Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA DOBIJANJE 4-SUPSTITUISANIH-1,4-DIHIDROPIRIDINA. Postupak za dobijanje jedinjenja koje ima formulu I: u kojoj je Ar odabrano od Ra je odabran od: R1 i R2 su nezavisno odabrani od: a) C1-C8-alkil, b) C3-C8-cikloalkil, c) C2-C5-alkenil, d) C1-C4-aralkil, e) C2-C4-aralkenil, f) -C1-C5-alkil NR8R9, g) -C1-C4-alkil-O-C1-C4-alkil, h) -C1-C4-alkil ONO2, gde je C1-C4 aralkil odabran od C1-C4 alkil supstituisanog jednom ili dva puta sa grupom odabranom od: fenil i naftil; gde je C2-C4 aralkenil odabran od C2-C4 alkenil supstituisanog jednom do dva puta sa grupom odabranom od: fenil i naftil; R3 je odabrano od: a) C1-C8-alkil, b) C3-C8-cikloalkil, c) (CH2)n-R12, i d) vodonika; R4 je odabran od: a) C1-C8-alkil, b) C3-C8-cikloalkil, c) (CH2)n-R12, i d) vodonika; R5, R6, i R7 su nezavisno odabrani od: a) vodonika, b) halogena, c) NO2, e) CF3, f) C1-C8-alkil, g) C3-C8-cikloalkil, h) etinil, i) -(CH2)n-R12, k) -O-(CH2)n-NH-CH2-CH(OH)CH2-O(C6H5); R8 i R9 su nezavisno odabrani od: a) C1-C8-alkil, b) C3-C8-cikloalkil, c) aralkil kao sto je definisan ovde gore, i d) vodonika; R10 je odabran od: a) vodonika, b) C1-C8-alkil, c) C3-C8-cikloalkil, i d) C1-C4-aralkil; R11 je odabrano od: a) vodonika, b) C1-C4-aralkil, c) dihlorofenil, i d) C1-C8 alkil, i e) C3-C8-cikloalkil; R12 je odabrano od: a) halogena, b) NR8R9, c) NHC(O)-C1-C8-alkil, d) SR8, e) SO2-piridil, f) OR8, i g) CO2R8; R13 je odabrano od: a) (CH2)n-NHR14, b) -C(O)NH2, c) -(CH2)n-NHCH2C(O)NH2, i R14 je odabrano od: a) vodonika, i R15 je odabrano od: a) -NR8R9, i b) -1-piperdinil; X je O, S, ili NR8 m je O do 2; i n je O do 3; naznacen time, sto obunvata stupanj (a) zagrevanja smese jedinjenja formule:(II) u kojoj su Ar, R2, i R3 kao sto su definisani ovde gore; i jedinjenja formule (III): u kojoj su Ra i R4 kao sto su definisani ovde gore; u rastvaracu na povisenoj temperaturi i za vreme dovoljne duzine da se potrosi maksimum kolicine polaznih materija, sa jakom kiselinom, pri cemu se jaka kiselina dodaje pre zagrevanja do povisene temperature ili posle zagrevanja na povisenu temperaturu; da bi se obrazovalo jedinjenje formule (I). - Prijava sadrzi jos 14 zavisnih zahteva.
