Abstract

NOVI POSTUPAK ZA DOBIJANJE 4-SUPSTITUISANIH-1,4-DIHIDROPIRIDINA, 4-supstituisani-1,4-dihidropiridini se dobijaju cikloadicionom reakcijom u kojoj se ciklizacija dovodi do kraja, posle toplotne reakcije, dodatkom kiseline. Felodipin, vazodilatator, se dobija cikloadicionom reakcijom etil 3-aminokrotonata sa pogodnim supstituisanim dihlorobenzilidinom pod reakcionim uslovima, pri čemu se proizvod iskristalisava iz reakcionog rastvora i može da se direktno izoluje filtracijom.
