Postupak proizvodnje suštinski inertne mikrosferične podloge, naznačen time, što obuhvata mešanje 80 do 20 tež.% vodenog sola koji sadrži u suštini inertne mikrosferične čestice silicijum dioksida sa 20 do 80 tež.% čvrstog, u suštini inertnog zrnastog materijala silicijum dioksida radi obrazovanja vodene smeše koja se u suštini sastoji od sola silicijum dioksida i čvrstog zrnastog maerijala silicijum dioksida, sušenje raspršivanjem pomenute vodene smeše da bi se obrazovale mikrosferične čestice i žarenje pomenutih čestica da bi se obrazovala u suštini mikrosferična podloga.Prijava sadrži još 7 zavisnih patentnih zahteva.
