脈動抑制装置および脈動抑制システム
 本開示は、電源回路、モータ、および機械装置を有した電気機械システムの機械的脈動または電気的脈動を抑制する脈動抑制装置および脈動抑制システムに関する。
 近年の産業界および家電機器業界では、モータおよび電力変換回路によって機械装置を駆動する電気機械システムが多用されている。この電気機械システムは、周期外乱にさらされることが多い。高周波の周期外乱が電気機械システムに加わると、制御性能が劣化することがある。
 例えば、空調機器が備える圧縮機駆動システムでは、冷媒の吐出、吸入、または圧縮に伴う負荷トルクの変動が常にモータに加わるので、回転速度に脈動(速度むらとも呼ばれる)が発生する。また、低コストの電源回路を用いた電気機械システムでは、インバータの直流母線電圧が入力電源周波数の2倍または6倍の周波数で脈動するので、モータの相電流に低周波の脈動(ゆらぎ、ビート振動とも呼ばれる)が現れることがある。これらの回転速度またはモータ電流の脈動は、振動または騒音の原因になるとともに、省エネルギー性能の悪化およびシステムの最大出力低下の原因となる。また、モータ内部の磁気飽和によって生じるトルクリプルまたはインバータのデッドタイム電圧誤差も周期外乱の一例であるといえる。
 このような周期外乱による制御性能の劣化を防ぐべく、さまざまな種類の制御方法が提案されている。特許文献1に記載の制御方法では、任意調波の回転むらの正弦項係数および余弦項係数を算出し、これらが零になるように比例積分制御を行った後、正弦項係数および余弦項係数から作成された補正信号に応じてドライバを駆動することで回転むらを軽減している。

 しかしながら、上記特許文献1の技術では電気機械システムのプラント特性が複雑である場合には、電気機械システムの動作が不安定化することがある。このため、上記特許文献1の技術では、周期外乱の影響を除去することができなくなる場合があり、良好な動作特性を得ることができないという問題があった。
 本開示は、上記に鑑みてなされたものであって、電気機械システムのプラント特性が複雑な場合であっても良好な動作特性を得ることができる脈動抑制装置を得ることを目的とする。
 上述した課題を解決し、目的を達成するために、本開示の脈動抑制装置は、電源回路、モータ、および機械装置を有した電気機械システムの機械的脈動または電気的脈動を抑制する脈動抑制装置であって、電気機械システムに生じる周期的な外乱である周期外乱の周期脈動をコサイン成分とサイン成分とに分けて抽出する脈動抽出部を備える。また、本開示の脈動抑制装置は、周期脈動のコサイン成分およびサイン成分に対して回転演算を行う際の回転量を決定する回転量調整部と、コサイン成分およびサイン成分に対して回転量で回転演算を行う回転演算部とを備える。また、本開示の脈動抑制装置は、回転演算されたコサイン成分を積分する第1の積分制御部と、回転演算されたサイン成分を積分する第2の積分制御部と、積分されたコサイン成分および積分されたサイン成分を、電源回路の直流母線電圧の脈動周波数である外乱周波数に基づいて、交流信号に復元して出力する交流復元部と、を備える。回転量調整部は、周期脈動が低減されるように回転量を調整する。
 本開示にかかる脈動抑制装置は、電気機械システムのプラント特性が複雑な場合であっても良好な動作特性を得ることができるという効果を奏する。

 以下に、本開示の実施の形態にかかる脈動抑制装置および脈動抑制システムを図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。
実施の形態1.
 図1は、実施の形態1にかかる脈動抑制装置の構成を示す図である。脈動抑制装置200は、電気機械システム100に接続されており、電気機械システム100の脈動を抑制する。
 電気機械システム100が駆動される際には、電流、電動機(後述するモータ102)が備える回転子の角速度、電圧などの種々の信号が脈動する場合がある。このため、脈動抑制装置200は、種々の脈動を抑制する。脈動抑制装置200は、例えば、ビート振動を抑制するための制御であるビートレス制御などを実行する。実施の形態1では、主にビート振動の抑制について説明するが、脈動抑制装置200は、ビート振動以外の他の振動を抑制してもよい。
 インバータを用いてモータ102が駆動される場合、直流母線電圧の脈動周波数(外乱周波数)とモータ102の相電流の周波数とが近くなると、ビート振動と呼ばれる低周波の電流脈動が発生する。ビート振動によって相電流が脈動すると、電流ピーク値の増加によってモータ効率が悪化したり、過電流保護の制約によってモータの最大出力が低下したり、モータ102の振動または騒音が増加したりするなどのデメリットが生じる。このため、脈動抑制装置200は、ビートレス制御などの脈動抑制の制御を実行する。
 電気機械システム100は、電源回路101と、モータ102と、機械装置103とを備えている。電気機械システム100は、周期的な外乱である周期外乱dc(図示せず)の影響を受けている。周期的な外乱である周期外乱dcは、電源回路101、モータ102、および機械装置103の何れかが原因で発生する。例えば、機械装置103が冷媒の圧縮機構であった場合、冷媒の吐出、吸入、および圧縮のプロセスによって、モータ102が周期的な負荷トルク脈動の影響を受けるので、回転速度に脈動が発生する。
 なお、圧縮機構は、モータ102によって駆動される機械装置103の一例であり、機械装置103は、圧縮機構に限定されない。例えば、電源回路101が、後述するインバータ11を有している場合、入力電源周波数の6倍の周波数で直流母線電圧が脈動して、モータ102の相電流に低周波の脈動が発生する。この脈動もモータ制御にとっては外乱要因となる。このように、電気機械システム100では、モータ102の回転速度の脈動、モータ102の相電流の脈動などが発生する。この他にもさまざまな要因で、電気機械システム100には周期外乱dcが加わる。ここでは、周期外乱dcの周波数をfdisという記号で表すことにする。
 脈動抑制装置200は、電気機械システム100の機械的脈動または電気的脈動を抑制する装置である。脈動抑制装置200は、電気機械システム100から出力される信号または電気機械システム100の状態量を、電気機械システム100から取得する。以下では、脈動抑制装置200が電気機械システム100から取得する信号または状態量を入力信号yという。脈動抑制装置200は、入力信号yに含まれる脈動に含まれる周期脈動を抑制するために、電気機械システム100への制御信号である出力信号xを電気機械システム100に入力する。ここで、脈動抑制装置200の出力信号xおよび脈動抑制装置200への入力信号yは任意の物理量であり、ユーザまたは設計者のニーズに応じて自由に選ぶことができる。
 入力信号yは、例えば、電流、回転子の角速度(回転速度)、電圧などである。すなわち、入力信号yの例は、後述するdq軸電流ベクトルIdq、推定角速度ω^e、直流母線電圧VDCなどである。また、出力信号xは、例えば、電圧位相の操作量、電圧指令(例えば、後述するdq軸電圧脈動指令V** dq)、トルク指令などである。脈動抑制装置200は、出力信号xを電気機械システム100に出力することで入力信号yの脈動を抑制する。
 脈動抑制装置200は、例えば、圧縮機制御の場合には、回転速度が脈動抑制装置200への入力信号yとされ、トルク指令を脈動抑制装置200からの出力信号xとすることで、モータ102の回転むらを減少させることができる。
 また、低コストの電源装置が用いられる場合、脈動抑制装置200は、dq軸電流が脈動抑制装置200への入力信号yとされ、電圧位相の操作量を脈動抑制装置200からの出力信号xとすることで、ビート振動を低減することができる。dq軸電流および電圧位相の操作量については後述する。
 脈動抑制装置200は、減算器201A,201Bと、回転演算部202と、積分制御部203A,203Bと、交流復元部204と、脈動抽出部205と、回転量調整部206とを備えている。積分制御部203Aが第1の積分制御部であり、積分制御部203Bが第2の積分制御部である。
 脈動抑制装置200へは、予め記憶しておいた周期外乱dcの周波数であるfdisが入力される。また、脈動抑制装置200へは、電気機械システム100から入力信号yが入力される。fdisおよび入力信号yは、脈動抽出部205に送られる。
 脈動抽出部205は、fdisに基づいて入力信号yに含まれる脈動成分を抽出する。ここで抽出する周波数成分は外乱周波数fdisの成分(基本周波数の成分)、または基本周波数の整数倍の高調波成分である。脈動抽出部205は、何れの抽出方法によって入力信号yの脈動成分を抽出してもよい。
 脈動抽出部205は、例えば、フーリエ級数の原理を用いて、入力信号yの脈動のsin(サイン)成分とcos(コサイン)成分とを分離して脈動成分を抽出する。また、脈動抽出部205は、バンドパスフィルタを用いて脈動成分を抽出してもよい。以下では、脈動抽出部205が、フーリエ級数の原理を用いて入力信号yの脈動成分を抽出する場合について説明する。
 外乱周波数であるfdisを角周波数に換算した換算結果を外乱角周波数ωdisとする。ωdisとfdisとの関係式は、以下の式(1)となる。
 ここで、以下の式(2)のようにωdisを時間tで積分した積分結果をθdisの記号で表すことにする。
 ここで、fdisは定数とみなすことができるので、θdisは時間tの1次関数として表せる。入力信号yに含まれるcos成分およびsin成分は、以下の式(3)および式(4)を用いて計算できる。
 脈動抽出部205は、入力信号yに含まれる脈動のcos成分であるycosを演算して減算器201Aに出力する。また、脈動抽出部205は、入力信号yに含まれる脈動のsin成分であるysinを演算して減算器201Bに出力する。
 減算器201Aは、予め記憶しておいた脈動成分の目標値r*と脈動のcos成分であるycosとの差を演算し、演算結果をcos成分の偏差ecosとして回転演算部202に出力する。また、減算器201Bは、脈動成分の目標値r*と脈動のsin成分であるysinとの差を演算し、演算結果をsin成分の偏差esinとして回転演算部202に出力する。通常、脈動成分の目標値r*はゼロに設定されるが、脈動成分の目標値r*は非ゼロの値(ゼロ以外の値)にしても構わない。
 回転演算部202は、ecosと、esinとに対し、以下の式(5)を用いて回転演算を行う。ここでは回転演算後のcos成分をeRcosといい、回転演算後のsin成分をeRsinという。
 式(5)におけるθRは、回転演算の回転量である。回転量θRは、予めユーザによって回転量調整部206に設定される。回転量調整部206は、回転量θRをecosおよびesinに基づいて、周期脈動が低減されるように回転量θRを調整し、回転演算部202に設定する。回転量θRの調整方法については後述する。
 積分制御部203Aは、ycosに対応する偏差eRcos(回転演算されたcos成分)を積分し、積分制御部203Bは、ysinに対応する偏差eRsin(回転演算されたsin成分)を積分する。すなわち、積分制御部203Aは、eRcosに対して積分制御を実行することでxcosを決定し、積分制御部203Bは、eRsinに対して積分制御を実行することでxsinを決定する。xcos、xsinは、それぞれビートレス制御の出力信号xのcos成分、sin成分である。積分制御部203A,203Bは、目標値r*と実際の値との誤差を累積させ、この累積値に比例させた量を操作量に加えることで積分制御を実行する。
