Abstract

Способ получения псевдоожиженного винилацетатного катализатора, включающий пропитку носителя, представляющего собой смесь практически инертных микросферических частиц, раствором, содержащим свободные от галогенидов соли палладия и М, где М обозначает барий, золото, лантан, ниобий, церий, цинк, свинец, кальций, стронций или их смеси, восстановление этих солей с получением осадка палладия и М на поверхности носителя и пропитку носителя по меньшей мере одной свободной от галогенидов металлической солью. Размеры по меньшей мере 50% частиц, используемых для микросферических частиц носителя, составляют менее 100 мкм, предпочтительно менее 60 мкм.

Claims (1)

  1. Способ получения псевдоожиженного винилацетатного катализатора, включающий пропитку носителя, представляющего собой смесь практически инертных микросферических частиц, раствором, содержащим свободные от галогенидов соли палладия и М, где М обозначает барий, золото, лантан, ниобий, церий, цинк, свинец, кальций, стронций или их смеси, восстановление этих солей с получением осадка палладия и М на поверхности носителя и пропитку носителя по меньшей мере одной свободной от галогенидов металлической солью. Размеры по меньшей мере 50% частиц, используемых для микросферических частиц носителя, составляют менее 100 мкм, предпочтительно менее 60 мкм.
