Abstract

Opisan je novi postupak za proizvodnju čvrstih medkinskih preparata od almokalanta u obliku kompleksa sa polistirol sulfonatom, opciono u smeši sa željenim standardnim farmaceutskim sastojcima. Novi postupak obuhvata reakciju almokalanta sa polistirol sulfonskom kiselinom tako da se formira kompleks, mešanje dobivenog kompleksa sa željenim farmaceutskim sastojcima i tabletiranje dobijene smeše na uobičajen način.