 積分制御部203Aは、回転されたcos成分であるeRcosがゼロになるように積分制御を行う。すなわち、積分制御部203Aは、脈動成分の目標値r*と脈動のcos成分であるycosとの差である偏差ecosがゼロになるように、eRcosからxcosを決定する。すなわち、積分制御部203Aは、ycosが脈動成分の目標値r*に近付くよう積分制御することでxcosを決定する。
 また、積分制御部203Bは、回転されたsin成分であるeRsinがゼロになるように積分制御を行う。すなわち、積分制御部203Bは、脈動成分の目標値r*と脈動のsin成分であるysinとの差である偏差esinがゼロになるように、eRsinからxsinを決定する。すなわち、積分制御部203Bは、ysinが脈動成分の目標値r*に近付くよう積分制御することでxsinを決定する。
 なお、ここでは脈動抑制装置200が、積分制御部203A,203Bを用いているが、脈動抑制装置200は、積分要素の含まれる制御であれば他の制御部を用いてもよい。例えば、脈動抑制装置200は、PI(Proportional-Integral、比例積分)制御を行う制御部を用いてもよいし、PID(Proportional-Integral-Differential、比例積分微分)制御を行う制御部を用いてもよい。
 交流復元部204へは、予め記憶しておいたfdisが入力される。交流復元部204は、積分制御の出力を交流化して出力信号xを決定する。すなわち、交流復元部204は、xcos、xsin、およびfdisに基づいて、出力信号xを演算する。交流復元部204は、例えば、以下の式(6)に基づいてxcosおよびxsinを交流信号に変換する。式(6)を用いた演算結果(交流信号)が脈動抑制装置200からの出力信号xとなる。
 ここで、回転量調整部206の役割を説明するため、回転量調整部206を持たない比較例の脈動抑制装置の動作について説明する。比較例の脈動抑制装置は、回転量調整部206を持たない点以外は、脈動抑制装置200と同じ構成であるとする。比較例の脈動抑制装置は、回転量調整部206を備えていないので、回転量θRを固定値として扱う。
 図2は、実施の形態1にかかる脈動抑制装置が、回転量が最適な状態にあるときにビートレス制御を実行した場合の偏差ベクトルの動作パターンを示す図である。図3は、実施の形態1にかかる脈動抑制装置が、回転量が最適値から±90度未満の範囲内の状態にあるときにビートレス制御を実行した場合の偏差ベクトルの動作パターンを示す図である。図4は、実施の形態1にかかる脈動抑制装置が、回転量が最適値から±90度よりも離れている状態にあるときにビートレス制御を実行した場合の偏差ベクトルの動作パターンを示す図である。
 回転量θRが最適値から±90度未満の範囲内の状態にあるときは、回転量θRと最適値との差の絶対値が90度未満の場合である。回転量θRが最適値から±90度よりも離れている状態にあるときは、回転量θRと最適値との差の絶対値が90度よりも大きい場合である。
 図2~図4の横軸はcos成分(ecos)であり、縦軸はsin成分(esin)である。図2~図4では、脈動抑制装置200がビートレス制御などの脈動抑制の制御を実行した場合に、ecosおよびesinから構成される偏差ベクトルE(図示せず)の動作パターンである偏差ベクトル軌跡Etを示している。偏差ベクトルEは、原点から(ecos,esin)に向かうベクトルである。脈動抑制装置200は、(ecos,esin)が原点に近付くよう、すなわち偏差ベクトルEの絶対値が小さくなるように制御する。偏差ベクトル軌跡Etは、「Start」が始点であり、「Goal」が終点である。ビートレス制御による偏差ベクトルEの動作パターン(脈動抑制装置200の挙動に対応する偏差ベクトル軌跡Et)は、回転量θRに応じて、おおまかに4種類に分類できる。
 図2に示す第1の動作パターンは、回転量θRが最適な状態にあるときである。この状態のときに脈動抑制装置200がビートレス制御などの脈動抑制の制御を開始すると、ecosとesinとから構成される偏差ベクトルEは、積分制御の作用によって、原点に向かって最短距離で原点に近付いていく。
 図3に示す第2の動作パターンは、回転量θRが最適値から±90度未満の範囲内にあるときである。このときに、脈動抑制装置200がビートレス制御などの脈動抑制の制御を開始すると、偏差ベクトルEは、螺旋を描きながら原点に近付いていく。
 図4に示す第3の動作パターンは、回転量θRが最適値から±90度よりも離れているときである。このときに、脈動抑制装置200がビートレス制御などの脈動抑制の制御を開始すると、偏差ベクトルEは螺旋を描きながら原点から遠ざかっていく。
 図示していない第4の動作パターンは、回転量θRが最悪な状態(最適値から180度離れている状態)にあるときである。このときに、脈動抑制装置200がビートレス制御などの脈動抑制の制御を開始すると、偏差ベクトルEは原点から一直線で遠ざかっていく。
 回転量調整部206へは、予めユーザによってできるだけ最適値に近い回転量θRが設定される。回転量調整部206へは、例えば、最適値から±85度未満の回転量θRが設定される。
 このように、回転量調整部206によって回転量θRが適切に与えられていれば、偏差ecos,esinをゼロに制御することが可能である。脈動抑制装置200および比較例の脈動抑制装置が備える制御系が安定に動作するか否かは、回転量θRが適切に与えられているか否かで決まる。ところが、複雑なプラント特性を有する電気機械システム、およびプラントの特性変動が激しい電気機械システムでは、どのような回転量θRを与えればよいかが分からないケースがある。
 実施の形態1にかかる脈動抑制装置200は、回転量調整部206を備えているので、回転量調整部206によって回転量θRを適切な値に調整することができる。すなわち、回転量調整部206は、偏差ベクトルEの挙動を調べて回転量θRを適正化することができる。これにより、脈動抑制装置200は、適切な回転量θRを用いて、偏差ecos,esinをゼロに制御することが可能となる。通常、脈動成分の目標値r*はゼロに設定されるので、偏差ecos,esinがゼロになれば、脈動のcos成分であるycos、およびsin成分であるysinもゼロになり、脈動抑制装置200は、安定した制御を実行することが可能となる。
 例えば、電気機械システム100のプラント特性が非線形である場合などプラント特性が複雑な場合には、動作が不安定化することがあるが、実施の形態1にかかる脈動抑制装置200は、回転量θRを適切な値に調整するので、周期外乱dcに起因する脈動を的確に低減することができる。また、電気機械システム100のプラント特性に激しい特性変動が生じるような場合には、脈動の低減が困難になるが、実施の形態1にかかる脈動抑制装置200は、回転量θRを適切な値に調整するので、周期外乱dcに起因する脈動を的確に低減することができる。
 図5は、実施の形態1にかかる脈動抑制装置がビートレス制御を実行した場合の偏差ベクトルの動作パターンを示す図である。図5の横軸はcos成分(ecos)であり、縦軸はsin成分(esin)である。図5では、脈動抑制装置200がビートレス制御などの脈動抑制の制御を実行した場合の、ecosおよびesinから構成される偏差ベクトルE(図示せず)の動作パターンである偏差ベクトル軌跡Etを示している。偏差ベクトル軌跡Etは、「Start」が始点であり、「Goal」が終点である。
 実施の形態1の脈動抑制装置200が備える回転量調整部206は、偏差ベクトルEの絶対値である|E|=√(ecos 2+esin 2)の時間的変化(周期脈動の絶対値の時間的変化)を演算し、偏差ベクトルEの絶対値(偏差ベクトルEのノルム)が意図した通りに減少していない場合には、回転量θRを修正する。偏差ベクトルEの絶対値が意図した通りに減少していない場合とは、周期脈動に対応する偏差ベクトルEの絶対値が増加している場合である。回転量調整部206は、周期脈動の絶対値の時間的変化に基づいて、回転量θRを調整する。回転量調整部206は、回転量θRを変えていくと、いずれ√(ecos 2+esin 2)が減少するポイントを発見することができる。
 偏差ベクトルEの軌跡は、必ずしも図2または図3に示した直線状または螺旋状にはならないが、回転量調整部206は、この修正動作(調整処理)を実行することで、偏差ベクトルEを最終的にゼロにすることができる。
 このように、回転量調整部206は、脈動のcos成分であるycosまたはsin成分であるysinが意図せずに増加している場合、この増加を検知する。回転量調整部206は、ycosおよびysinの意図しない増加を検知すると、脈動抑制が異常状態にある(回転量θRが不適切な状態である)と判断し、回転量θRを修正する。回転量調整部206は、この修正動作によってycosおよびysinを減少させる探索方向を発見することで、偏差ベクトルEを最終的にゼロにする。
 ここで脈動抑制装置200が修正する探索方向の概念について説明する。図6は、実施の形態1にかかる脈動抑制装置が修正する探索方向を説明するための第1の説明図である。図7は、実施の形態1にかかる脈動抑制装置が修正する探索方向を説明するための第2の説明図である。図8は、実施の形態1にかかる脈動抑制装置が修正する探索方向を説明するための第3の説明図である。図9は、実施の形態1にかかる脈動抑制装置が修正する探索方向を説明するための第4の説明図である。
 図6~図9では、脈動抑制装置200が修正する探索方向のイメージを示している。図6~図9の横軸はcos成分(ecos,eRcos,xcos)であり、縦軸はsin成分(esin,eRsin,xsin)である。図6~図8では、図2~図4に対し、回転演算後の偏差ベクトルER(図示せず)の動作パターン(軌跡)である偏差ベクトル軌跡ERtと、出力信号ベクトルx(図示せず)の動作パターンである出力信号軌跡xtと、探索方向のイメージを表す扇形領域とを追記している。回転演算後の偏差ベクトルERは、回転演算部202によって回転演算前の偏差ベクトルEを回転演算した回転結果のベクトルである。出力信号軌跡xtは、ビートレス制御の出力信号ベクトルxの軌跡である。
 偏差ベクトルERは、原点から(eRcos,eRsin)に向かうベクトルであり、偏差ベクトルEは、前述したように、原点から(ecos,esin)に向かうベクトルである。ここでは、回転演算前の偏差ベクトルEおよび回転演算後の偏差ベクトルERの理想値が、ゼロ(原点)である場合について説明する。
 図6~図9では、探索方向のイメージを、人間の視野を模した扇形の図形(扇形領域)で示している。扇形領域の中心がある時刻での出力信号ベクトルxの位置であるとした場合、扇形領域の弧の部分がその時刻での前方方向の視野のイメージである。
 具体的には、図6では、探索方向のイメージを探索方向イメージSD1で示し、図7では、探索方向のイメージを探索方向イメージSD2,SD3で示している。また、図8では、探索方向のイメージを探索方向イメージSD4,SD5,SD6で示し、図9では、探索方向のイメージを探索方向イメージSD7,SD8で示している。
