Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA GASIFIKACIJU UGLJENIKA, iz ugljeničnog materijala, pri čemu nastaje gas koji sadrži CO i H2, na značen time, što se usitnjen ugljenični materijal, kao što je ugalj, koks i sl. zajedno sa oksidacionim sredstvom, kao što je O2, H2O, CO2, vazduh ili njihove smeše i sredstvom za formiranje zgure, uvodi u komoru za gasifikaciju pomoću nosećeg gasa, kao što je O2, H2O, vazduh, reciklovan gas koji sadrži CO+CO2+H2O ili smeša dve ili više komponenti iz ove grupe, na temperaturi iznad 1400 C gde delimično sagoreva i gasifikuje se, a zatim se uvodi u osovinsku koksnu peć koja sadrži sloj čvrstog grudvastog materijala, gde se smanjuje sadržaj ugljendioksida i vode u nastalom gasu. Prijava sadrži još 4 patentna zahteva.
