Abstract

Ovaj pronalazak se odnosi na nove derivate aromatičnih di-ketona i njihove farmaceutski prihvatljive soli, estre, etre i druge očigledne hemijske ekvivalente. Derivati su inhibitori glukozo-6-fosfet translokaze i mogu se koristiti u lečenju dijabetes mellitusa. Ovaj pronalazak se dalje odnosi na postupak za izradu derivata, upotrebu derivata i njihovih farmaceutski prihvatljivih soli, estara, etara i drugih očiglednih hemijskih ekvivalenata kao farmaceutskih preparata, posebno na njihovu upotrebu u lečenju dijabetes mellitusa i na farmaceutske kompozicije koje uključuju derivate, farmaceutski prihvatljive soli, estre, etre i druge njihove očigledne hemijske ekvivalente.[The present invention relates to new aromatic di-keto derivatives and to their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, esters, ethers and other obvious chemical equivalents. The derivatives are glucose-6-phosphate translocase inhibitors and can be used in the treatment of diabetes mellitus. The present invention further relates to a process for the production of the derivatives, to the use of the derivatives and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, esters, ethers and other obvious chemical equivalents as pharmaceuticals, in particular to their use in the treatment of diabetes mellitus, and to pharmaceutical compositions comprising the derivatives, pharmaceutically acceptable salts, esters, ethers or other obvious chemical equivalents thereof.
