Abstract
POSTUPAK ZA PROIZVODNJU SUVOG HRANLJIVOG PROIZVODA KOJI SE MOŽE REKONSTITUISATI SA HLADNOM ILI VRUĆOM VODENOM TEČNOŠĆU, tako da se dobija voćni sok, voćna supa, voćni djus, kompot, kašasta supa sa ukusom povrća ili obrok za brzo spravljanje pulpaste strukture, naznačen time, što se visoko koncentrovana vodena disperzija mahunastog skroba predhodno želatinizuje zagrevanjem na temperaturi od 30 do 100 C, pa se tako dobijeni, na hladno nabubreli, pre-želatinizirani skrob sa sadržajem amiloze od najviše 50 m/m% i bar još jedne komponente, kao što je prirodni skrob, suši i podvrgava tretiranju toplotom na temperaturi od 100 do 150 C, osušeni proizvod se sitni i prosejava da bi se dobili delići veličine u opsegu od 0.1 do 10 mm i delići se kombinuju sa bar još jednim dodatkom za ukus i/ili miris koji poseduje komponenta suvog povrća i/ili voća, voćne supstance, i sa drugim komponentama za postizanje konzistencije i/ili strukture da bi se dobio suv hranljivi proizvod, pri čemu je ukupan sadržaj skroba u suvom proizvodu od 2 do 70 mas.% od čega je 50-85mas.% u obliku preželatiniziranog mahunastog skroba. Prijava sadrži još 2 patentna zahteva.