 図6に示す探索方向イメージSD1は、回転量θRが最適な値である場合の探索方向イメージである。回転量θRが最適な場合、探索方向イメージSD1は、探索を開始してから完了するまで変化させる必要がない。
 図7に示す探索方向イメージSD2,SD3は、回転量θRが適切な値である場合の探索方向イメージである。探索方向イメージSD2は、探索を開始した際の探索方向のイメージであり、探索方向イメージSD3は、探索を完了できた際の探索方向のイメージである。すなわち、探索方向イメージSD3は、探索方向イメージSD2を用いた探索開始から特定時間が経過した後の探索方向イメージである。
 図8に示す探索方向イメージSD4,SD5,SD6は、回転量θRが不適切な値である場合の探索方向イメージである。探索方向イメージSD4は、探索を開始した際の探索方向のイメージであり、探索方向イメージSD5は、探索中の探索方向のイメージであり、探索方向イメージSD6は、探索を失敗した際の探索方向のイメージである。すなわち、探索方向イメージSD5は、探索方向イメージSD4を用いた探索開始から特定時間が経過した後の探索方向イメージである。探索方向イメージSD6は、探索方向イメージSD5を用いた探索から特定時間が経過した後の探索方向イメージである。
 図6~図8では、回転演算前の偏差ベクトルEが、偏差ベクトルEの初期値Esの地点から偏差ベクトルEの理想値Eiの地点(原点)へと向かおうとする際の軌跡を偏差ベクトル軌跡Etとして図示している。
 また、図6~図8では、回転演算後の偏差ベクトルERが、偏差ベクトルERの初期値ERsの地点から偏差ベクトルERの理想値Eiの地点(原点)へと向かおうとする際の軌跡を偏差ベクトル軌跡ERtとして図示している。
 また、図9では、図8に示すように回転量θRが不適切で探索に失敗し、回転量θRが調整された後に、偏差ベクトルERの初期値ERsの地点から偏差ベクトルERの理想値Eiの地点(原点)へと向かおうとする際の軌跡を偏差ベクトル軌跡ERt2として図示している。
 ここでは、出力信号ベクトルxの理想値を探索することができれば、回転演算前の偏差ベクトルEおよび回転演算後の偏差ベクトルERをゼロにすることができるものとする。ただし、脈動抑制装置200は、出力信号ベクトルxの理想値が図中のどこにあるかを事前に知ることはできない。
 脈動抑制装置200は、出力信号ベクトルxの理想値の探索に成功したか否かを、偏差ベクトルE,ERを観測することによってのみ判断できる。ただし、出力信号ベクトルxは、探索範囲が制限されている。すなわち、出力信号ベクトルxには、探索可能な範囲である探索可能範囲SRが設けられている。出力信号ベクトルxの理想値が探索可能範囲SR内にない場合は偏差ベクトルE,ERをゼロにすることができないので、脈動抑制装置200は、探索可能範囲SR内で偏差ベクトルE,ERを最小化するような出力信号ベクトルxを探索するものとする。
 出力信号ベクトルxの初期値xsは任意の値であり、多くの場合はゼロに設定されるが、ここでは作図の都合上、非ゼロの値としている。また、偏差ベクトルE,ERの初期値は、非ゼロの任意の値とした。図6~図8では、偏差ベクトルEの初期値を初期値Esで示し、偏差ベクトルERの初期値を初期値ERsで示している。なお、偏差ベクトルERの初期値ERsは、偏差ベクトルEの初期値Esと同じであってもよい。
 図6では、実施の形態1にかかる脈動抑制装置200が、回転量θRが最適な状態にあるときにビートレス制御を実行した場合の偏差ベクトルE,ERおよび出力信号ベクトルxの動作パターンを表している。
 偏差ベクトルEの軌跡である偏差ベクトル軌跡Etと、回転演算後の偏差ベクトルERの軌跡である偏差ベクトル軌跡ERtとは、回転量θRの分だけ位相が異なっている。回転量θRが理想的な状態にあるとき、偏差ベクトルE,ERは、初期値Es,ERsから偏差ベクトルE,ERの理想の地点である理想値Ei(原点)に向かって最短距離で移動していく。そのためには、出力信号ベクトルxも同様に初期値xsから出力信号ベクトルxの理想の地点である理想値xiに向かって最短距離で移動する必要がある。
 出力信号ベクトルxは、偏差ベクトルERを積分したベクトルであるので、偏差ベクトルERの方向と理想的な出力信号ベクトルxの移動方向とが一致していなければ、出力信号ベクトルxの最短距離での移動は不可能である。この場合において、偏差ベクトルERの方向を調整するためのパラメータが回転量θRであるので、脈動抑制装置200は、回転量θRを最適な状態にすれば、偏差ベクトルE,ERを理想値Eiに向かって最短距離で移動させることができる。
 出力信号ベクトルxは、原点から見た偏差ベクトルERの向きに沿って移動していくので、原点から見た偏差ベクトルERの向きは出力信号ベクトルxの探索方向であると考えることができる。あるいは、ビートレス制御の探索方向は、出力信号ベクトルxのおおよその進行方向であると言える。
 図6に示す扇形領域(探索方向イメージSD1)は、回転量θRが最適値である場合の視野に対応している。この場合、出力信号ベクトルxの理想値xiが探索方向の延長線上にあるので、出力信号ベクトルxの理想値xiの探索はスムーズに成功する。
 図7に示す扇形領域(探索方向イメージSD2,SD3)は、回転量θRが最適値から±90度未満の範囲内にある場合の視野に対応している。この場合、出力信号ベクトルxの理想値xiの方向と探索方向との間に多少のずれがある。脈動抑制装置200における内部の積分制御(積分制御部203A,203Bによる積分制御)によって探索方向の多少のずれは許容されるので、脈動抑制装置200は、偏差ベクトルE,ERを最終的に理想値Eiに到達させることができる。ただし、出力信号ベクトルxが、出力信号ベクトルxの理想値xiに最短距離で向かわない分、偏差ベクトルE,ERは螺旋を描くような形で減少していくことになる。
 図8に示す扇形領域(探索方向イメージSD4,SD5,SD6)は、回転量θRが最適値から±90度よりも離れている場合の視野に対応している。この場合、出力信号ベクトルxの理想値xiの方向と探索方向との間に大きなずれがある。この場合、脈動抑制装置200は、出力信号ベクトルxを変化させても偏差ベクトルE,ERが意図した通りに減少しないので、探索方向が一意に定まらず、偏差ベクトルE,ERが理想値Eiとは異なる地点に向かうように出力信号ベクトルxを操作してしまう。このため、脈動抑制装置200は、偏差ベクトルE,ERが螺旋を描くような軌跡で偏差ベクトルE,ERを増加させてしまい、ビートレス制御に失敗する。
 図8では、探索に失敗したことが検知された際の偏差ベクトルE,ERの地点を、それぞれ偏差ベクトルEf,ERfで示している。また、図8では、探索に失敗したことが検知された際の出力信号ベクトルxの地点を到達値xfで示している。
 実施の形態1では、偏差ベクトルE,ERが図8に示すような動作を行った場合に備えて、脈動抑制装置200に、回転量θRの最適値の探索に失敗したことを検知する探索失敗検知部が設けられてもよい。図8で説明した動作において探索に失敗した原因は、探索方向が不適切であった(言い換えると、回転量θRが不適切であった)からである。脈動抑制装置200は、探索に失敗した場合は探索の失敗を検知して探索方向を修正することで、いずれ回転量θRの最適値の探索に成功することができる。
 図9では、回転量θRの最適値の探索に失敗した後、探索方向を修正して再度探索が実行された場合の動作イメージを示している。すなわち、図9に示す挙動は、脈動抑制装置200が、探索の失敗を検知した場合に、回転量θRを調整し、回転量θRを適切な値に再設定したときの挙動である。なお、図9でも図8と同様に、探索に失敗したことが検知された際の偏差ベクトルE,ERの地点を、それぞれ偏差ベクトルEf,ERfで示している。
 図9では、修正前の回転量を回転量BθRで示し、修正後の回転量を回転量AθRで示している。また、図9では、探索に失敗したことが検知された際の探索方向イメージSD7に対して、脈動抑制装置200が、回転量BθRを調整した後の探索方向イメージを探索方向イメージSD8で示している。脈動抑制装置200が回転量BθRを調整すると、回転量が回転量AθRとなり、回転演算後の偏差ベクトルERおよび探索方向が変化する。
 図9では、回転量BθRが調整された後の出力信号ベクトルxの軌跡を軌跡xt2で示している。また、図9では、調整後の回転量AθRによって回転演算された偏差ベクトルERの軌跡を偏差ベクトル軌跡ERt2で示している。また、図9では、調整後の回転量AθRによって回転演算された偏差ベクトルEの軌跡を偏差ベクトル軌跡Et2で示している。
 仮に、回転量BθRの調整によって回転量AθRが最適値となった場合、出力信号ベクトルxの理想値xiは探索方向の延長線上にくるので、最適値の探索はスムーズに完了する。
 なお、図9では、説明の都合上、1度の回転量θRの調整で回転量θRを最適値に調整できた場合について説明したが、実際には回転量θRの最適値は不明であるので、回転量θRの調整は積分制御部203A,203Bによって複数回に渡って少しずつ行われる。
 また、脈動抑制装置200は、後述の外積演算とPID制御とを組み合わせた方法によって、ビートレス制御の動作中に常に回転量θRを修正し続けてもよい。このような回転量θRの修正プロセスによって、偏差ベクトルEは、図5に示したような複雑な偏差ベクトル軌跡Etを通って原点に近づく場合がある。また、偏差ベクトルEは、図9に示したように、回転量θRの修正後に、偏差ベクトルEが直線的な偏差ベクトル軌跡Et2で原点に向かう場合もある。
 ビートレス制御では、出力信号ベクトルxの理想値xiが何れの地点にあるかは不明であり、出力信号ベクトルxが不適切な方向に操作されてしまうとビート振動が増加してしまうので、出力信号ベクトルxの理想値xiの探索は慎重に行われる必要がある。このため、実施の形態1では、脈動抑制装置200が、ビートレス制御の探索方向を適宜修正することで、出力信号ベクトルxが理想値xiに確実に到達できるようにしている。
 回転量調整部206は、何れの方法によって回転量θRを調整してもよい。回転量調整部206は、例えば、後述の外積演算とPID制御とを組み合わせた方法によって回転量θRを調整する。また、回転量調整部206は、AI(Artificial Intelligence、人工知能)または機械学習を用いて回転量θRを自動探索してもよい。
 なお、実施の形態1ではフィードバック制御に近い方法によって回転量θRを調整する場合について説明したが、脈動抑制装置200は、フィードフォワード制御に近い方法を併用して回転量θRを調整してもよい。
 つぎに、脈動抑制装置200の動作について説明する。図10は、実施の形態1にかかる脈動抑制装置が実行する脈動抑制処理の処理手順を示すフローチャートである。脈動抑制装置200は、以下の手順で入力信号yの脈動を低減する。
 脈動抽出部205は、入力信号yの脈動をcos成分とsin成分とに分けて抽出する(ステップS200)。減算器201Aは、脈動成分の目標値r*と脈動のcos成分であるycosとの差であるcos成分の偏差ecosを演算し、減算器201Bは、脈動成分の目標値r*と脈動のsin成分であるysinとの差であるsin成分の偏差esinを演算する(ステップS210)。回転量調整部206は、回転量θRを調整する(ステップS220)。回転量調整部206は、調整した回転量θRを回転演算部202に設定する。
