Abstract

Bežični prenosni električni odvijač (10) ima klin (12) za normalno držanje alata (14) za rotaciono kretanje na jednom kraju odvijača (10). Odvijač (10) uključuje fleksibilnu produžnu osovinu (18) koja ima prvi kraj (20) koji se prilagodjava klinu (12) i drugi kraj (22) koji je prilagodjen da drži alat (14) za rotaciono kretanje. Prvi kraj (20) fleksibilne produžne osovine (18) i klin (12) imaju komplementarno oblikovane ne-kružne poprečne preseke. Klin (12) ima osovinu (24) i prilagodjen je da prihvati prvi kraj (20) fleksibilne osovine pomoću aksijalnog umetanja osovine (18) u klin (12) sa ne-kružnim poprečnim presekom a klin (12) je takodje podešen da drži prvi kraj (20) fleksibilne produžne osovine (18) za njeno rotaciono kretanje. Drugi kraj (22) fleksibilne produžne osovine (18) i alat (14) imaju komplementarno oblikovane ne-kružne poprečne preseke. Odvijač (10) radi tako da pomera alat (14) zato što drugi kraj (22) fleksibilne osovine (18) drži alat (14) za njegovo rotaciono kretanje. Sa ovom konstrukcijom, fleksibilna produžna osovina (18) je normalno postavljena tako da bude u suštini potpuno koaksijalna sa klinom (12) ali je savitljiva u odnosu na osu (24) klina (12) tako da postavlja drugi kraj (22) osovine (18) i alat (14) pod pravim uglom u odnosu na njega.
