. Prednosti pronalaska su poboljšana preradivost i fizičke osobine uključujući jačinu rasturanja, otpornost cepanju i sposobnost vraćanja u prvobitni položaj, čak kada formulacije sadrže vodu kao jedino sredstvo za stabilizaciju pene.