 回転演算部202は、回転量θRを用いて、ベクトルの回転演算を行う(ステップS230)。具体的には、回転演算部202は、ecosと、esinと、回転量θRとを式(5)に適用することで、回転演算後のcos成分であるeRcosと、回転演算後のsin成分であるeRsinとを演算する。
 積分制御部203A,203Bは、積分制御演算を実行する(ステップS240)。具体的には、積分制御部203Aは、回転演算後のeRcosを積分することで、ビートレス制御の出力信号xのcos成分であるxcosを決定し、積分制御部203Bは、回転演算後のeRsinを積分することで、ビートレス制御の出力信号xのsin成分であるxsinを決定する。
 交流復元部204は、交流復元演算を実行する(ステップS250)。具体的には、交流復元部204は、交流復元演算によって出力信号xを演算し、演算結果である出力信号xを電気機械システム100に出力する。
 電気機械システム100は、出力信号xを用いて動作することで、モータ102の回転速度の脈動、モータ102の相電流の脈動などを抑制することが可能となる。
 つづいて、脈動抑制装置200のハードウェア構成について説明する。図11は、実施の形態1にかかる脈動抑制装置を実現するハードウェア構成の一例を示す図である。
 脈動抑制装置200は、プロセッサ91、メモリ92、および周辺機器93により実現される。なお、実施の形態1だけでなく、他の実施の形態においても、脈動抑制装置200、および後述する脈動抑制装置200A,200B,200X,200Yは、プロセッサ91、メモリ92、および周辺機器93により実現される。
 脈動抑制装置200の各機能は、ソフトウェア、ファームウェア、またはソフトウェアとファームウェアとの組み合わせにより実現される。ソフトウェアまたはファームウェアは制御プログラム(脈動抑制プログラム)として記述され、メモリ92に格納される。脈動抑制装置200を実現する処理回路では、メモリ92に記憶された制御プログラムをプロセッサ91が読み出して実行することにより、各機能を実現する。この制御プログラムは、制御プログラムを記録したコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体により提供されてもよいし、通信媒体など他の手段により提供されてもよい。制御プログラムは、図10のステップS200~S250の処理を脈動抑制装置200に実行させるプログラムであるとも言える。なお、プロセッサ91の演算性能に余裕がある場合、脈動抑制装置200のプロセッサ91は、図10の演算処理とは異なる別の制御演算を並列して実行してもよい。
 プロセッサ91は、CPU(Central Processing Unit、中央処理装置、処理装置、演算装置、マイクロプロセッサ、マイクロコンピュータ、プロセッサ、DSP(Digital Signal Processor)ともいう)、またはシステムLSI(Large Scale Integration)である。
 メモリ92は、RAM(Random Access Memory)、ROM(Read Only Memory)、フラッシュメモリー、EPROM(Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory)、EEPROM(登録商標)(Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory)といった不揮発性または揮発性の半導体メモリを例示できる。また、メモリ92は、これらに限定されず、磁気ディスク、光ディスク、コンパクトディスク、ミニディスク、またはDVD(Digital Versatile Disc)でもよい。
 周辺機器93は、例えば、アナログデジタル変換回路、エンコーダカウンタなどである。また、後述する変調部13、後述する座標変換部17などが脈動抑制装置200に配置されている場合、アナログデジタル変換回路は、変調部13、座標変換部17などに配置される。アナログデジタル変換回路は、例えば、直流母線電圧VDCおよびモータ102の相電流の検出などに用いられる。
 また、後述する圧縮機3に配置された位置センサによって回転子の位置が検出され、後述する回転子位置演算部14が脈動抑制装置200に配置されている場合、エンコーダカウンタは、回転子位置演算部14に配置される。エンコーダカウンタは、例えば、回転子位置情報の取得に用いられる。
 このように、実施の形態1によれば、脈動抑制装置200は、偏差ベクトルEの挙動に基づいて、回転量θRを適正化するので、電気機械システム100が複雑なプラント特性を有する場合または特性変動が激しい場合であっても、周期外乱dcに起因する脈動を的確に低減することができる。したがって、脈動抑制装置200は、電気機械システム100が複雑なプラント特性を有する場合または特性変動が激しい場合であっても、良好な動作特性を得ることができる。
 また、脈動抑制装置200は、脈動を的確に低減することができるので、振動の低減、騒音の低減、省エネルギー性能の改善、電気機械システム100の最大出力増大などを実現することができる。
実施の形態2.
 つぎに、図12を用いて実施の形態2について説明する。実施の形態2では、実施の形態1の変形例として、脈動抑制装置200の内部構成を変更した場合について説明する。
 図12は、実施の形態2にかかる脈動抑制装置の構成を示す図である。図12の各構成要素のうち図1に示す実施の形態1の脈動抑制装置200と同一機能を達成する構成要素については同一符号を付しており、重複する説明は省略する。
 実施の形態2の脈動抑制装置200Aは、実施の形態1の脈動抑制装置200と同様に、電気機械システム100に接続されており、電気機械システム100の脈動を抑制する。
 実施の形態2の脈動抑制装置200Aは、脈動抑制装置200と比較して、脈動抽出部205および回転演算部202の代わりに、抽出回転演算部207を備えている。すなわち、脈動抑制装置200Aは、抽出回転演算部207と、減算器201A,201Bと、積分制御部203A,203Bと、交流復元部204と、回転量調整部206とを備えている。
 抽出回転演算部207は、脈動抽出部205の機能および回転演算部202の機能を有している。換言すると、抽出回転演算部207は、脈動抽出部205(図12では図示せず)および回転演算部202(図12では図示せず)を備えている。すなわち、抽出回転演算部207は、脈動抽出演算と回転演算とを同時に実行する。このように、抽出回転演算部207は、実施の形態1の脈動抽出部205と回転演算部202とが一体化された演算部である。
 なお、交流復元部204による交流復元演算と回転演算部202による回転演算とを同時に実行すること、すなわち、実施の形態1の交流復元部204と回転演算部202とを一体化させることも可能ではある。
 脈動抑制装置200Aでは、減算器201Aは、抽出回転演算部207、積分制御部203A、および回転量調整部206に接続されている。また、脈動抑制装置200Aでは、減算器201Bは、抽出回転演算部207、積分制御部203B、および回転量調整部206に接続されている。また、回転量調整部206は、抽出回転演算部207に接続されている。
 抽出回転演算部207は、交流復元部204に接続されている。抽出回転演算部207へは、予め記憶しておいたfdisが入力される。また、抽出回転演算部207へは、電気機械システム100から送られてくる入力信号yが入力される。また、抽出回転演算部207へは、回転量調整部206から回転量θRが入力される。
 抽出回転演算部207は、fdisに基づいて入力信号yに含まれる脈動成分のcos成分およびsin成分を演算する。抽出回転演算部207は、以下の式(7)および式(8)を用いて、脈動成分のcos成分およびsin成分を演算する。
 式(7)および式(8)を用いた演算によって導出されるyRcosおよびyRsinは、式(3)および式(4)を用いた演算によって導出されるycosおよびysinと比較して、回転量θRの分だけ位相が異なっている。すなわち、式(7)および式(8)を用いた演算では、ycosおよびysinに対して回転量θRの分だけ回転演算を行った後のyRcosおよびyRsinが演算していることになる。
 抽出回転演算部207は、演算結果であるyRcosを減算器201Aに送り、演算結果であるyRsinを減算器201Bに送る。これにより、減算器201Aは、予め記憶しておいた脈動成分の目標値r*と、yRcosとの差を演算することで、回転演算後の偏差eRcosを直接的に計算できる。また、減算器201Bは、予め記憶しておいた脈動成分の目標値r*と、yRsinとの差を演算することで、回転演算後の偏差eRsinを直接的に計算できる。
 減算器201Aは、偏差eRcosを積分制御部203Aおよび回転量調整部206に送り、減算器201Bは、偏差eRsinを積分制御部203Bおよび回転量調整部206に送る。
 |E|=√(ecos 2+esin 2)=√(eRcos 2+eRsin 2)であるので、回転演算を行っても偏差ベクトルEの絶対値は変わらない。このため、回転量調整部206にはecosおよびesinの代わりにeRcosおよびeRsinが入力されても構わない。すなわち、実施の形態1のように回転量調整部206にecosおよびesinが入力されても、実施の形態2のように回転量調整部206にeRcosおよびeRsinが入力されても、回転量調整部206は、同様の修正処理によって回転量θRを調整することができる。回転量調整部206は、回転量θRを抽出回転演算部207に出力する。
 回転量調整部206は、実施の形態1の場合と同様に、偏差ベクトルEの絶対値が意図した通りに減少していない場合に、回転量θRを修正する。この修正動作によって、回転量調整部206は、|E|が減少するポイントを発見する。偏差ベクトルEの軌跡は、必ずしも図2または図3に示した直線状または螺旋状にはならないが、回転量調整部206は、この修正動作を実行することで、偏差ベクトルEを最終的にゼロにすることができる。
 実施の形態2の脈動抑制装置200Aは、実施の形態1の脈動抑制装置200と同様の処理結果を得ることができる。また、実施の形態2の脈動抑制装置200Aは、実施の形態1の脈動抑制装置200と比較して、計算量が少なくなるというメリットがある。
 このように、実施の形態2によれば、脈動抑制装置200Aは、実施の形態1と同様に、偏差ベクトルEの挙動に基づいて回転量θRを適正化するので、電気機械システム100が複雑なプラント特性を有する場合または特性変動が激しい場合であっても、周期外乱dcに起因する脈動を的確に低減することができる。したがって、脈動抑制装置200Aは、電気機械システム100が複雑なプラント特性を有する場合または特性変動が激しい場合であっても、良好な動作特性を得ることができる。
 また、脈動抑制装置200Aは、脈動を的確に低減することができるので、振動の低減、騒音の低減、省エネルギー性能の改善、システムの最大出力増大などを実現することができる。
実施の形態3.
