Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA PRIPREMANJE KATALIZATORAZA DOBIJANJE VINIL ACETATA POSTUPKOM FLUIDIZIRANOG SLOJA - Postupak za pripremanje filuidiziranog sloja vinil acetatnog (VAM) katalizatora, koji obuhvata natapanje podloge koja sadrži smesu u suštini in-ertnih mikrosferičnih čestica rastvorom koji sadrži nehalogenidnu metalnu so Pd i M, pri čemu M obuhvata Ba, Au.La, Nb, Ce, Zn, Pb, Ca, SR, Sb ili njihove meSavine, redukovanje metalnih soli da bi se obrazovao sloj Pd i M na površini podloge i natapanje podloge najmanje jednom soli alkalnih metala bez halogenida. Najmanje 50% čestica koje se koriste za mikrosferičnu podlogu imaju veličinu ispod 100 /um, . poželjno ispod 60 /um.
