Abstract
Способ получения псевдоожиженного винилацетатного катализатора, включающий пропитку носителя, представляющего собой смесь практически инертных микросферических частиц, раствором, содержащим свободные от галогенидов соли палладия и М, где М обозначает барий, золото, лантан, ниобий, церий, цинк, свинец, кальций, стронций или их смеси, восстановление этих солей с получением осадка палладия и М на поверхности носителя и пропитку носителя по меньшей мере одной свободной от галогенидов металлической солью. Размеры по меньшей мере 50% частиц, используемых для микросферических частиц носителя, составляют менее 100 мкм, предпочтительно менее 60 мкм.
Claims (1)
- Способ получения псевдоожиженного винилацетатного катализатора, включающий пропитку носителя, представляющего собой смесь практически инертных микросферических частиц, раствором, содержащим свободные от галогенидов соли палладия и М, где М обозначает барий, золото, лантан, ниобий, церий, цинк, свинец, кальций, стронций или их смеси, восстановление этих солей с получением осадка палладия и М на поверхности носителя и пропитку носителя по меньшей мере одной свободной от галогенидов металлической солью. Размеры по меньшей мере 50% частиц, используемых для микросферических частиц носителя, составляют менее 100 мкм, предпочтительно менее 60 мкм.