 つぎに、図13~図26を用いて実施の形態3について説明する。実施の形態3では、脈動抑制装置200の具体的な適用例について説明する。
 図13は、実施の形態3にかかる電気機械システムの構成を示す図である。以下では、図13に示した電気機械システム100を用いて脈動抑制装置200などの説明を行う。電気機械システム100は、交流電源5に接続されている。電気機械システム100は、電源回路101および圧縮機3を備えている。圧縮機3は、モータ102および機械装置103を有している。モータ102の回転軸は機械装置103と機械的に接続されている。機械装置103は、例えば、冷媒の圧縮機構である。なお、圧縮機構は、電源回路101によって駆動される機械装置103の一例に過ぎず、電源回路101は他種の機械装置への応用も可能である。
 電気機械システム100では、電源回路101が、交流電源5から入力された交流電力を所望の電力に変換してモータ102および機械装置103を駆動する。電気機械システム100と交流電源5との間には、電源インピーダンス(寄生インピーダンス)が存在する。電源インダクタンス6は電源インピーダンスのインダクタンス成分である。
 なお、説明の都合上、ここでは入力電源である交流電源5が三相交流である場合について説明するが、交流電源5が単相交流である場合にも実施の形態3の電気機械システム100は適用可能である。
 電源回路101は、ダイオード整流器7と、直流リアクトル8と、コンデンサ9と、直流母線電圧検出部10と、インバータ11と、電流検出部12と、変調部13と、回転子位置演算部14とを備えている。
 電源回路101では、ダイオード整流器7、直流リアクトル8、コンデンサ9などによってAC(Alternating Current、交流)-DC(Direct Current、直流)コンバータが構成されている。電源回路101は、このAC-DCコンバータによって、入力交流電圧を直流電圧に変換する。図13に示したAC-DCコンバータは、ごく単純なAC-DCコンバータであるが、力率改善または昇圧などが必要な場合は別種類のAC-DCコンバータが用いられてもよい。
 直流リアクトル8の一端はダイオード整流器7の正極側の出力点に接続され、直流リアクトル8の他端はインバータ11の正極側の入力点に接続される。また、直流リアクトル8の他端には、コンデンサ9の一端が接続されている。コンデンサ9の他端は、ダイオード整流器7の負極側の出力点およびインバータ11の負極側の入力点に接続されている。直流リアクトル8およびコンデンサ9は、ダイオード整流器7から出力される直流電力を平滑化するために設けられている。
 直流母線電圧検出部10は、コンデンサ9の両端電圧を直流母線電圧VDCとして検出し、変調部13に出力する。また、直流母線電圧検出部10は、脈動抑制装置200への入力信号yが直流母線電圧VDCである場合には、検出した直流母線電圧VDCを脈動抑制装置200に出力する。この場合、脈動抑制装置200は、直流母線電圧VDCの脈動を抑制する。DC-ACコンバータであるインバータ11は、直流電圧を交流電圧に変換し、交流電圧によってモータ102を駆動する。
 変調部13は、インバータ11を動作させるためのPWM(Pulse Width Modulation)信号を決定する。具体的には、変調部13は、直流母線電圧検出部10から送られてくる直流母線電圧VDCおよび後述する座標変換部16から送られてくる電圧の指令ベクトル(後述する三相電圧指令ベクトルV* uvw)に基づいて、PWM信号を決定し、インバータ11に出力する。
 電流検出部12は、インバータ11からモータ102に流れる相電流(相電流ベクトルIuvw)を検出して回転子位置演算部14および後述する座標変換部17に出力する。
 モータ102は、直流電動機であってもよいし交流電動機であってもよい。ここでは、モータ102が交流電動機である場合について説明する。電源回路101は、モータ102の制御を回転二相座標系で行う。ここでは、電源回路101が、回転子磁石の方向を基準としたdq回転座標系で制御を行う場合について説明するが、電源回路101は、dq回転座標系以外の他の座標系で制御を行ってもよい。
 電源回路101は、回転二相座標系で制御を行うために、固定二相座標と回転二相座標との角度差を求める。ここでは、電源回路101内の回転子位置演算部14が、座標変換部16から三相電圧指令ベクトルV* uvwを受け付けて、三相電圧指令ベクトルV* uvwと相電流ベクトルIuvwとから、推定磁極位置θ^eと推定角速度ω^eとを推定する。推定磁極位置θ^eは、モータ102が備える回転子の磁極位置を推定した情報である。推定角速度ω^eは、回転子の角速度を推定した情報である。以下、「*」を用いて示される情報は指令の情報であり、「^」を用いて示される情報は推定された情報である。回転子位置演算部14は、推定磁極位置θ^eを座標変換部17および後述する加算器19に出力し、推定角速度ω^eを後述する電圧指令決定部15に出力する。
 モータ102が回転している最中に発生する速度起電力から回転子の磁極位置を推定する方法としては、適応磁束オブザーバ、拡張誘起電圧オブザーバなど、種々の方法がある。また、電源回路101は、エンコーダ、レゾルバといった位置センサを用いて回転子の磁極位置を直接的に観測してもよい。電源回路101は、回転子の磁極位置に基づいて、回転子の角速度を算出する。
 電気機械システム100は、加速度センサ1および力センサ2の少なくとも一方を有していてもよい。図13では、電気機械システム100が、加速度センサ1および力センサ2を有している場合を示している。加速度センサ1は、モータ102の加速度amを検出して脈動抑制装置200に出力する。力センサ2は、冷媒配管などにかかる力Fmを検出して脈動抑制装置200に出力する。
 電気機械システム100に対しては、機械装置103の内部の部品に掛かる応力または振動を抑制したい場合、加速度センサ1および力センサ2が機械装置103に取り付けられる場合がある。例えば、機械装置103が圧縮機構である場合、圧縮機3は、冷媒の吐出、吸入、または圧縮のプロセスによって、冷媒配管または圧縮機3が設置された設置床面に対して振動を与える。このため、圧縮機3の制御では冷媒配管または設置床面に対する応力ストレス、または圧縮機3の筐体の振動を抑制することが求められる。電気機械システム100は、加速度センサ1または力センサ2を用いることで、こういった応力ストレスまたは振動を高精度に抑えることができる。
 ところが、モータ102から加速度センサ1または力センサ2までのプラントの周波数特性を調べるのは煩雑である。実施の形態3の脈動抑制装置200は、プラントの周波数特性および入出力特性を正確に把握できない場合においても、偏差ベクトルEの挙動に基づいて、回転量θRを適正化するので、容易に脈動を低減することができる。すなわち、脈動抑制装置200は、電気機械システム100が複雑なプラント特性を有する場合、またはプラントの特性変動が激しい場合であっても、煩雑な事前調整を行うことなく、周期外乱dcに起因する脈動を的確に低減することができる。
 脈動抑制装置200は、さまざまな種類の周期外乱dcの抑制に効果を発揮するが、実施の形態3では、脈動抑制装置200が、直流母線電圧VDCの脈動に起因する電流脈動を抑制するビートレス制御を実行する場合について説明する。
 図14は、実施の形態3にかかるモータ制御装置の構成を示す図である。モータ制御装置300は、脈動抑制装置200に接続されて使用される。なお、単一の計算機でモータ制御装置300および脈動抑制装置200の演算が行われてもよい。モータ制御装置300は、電気機械システム100から相電流ベクトルIuvwを受け付けて、電気機械システム100に三相電圧指令ベクトルV* uvwを出力する。
 モータ制御装置300は、モータ102を駆動するための一連の制御演算を行う。モータ制御装置300は、電圧指令決定部15と、座標変換部16,17と、加算器19とを有している。
 座標変換部17は、電流検出部12からモータ102の相電流ベクトルIuvwを受け付ける。座標変換部17は、相電流ベクトルIuvwを、dq軸電流ベクトルIdqに座標変換する。すなわち、座標変換部17は、三相電流ベクトルを、回転二相座標系の電流ベクトルである2つのベクトル(d軸電流ベクトルおよびq軸電流ベクトル)に変換する。座標変換部17は、この座標変換に回転子位置演算部14から送られてくる推定磁極位置θ^eを用いる。すなわち、座標変換部17は、回転子位置情報である推定磁極位置θ^eに基づいて回転二相変換を行う。座標変換部17は、dq軸電流ベクトルIdqを、脈動抑制装置200および電圧指令決定部15に出力する。
 電圧指令決定部15は、モータ102に印加する電圧指令を決定する。すなわち、電圧指令決定部15は、速度制御演算および電流制御演算を実行して、dq軸電流ベクトルIdqからdq軸電圧指令ベクトルV* dqを決定する。電圧指令決定部15は、例えば、ベクトル制御によって、dq軸電流ベクトルIdqをd軸電流ベクトルとq軸電流ベクトルとに分解してd軸電圧指令ベクトルとq軸電圧指令ベクトルとを決定する。そして、電圧指令決定部15は、d軸電圧指令ベクトルおよびq軸電圧指令ベクトルからdq軸電圧指令ベクトルV* dqを決定する。電圧指令決定部15は、速度指令ω* eと、回転子位置演算部14から送られてくる推定角速度ω^eとが一致するように、dq軸電圧指令ベクトルV* dqを決定する。速度指令ω* eは、回転子の角速度の指令である。電圧指令決定部15は、モータ制御装置300の上位装置が用いる上位プログラムから速度指令ω* eを取得する。電圧指令決定部15は、dq軸電圧指令ベクトルV* dqを座標変換部16に出力する。
 実施の形態3の脈動抑制装置200は、インバータ11への電圧指令の電圧位相を操作することによって直流母線電圧VDCの周期脈動に起因するモータ電流の脈動を抑制する。具体的には、脈動抑制装置200は、ユーザによって入力される外乱周波数fdisを受け付けるとともに、モータ102のdq軸電流ベクトルIdqを座標変換部17から受け付ける。脈動抑制装置200は、ユーザによって入力される外乱周波数fdisに基づいて、dq軸電流ベクトルIdqの中に含まれる外乱周波数fdisの成分を抽出し、抽出した成分を低減する電圧位相の操作量(位相変化量)θbを決定する。dq軸電流ベクトルIdqは、電流検出部12が実際に検出し座標変換部17がdq回転座標系に座標変換した電流ベクトルである。
