Abstract

The formed gas comprising hydrocarbon, hydrogen and carbon oxide, tar and coke are fed to the molten part 4 of the furnace 21 for treating waste by using the formed gas as a transportatin medium at ≥500°C, the gas is burnt with high-temperature (rich in oxygen) air as an oxidizing agent, and the solid substances of the waste are melted. The combustion gas formed in the molten part 4 is circulated to the gasifying furnace 8 again and used for heating.
