Abstract
Postupak za proizvodnju transgenetskih klica polazeći od genetski transformisanih izdanaka, pri čemu pomenuti izdanci pripadaju vrsti Cucumis melo i sadrže najmanje jedan gen unet posredstvom Agrobacterium tumefaciens, naznačen gajenjem genetski transformisanih izdanaka u dve sukcesivne etape, pri čemu se prva od tih etapa gajenja izvodi u biljnoj ćelijskoj sredini koja sadrži jedan citokinin i posebno 6-benzil aminopirin (BAP), a druga, koja se izvodi kada izdanci dostignu visinu od najmanje oko 3 mm, izvodi se u biljnoj ćelijskoj kulturi koja sadrži kao makro-elemente: KH2PO4 oko 50 do oko 100 mgL-1 MgSO4 " 75 do " 300 " CaCl2.2H2O " 500 do " 2500 " KNO3 " 750 do " 1200 " NH4NO3 " 150 do " 200 "