 脈動抑制装置200は、電圧位相の操作量θbを加算器19に出力する。このように、脈動抑制装置200は、電圧位相の操作量θbを出力することでインバータ11への電圧指令の電圧位相を操作し、これにより、モータ電流の脈動を抑制する。
 加算器19は、回転子位置演算部14から送られてくる推定磁極位置θ^eに、脈動抑制装置200から送られてくる電圧位相の操作量θbを加算することで、位相角θ^ebを決定する。すなわち、加算器19は、電圧位相の操作量θbと推定磁極位置θ^eとの和を位相角θ^ebに決定する。位相角θ^ebは、外乱周波数fdisに対応する脈動を抑制するために調整された、回転子の磁極位置である。加算器19は、位相角θ^ebを座標変換部16に送る。
 座標変換部16は、位相角θ^ebを用いてdq軸電圧指令ベクトルV* dqを三相電圧指令ベクトルV* uvwに変換する。すなわち、座標変換部16は、脈動を抑制するために調整された回転子の磁極位置(位相角θ^eb)に基づいて、三相電圧指令ベクトルV* uvwを生成する。具体的には、座標変換部16は、位相角θ^ebを用いてdq軸電圧指令ベクトルV* dqの電圧位相を操作し、操作したdq軸電圧指令ベクトルV* dqを三相電圧指令ベクトルV* uvwに変換する。座標変換部16は、三相電圧指令ベクトルV* uvwを変調部13に出力する。これにより、変調部13は、三相電圧指令ベクトルV* uvwおよび直流母線電圧VDCに基づいてPWM信号を決定する。このPWM信号は、インバータ11に出力される。
 インバータ11は、PWM信号に応じた電圧をモータ102に出力する。これにより、モータ102は、脈動抑制装置200、モータ制御装置300、および電源回路101によって駆動される。一般的に、直流リアクトル8またはコンデンサ9が小容量化されると、直流母線電圧VDCが大きく脈動しやすくなる。入力が三相交流電源の場合、直流母線電圧VDCの脈動周波数である外乱周波数は、電源周波数の6倍になることが知られている。また、単相交流電源の場合、直流母線電圧VDCの脈動周波数である外乱周波数は、電源周波数の2倍になることが知られている。さらに、これらの整数倍の周波数の高調波脈動が生じる。こういった直流母線電圧VDCの脈動により、モータ電流に脈動が生じる。
 dq軸電流で見ると、この電流脈動の周波数は、外乱周波数および外乱周波数の整数倍の周波数に一致する。この電流脈動を三相座標上で観測すると、外乱周波数fdisとモータ102の相電流の周波数feとの和および差の周波数|fdis±fe|の電流脈動になる。この電流脈動は、差の周波数|fdis-fe|が小さいときに顕在化しやすい。
 直流母線電圧VDCの脈動によって生じるこの低周波(外乱周波数fdis)の相電流脈動はビート振動と呼ばれ、古くからさまざまな対策が検討されてきた。ビート振動によって相電流が脈動すると、電流ピーク値の増加によってモータ効率が悪化したり、過電流保護の制約によってモータ102の最大出力が低下したり、モータ102の振動または騒音が増加したりするなどのデメリットが生じる。
 実施の形態3の脈動抑制装置200は、モータ電流の脈動を抑制するためビート振動を自動的に最小化する。脈動抑制装置200は、電圧位相を操作することで、電圧指令の振幅を操作することができないインバータ電圧の電圧飽和領域においてもビート振動を最小化する。
 図15は、実施の形態3にかかる脈動抑制装置が電圧位相操作を行わない場合のビート振動を説明するための図である。図16は、実施の形態3にかかる脈動抑制装置が電圧位相操作によってビート振動を抑制する原理を説明するための図である。
 図15および図16に示すグラフの横軸はd軸であり、縦軸はq軸である。図15および図16では、インバータ11が平均的に出力する電圧を(vd0,vq0)で示し、平均的に出力する電流を(id0,iq0)で示している。すなわち、平均的にみると、インバータ11がvd0およびvq0の電圧を出力しており、モータ102にはid0およびiq0の電流が流れているとする。
 インバータ11の電圧であるインバータ電圧が飽和しているとき、インバータ電圧は、直流母線電圧VDCの脈動(外乱電圧VD)によって、図15に示すように伸縮する。これによりdq軸電流は、(id0,iq0)の点を中心とした楕円状の軌跡を描く。すなわち、dq軸電流の軌跡である電流軌跡Itaは、楕円状の軌跡となる。このdq軸電流の楕円状の電流軌跡Itaが大きくなるほど、相電流に現れるビート振動も大きくなる。
 実施の形態3では、脈動抑制装置200は、インバータ電圧の電圧飽和領域では、電圧指令の振幅を操作することができないので、ビート振動を小さくするために電圧位相を操作する。
 一般的に、dq軸電圧指令に対して、適切に電圧位相に変化を与えれば、dq軸電流の楕円軌跡が小さくなることが知られている。こういった電圧位相操作型のビートレス制御は種々検討されているが、効率的にdq軸電流の楕円状の電流軌跡Itaを小さくするために、どのような電圧位相変化(電圧位相の操作量)を与えればよいのかという点については検討されていなかった。
 脈動抑制装置200は、適切に電圧位相を変化させることで、図16に示すように、効率的にdq軸電流の楕円状の電流軌跡Itbを小さくする。図16では、脈動抑制装置200が、電圧位相を位相変化量Pcだけ変化させることで、脈動抑制装置200の電圧の軌跡が電圧軌跡Vtとなり、dq軸電流の楕円状の電流の軌跡が電流軌跡Itbとなった場合を示している。
 また、脈動抑制装置200は、ビートレス制御の効果を高めるために、dq軸電流の楕円状の電流軌跡Itbの長短軸方向が、ユーザが所望する角度になるようにモータ102を駆動する。
 実施の形態3では、脈動抑制装置200がdq軸電流の楕円状の電流軌跡Itbを小さくし、且つ長短軸方向をユーザに設定された所望の角度にするために、脈動抽出部205の構成を図17に示す構成とした。
 図17は、実施の形態3にかかる脈動抑制装置が備える脈動抽出部の構成を示す図である。脈動抽出部205は、ノルム演算部401と、重み係数設定部402と、位相角演算部403と、cos信号発生部404と、sin信号発生部405と、cos成分抽出部406と、sin成分抽出部407とを有している。
 ノルム演算部401は、入力信号yとして、dq軸電流ベクトルIdqを電気機械システム100から受け付ける。ここでの脈動抑制装置200は、dq軸電流ベクトルIdqの脈動を低減する。
 ノルム演算部401は、dq軸電流ベクトルIdqのノルム(絶対値)、または重み付きノルムを計算する。脈動抽出部205は、dq軸電流ベクトルIdqの重み付きノルムを計算する場合に重み係数設定部402を有していればよく、dq軸電流ベクトルIdqのノルムを計算する場合(重み付きノルムを計算しない場合)には重み係数設定部402を有していなくてもよい。重み係数設定部402は、ユーザによって設定される後述の重み係数w1,w2を記憶しておき、ノルム演算部401に重み係数w1,w2を設定する。
 重み係数w1は、d軸電流への重みであり、重み係数w2は、q軸電流への重みである。重み係数w1,w2の比率によって、d軸電流およびq軸電流の重みが調整される。ノルムには種々の種類があるが、もっとも有名なノルムは以下の式(9)を用いて計算されるL2ノルムである。
 ただし、式(9)でのidおよびiqは、dq軸電流(d軸電流およびq軸電流)である。ノルム演算部401は、式(9)を用いてノルムである|Idq2を計算する。|Idq2は、dq軸電流ベクトルIdqの絶対値に相当する。なお、ノルム演算部401は、L2ノルムの代わりに、L1ノルム、L∞ノルムなどを用いてもよい。
 また、ノルム演算部401は、重み係数w1,w2を適用した以下の式(10)を用いて重み付きノルムである|Idqw|を計算してもよい。この場合、ノルム演算部401は、重み係数設定部402が記憶している重み係数w1,w2を用いて|Idqw|を計算する。
 式(10)での重み係数w1,w2は、ゼロ以上の任意の値とする。なお、式(10)においては、id 2およびiq 2の代わりに、id 3およびiq 3が適用されてもよいし、id 4およびiq 4などが適用されてもよい。また、|Idq2は、w1=w2=1のときの|Idqw|に等しい。図17では、ノルム演算部401が|Idqw|を計算してcos成分抽出部406に出力する場合の脈動抽出部205の構成を示している。
 実施の形態3の脈動抑制装置200は、ノルム演算部401が演算したノルム(|Idq2または|Idqw|)の脈動成分を低減する。なお、入力信号yは、dq軸電流ベクトルIdqに限らず、ノルム演算部401が演算したノルムであってもよい。ここでは、入力信号yが|Idqw|である場合について説明する。すなわち、何れかのノルムの信号を入力信号yとする。ノルム演算部401は、入力信号yである|Idqw|をcos成分抽出部406およびsin成分抽出部407に送る。
 脈動抑制装置200が、どういったノルムの脈動成分を抑えるかによって、ビートレス制御によって得られる効果が変わってくる。例えば、相電流ピーク値を抑えたい場合は、脈動抑制装置200は、|Idq2の脈動を小さく抑える。また、モータ102の振動および騒音を抑えたい場合は、脈動抑制装置200は、w1=0、w2=1とし、q軸電流の脈動を抑える。また、脈動抑制装置200は、これらの中間の状態を目指す場合は、w1=0.5、w2=0.5のように重み係数w1,w2を変えてもよい。また、脈動抑制装置200は、w1=0.25、w2=0.75などのように重み係数w1,w2を変えてもよいし、w1=0.75、w2=0.25などのように重み係数w1,w2を変えてもよい。また、脈動抑制装置200は、d軸電流がq軸電流よりも大きいケースでは、w1=1、w2=0とし、d軸電流の脈動を抑えるようにしてもよい。
