Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA DOBIJANJE ASKORBINSKE KISELINE polazeći od vodenog,metanolnog ili vodeno-metanolnog rastvora askorbinske kiseline dobivenog nakon a) esterifikovanja L-2-ketogulonske kiseline, u datom slučaju u obliku natrijumove soli, u prisustvu jake kiseline odabrane između sumporne, hlorovodonične ili sulfonske kiseline, b) transformisanja, u datom slučaju in situ, estra L-2-ketogulonske kiseline u natrijumaskorbinat pomoću mineralne baze ili organske baze u alkoholnom rastvoru, c) u datom slučaju odvajanja istaloženog natrijumaskorbinata, d) odvajanja askorbinske kiseline od njene soli pomoću jake kiseline radeći u metanolu ili vodeno-metanolnom rastvoru u kojem je so natrijuma jake kiseline slabo rastvorna, e) odvajanja soli jake kiseline, naznačen time, što se za odvajanje - ili koncentruje metanolni ili vodeno-metanolni rastvor, odvoji sirova askorbinska kiselina koja se rastvori u vodi, potom propusti vodeni rastvor kroz smole kiselog i baznog tipa, - ili koncentruje metanolni ili vodeno-metanolni rastvor, odvoji sirova askorbinska kiselina koja se rastvori u metanolu, potom propusti kroz smole kiselog i baznog tipa, - ili propusti metanolni rastvor kroz smole kiselog i baznog tipa, potom kristalizuje čista askorbinska kiselina iz obezbojenog metanolnog rastvora i odvoji filtriranjem, - ili propusti vodeno-metanolni rastvor kroz smole kiselog i baznog tipa, potom kristalizuje askorbinska kiselina i odvoji filtriranjem.