 ノルム演算部401での演算は、dq軸電流の楕円状の電流軌跡Itbの長短軸方向をユーザが所望する角度にするための演算であり、ビートレス制御を効果的に作用させるための演算である。
 重み係数設定部402には、ビートレス制御の目的(ビートレス制御によってどのような制御効果を得たいか)に応じて、重み係数w1,w2が設定される。重み係数w1,w2は、脈動抑制装置200のユーザが任意に設定してよい。なお、以下では、重み付けされていないノルムについて説明する場合があるが、ノルムは、重み付きノルムであってもよい。なお、重み係数設定部402は、dq軸電流ベクトルIdq、モータ102の回転数などに基づいて、重み係数w1,w2を調整してもよい。
 位相角演算部403は、式(2)に基づいて、脈動を検波する信号の位相角θdisを演算する。すなわち、位相角演算部403は、式(2)を用いて、外乱周波数fdisから位相角θdisを演算する。位相角演算部403は、位相角θdisをcos信号発生部404およびsin信号発生部405に出力する。
 cos信号発生部404およびcos成分抽出部406は、式(3)に基づいて、入力信号yに含まれるcos成分であるycosを計算する。すなわち、cos信号発生部404は、位相角θdisから位相角θdisのcos成分であるcosθdisを発生させてcos成分抽出部406に出力する。cos成分抽出部406は、式(3)に入力信号yおよびcosθdisを適用することで、入力信号yに含まれるcos成分であるycosを計算する。
 同様に、sin信号発生部405およびsin成分抽出部407は、式(4)に基づいて、入力信号yに含まれるsin成分であるysinを計算する。すなわち、sin信号発生部405は、位相角θdisから位相角θdisのsin成分であるsinθdisを発生させてsin成分抽出部407に出力する。sin成分抽出部407は、式(4)に入力信号yおよびsinθdisを適用することで、入力信号yに含まれるsin成分であるysinを計算する。
 cos成分抽出部406は、計算したycosを減算器201Aに出力し、sin成分抽出部407は、計算したysinを減算器201Bに出力する。
 前述したように、減算器201Aは、予め記憶しておいた脈動成分の目標値r*と脈動のcos成分であるycosとの差を演算し、演算結果をcos成分の偏差ecosとして回転演算部202に出力する。また、減算器201Bは、脈動成分の目標値r*と脈動のsin成分であるysinとの差を演算し、演算結果をsin成分の偏差esinとして回転演算部202に出力する。
 回転演算部202、積分制御部203A,203B、および交流復元部204は、実施の形態1の場合と同様の処理を実行する。これにより、交流復元部204から出力信号xが電気機械システム100に出力される。
 図18は、実施の形態3にかかる交流復元部の構成を示す図である。なお、図18の各構成要素のうち図17に示す脈動抽出部205が有する構成要素と同一機能を達成する構成要素については同一符号を付しており、重複する説明は省略する。交流復元部204は、位相角演算部403と、cos信号発生部404と、sin信号発生部405と、乗算器408,409と、加算器410とを有している。
 位相角演算部403、cos信号発生部404、およびsin信号発生部405は、脈動抽出部205が有する位相角演算部403、cos信号発生部404、およびsin信号発生部405と同様の処理を実行する。
 cos信号発生部404は、位相角θdisからcosθdisを発生させて乗算器408に出力する。また、sin信号発生部405は、位相角θdisからsinθdisを発生させて乗算器409に出力する。
 乗算器408,409および加算器410は、以下の式(11)に基づいて、脈動抑制装置200の出力信号xである操作量θbを計算する。
 具体的には、乗算器408は、積分制御部203Aから送られてくるxcosに、cos信号発生部404から送られてくるcosθdisを乗算し、乗算結果を加算器410に出力する。また、乗算器409は、積分制御部203Bから送られてくるxsinに、sin信号発生部405から送られてくるsinθdisを乗算し、乗算結果を加算器410に出力する。加算器410は、乗算器408から送られてくる乗算結果に乗算器409から送られてくる乗算結果を加算することで操作量θbを計算し、電気機械システム100に出力する。
 ここで、回転量調整部206が調整する回転量θRについて説明する。回転量調整部206は、何れの方法によって回転量θRを調整してもよい。回転量調整部206による回転量θRの調整方法については後述する。
 図19は、実施の形態3にかかる脈動抑制装置が脈動抑制の制御を実行している際の偏差ベクトルの第1の挙動を示す図である。図20は、実施の形態3にかかる脈動抑制装置が脈動抑制の制御を実行している際の偏差ベクトルの第2の挙動を示す図である。図21は、実施の形態3にかかる脈動抑制装置が脈動抑制の制御を実行している際の偏差ベクトルの第3の挙動を示す図である。
 図19~図21の横軸はcos成分(ecos)であり、縦軸はsin成分(esin)である。図19~図21では、脈動抑制装置200がビートレス制御を実行している際のecosおよびesinから構成される偏差ベクトルEの挙動を模式的に示している。
 脈動抑制装置200は、脈動抑制の制御を実行している際の回転量θRが適切であるか(制御が適切に行われているか)否かを、偏差ベクトルEと、偏差ベクトルEの時間微分ベクトル(d/dt)Eとを調べることで判別できる。以下、偏差ベクトルEの時間微分ベクトル(d/dt)Eを時間微分ベクトル(d/dt)Eという場合がある。
 図19に示す偏差ベクトルEの第1の挙動のように、偏差ベクトルEと時間微分ベクトル(d/dt)Eとが逆位相である場合、脈動抑制装置200は、回転量θRは最も適切な状態であると判断する。
 また、図20に示す偏差ベクトルEの第2の挙動のように、偏差ベクトルEの垂直線よりも時間微分ベクトル(d/dt)Eの向きが内側(原点側)にある場合、脈動抑制装置200は、回転量θRはある程度適切な状態であると判断する。
 図21に示す偏差ベクトルEの第3の挙動のように、偏差ベクトルEの垂直線よりも時間微分ベクトル(d/dt)Eの向きが外側にある場合、脈動抑制装置200は、回転量θRは不適切な状態であると判断する。
 図21に示す偏差ベクトルEの状態を放置すると、ビートレス制御が不安定化して発散するので、脈動抑制装置200は、偏差ベクトルEが図19または図20に示す状態になるように回転量θRを修正する。
 なお、脈動抑制装置200は、図20に示すように、偏差ベクトルEの垂直線よりも時間微分ベクトル(d/dt)Eの向きが内側にある場合に、時間微分ベクトル(d/dt)Eの向きがさらに内側に向くように回転量θRを修正してもよい。
 脈動抑制装置200は、回転量θRを修正するために、ビートレス制御が適切に行われているか否かを定量的な数値(評価値)で評価する。脈動抑制装置200は、評価値に応じた修正量で回転量θRを修正する。
 図22は、実施の形態3にかかる脈動抑制装置が、ビートレス制御が適切に行われているか否かを評価するための評価値を説明するための図である。図22の横軸はcos成分であり、縦軸はsin成分である。
 図22では、評価値の定義の一例を示している。脈動抑制装置200は、例えば、偏差ベクトルEと、偏差ベクトルEの時間微分ベクトル(d/dt)Eとの外積(2つのベクトルがなす平行四辺形の面積)を利用して、ビートレス制御の動作の妥当性を評価する。ここでは、ビートレス制御が適切に行われているか否かを評価するための評価値をCdで示している。偏差ベクトルEと、偏差ベクトルEの時間微分ベクトル(d/dt)Eとの外積がCdである。
 脈動抑制装置200は、偏差ベクトルEと、偏差ベクトルEの時間微分ベクトル(d/dt)Eとがなす平行四辺形の面積が小さいほど、回転量θRの修正量を小さくする。これにより、偏差ベクトルEと時間微分ベクトル(d/dt)Eとのなす角度が180度に近いほど、または0度に近いほど回転量θRの修正量が小さくなる。すなわち、脈動抑制装置200は、偏差ベクトルEと時間微分ベクトル(d/dt)Eとのなす角度が90度に近いほど回転量θRの修正量を大きくする。
 図23は、実施の形態3にかかる脈動抑制装置が有する回転量調整部の構成を示す図である。実施の形態3の回転量調整部206は、評価値演算部である外積演算部500と、評価値制御部507とを有している。評価値制御部507は、不感帯505と、PID制御部506とを備えている。
 外積演算部500は、疑似微分器502A,502Bと、乗算器503A,503Bと、減算器504とを備えている。なお、図23で示している記号sはラプラス演算子である。回転量調整部206に対しては、疑似微分器502A,502Bの代わりに、ローパスフィルタ(LPF:Low Pass Filter、低域通過濾波器)のない微分器が用いられてもよいが、図23では、微分ノイズを除去するためのローパスフィルタが付与された疑似微分器502A,502Bが用いられる場合について説明する。
 外積演算部500へは、減算器201Aから偏差ecosが入力され、減算器201Bから偏差esinが入力される。外積演算部500は、外積演算によって評価値であるCdを計算する。外積演算部500では、偏差ecosが疑似微分器502Aおよび乗算器503Bに入力され、偏差esinが疑似微分器502Bおよび乗算器503Aに入力される。
 疑似微分器502Aは、偏差ecosを時間tで微分してローパスフィルタを通すことによって(d/dt)ecosを算出し、乗算器503Aに出力する。乗算器503Aは、esinと(d/dt)ecosとを乗算し、乗算結果を減算器504に出力する。
 疑似微分器502Bは、偏差esinを時間tで微分してローパスフィルタを通すことによって(d/dt)esinを算出し、乗算器503Bに出力する。乗算器503Bは、ecosと(d/dt)esinとを乗算し、乗算結果を減算器504に出力する。
 減算器504は、乗算器503Aから出力された乗算結果から、乗算器503Bから出力された乗算結果を減算することで、評価値であるCdを計算する。減算器504は、Cdを不感帯505に出力する。
 不感帯505は、ビートレス制御が最終値に収束した後に回転量θRの調整を停止させる。回転量θRの調整が必要以上に行われることは、ビートレス制御の安定性の面で好ましくないので、実施の形態3の回転量調整部206は、ビートレス制御がユーザ所望の特定値(最終値)に収束した後、不感帯505によって回転量θRの調整を停止させている。なお、回転量調整部206が不感帯505を用いることは一例であり、回転量θRの調整を停止させるための仕組みとして不感帯505以外の他の回路等が用いられてもよい。
 PID制御部506は、不感帯505から出力されてくる信号に対してPID制御を実行し、回転量θRを回転演算部202に出力する。PID制御部506は、評価値Cdが少しずつゼロに近付くように、不感帯505から出力されてくる信号を用いてPID制御を実行する。なお、回転量θRの調整も何れの回路を用いて行われてもよい。回転量θRの調整は、例えば、PI制御を実行するPI制御部で行われてもよい。さらに良い制御結果が期待できるのであれば、別種類の制御部またはAIを用いて回転量θRが調整されてもよい。
 回転量調整部206が回転量θRを変化させると、ビートレス制御の動作が適正化され、評価値Cdが減少していく。評価値Cdが特定値まで減少すると、回転量θRの変化が停止する。このとき、回転量θRは、適切な値になっているので、偏差ベクトルEはいずれゼロに収束する。
 実施の形態3においてノルムまたは重み付けノルムの脈動の最小化を目指す理由は、最小化がインバータ電圧の電圧飽和領域(インバータ過変調領域)で実現できる最も良い状態だからである。直流母線電圧VDCが脈動している場合、dq軸電流の両方に脈動が生じるが、dq軸電流脈動の両方を同時に抑制するためには、電圧の振幅と位相との両方を操作しなければならない。これは制御自由度の観点から考えて自明なことである。インバータ過変調のときのように電圧の位相しかコントロールできない状態では、脈動抑制装置200が制御できるパラメータは1つだけである。したがって、このような状況下において、脈動抑制装置200では、電圧の位相を制御することで、ノルムまたは重み付けノルムの脈動の最小化を目指す。
 このように、脈動抑制装置200は、電圧の位相を適切に操作することで任意のノルムまたは重み付けノルムの脈動を最小化する。ただし、脈動を最小化するための最適な電圧位相の操作量θbは、電気機械システム100が配置される制御プラントの複雑性、モータ力率の影響、電源インダクタンス6の影響などによって複雑に変化する。すなわち、電気機械システム100のプラント特性が複雑な場合、またはプラント特性に激しい特性変動が生じるような場合には、脈動を最小化するための電圧位相の操作量θbが複雑に変化する。
 従来の脈動抑制装置ではこういった複雑なプラント特性などに対応できないので、動作条件によっては脈動抑制の制御を適切に行うことができなかった。実施の形態3の脈動抑制装置200は、回転量調整部206を備えているので、さまざまな状況下においてもビート振動などの脈動の抑制を確実に実現することができる。
 脈動抑制装置200が、どういったノルムの脈動成分を抑えるかによって、脈動抑制の制御によって得られる効果が変わってくる。脈動抑制装置200は、ユーザが所望する脈動成分を抑えることで、例えば、電流ピーク値の増加によるモータ効率の悪化、過電流保護の制約によるモータ102の最大出力の低下、モータ102の振動または騒音の増加などを防ぐことができる。
 つぎに、モータ制御装置300および脈動抑制装置200の動作について説明する。図24は、実施の形態3にかかるモータ制御装置および脈動抑制装置が実行する制御処理の処理手順を示すフローチャートである。ここでは、変調部13および回転子位置演算部14が脈動抑制装置200に配置されている場合について説明する。
 モータ制御装置300は、電流検出部12によって検出されたモータ102に流れる相電流(相電流ベクトルIuvw)を電流検出部12から取得する(ステップS10)。続いて、脈動抑制装置200は、直流母線電圧検出部10によって検出されたコンデンサ9の両端電圧である直流母線電圧VDCを直流母線電圧検出部10から取得する(ステップS20)。
 その後、座標変換部17は、電流の座標変換演算を行う(ステップS30)。すなわち、座標変換部17は、電流検出部12から受け付けた相電流ベクトルIuvwを、推定磁極位置θ^eを用いてdq軸電流ベクトルIdqに座標変換する。
 回転子位置演算部14は、回転子位置を演算する(ステップS40)。これにより、回転子位置演算部14は、モータ102の回転子の位置情報および回転子の速度情報を取得する。具体的には、回転子位置演算部14は、三相電圧指令ベクトルV* uvwと相電流ベクトルIuvwとから、回転子の位置情報である推定磁極位置θ^eと、回転子の速度情報である推定角速度ω^eとを推定する。
 電圧指令決定部15は、モータ102を所望の速度およびトルクで回転させるための電圧指令を演算する(ステップS50)。具体的には、電圧指令決定部15は、速度指令ω* eと、推定角速度ω^eとが一致するように、dq軸電流ベクトルIdqからdq軸電圧指令ベクトルV* dqを演算する。
 脈動抑制装置200は、ビートレス制御演算を実行する(ステップS60)。これにより、脈動抑制装置200は、電圧位相の操作量θbを決定する。具体的には、脈動抑制装置200は、dq軸電流ベクトルIdqの中に含まれる外乱周波数fdisの成分を抽出し、抽出した成分を低減する電圧位相の操作量θbを決定する。
 座標変換部16は、電圧指令を三相座標上の値に座標変換する(ステップS70)。具体的には、座標変換部16は、電圧位相の操作量θbと推定磁極位置θ^eとの和である位相角θ^ebを用いてdq軸電圧指令ベクトルV* dqを三相電圧指令ベクトルV* uvwに変換する。
 変調部13は、変調演算を実行する(ステップS80)。具体的には、変調部13は、直流母線電圧VDCおよび三相電圧指令ベクトルV* uvwに基づいて、PWM信号を決定する。変調部13は、インバータ11にPWM信号を与える。これにより、インバータ11がモータ102を駆動する。このように、電圧位相の操作量θbを用いてモータ102が駆動されることで、動作条件が大きく変化しても、電流のビート振動を効果的に抑制することが可能となる。
 つぎに、脈動抑制装置200の動作について説明する。図25は、実施の形態3にかかる脈動抑制装置が実行するビートレス制御処理の処理手順を示すフローチャートである。なお、図25に示す処理のうち、図10で説明した処理と同様の処理については、同じステップ番号を付している。
 脈動抑制装置200では、重み係数設定部402が、予め記憶しておいた重み係数w1,w2をノルム演算部401に設定する(ステップS110)。ノルム演算部401は、ノルム演算を実行する(ステップS120)。すなわち、ノルム演算部401は、dq軸電流ベクトルIdqのノルムまたは重み付きノルムを計算する。
 脈動抽出部205は、ノルム演算部401で計算されたノルムまたは重み付きノルムの脈動抽出演算を実行する(ステップS130)。すなわち、脈動抽出部205は、外乱周波数fdisの成分および外乱周波数fdisの整数倍の高調波成分に基づいて、ノルムまたは重み付きノルムに含まれる脈動成分を抽出する。
 脈動抽出部205では、位相角演算部403、cos信号発生部404、sin信号発生部405、cos成分抽出部406、およびsin成分抽出部407が、脈動成分を抽出する。脈動抽出部205は、ノルムの脈動のcos成分をycosとして減算器201Aに出力し、ノルムの脈動のsin成分をysinとして減算器201Bに出力する。
 減算器201Aは、cos成分の偏差ecosを演算し、減算器201Bは、sin成分の偏差esinを演算する(ステップS210)。回転量調整部206は、偏差ecosおよび偏差esinに基づいて、回転量θRを調整する(ステップS220)。回転量調整部206は、調整した回転量θRを回転演算部202に設定する。
 回転演算部202は、回転量θRを用いて、ベクトルの回転演算を行う(ステップS230)。これにより、回転演算部202は、eRcosおよびeRsinを演算する。積分制御部203A,203Bは、積分制御演算を実行する(ステップS240)。これにより、積分制御部203A,203Bは、xcosおよびxsinを決定する。
 交流復元部204は、交流復元演算を実行する(ステップS250)。具体的には、交流復元部204は、式(1)、式(2)、および式(11)にxcos、xsin、およびfdisを適用することで、電圧位相の操作量θb(出力信号x)を演算する。
 交流復元部204では、位相角演算部403、cos信号発生部404、sin信号発生部405、乗算器408,409、および加算器410が電圧位相の操作量θbを演算する。
 つぎに、回転量調整部206の動作について説明する。図26は、実施の形態3にかかる回転量調整部が実行する回転量調整処理の処理手順を示すフローチャートである。
 外積演算部500は、ビートレス制御が適切に行われているかを判定するための評価値であるCdを、外積演算によって計算する(ステップS320)。すなわち、外積演算部500は、減算器201Aが演算したcos成分の偏差ecosと、減算器201Bが演算した偏差esinとに基づいて、評価値であるCdを演算する。
 回転量調整部206の不感帯505は、不感帯処理を実行する(ステップS330)。回転量調整部206のPID制御部506は、PID制御演算を行い(ステップS340)、評価値Cdがゼロになるように回転量θRを調整する。
 このように、実施の形態3によれば、脈動抑制装置200の回転量調整部206は、回転量θRが不適切な状態である場合に、不適切な状態を自動的に検知し、回転量θRを修正するので、煩雑な制御調整を行うことなく、直流母線電圧VDCの脈動によって生じるビート振動を効果的に抑制することができる。
 また、脈動抑制装置200は、ビート振動の抑制によって、電流ピーク値の増加によるモータ効率の悪化、過電流保護の制約によるモータ102の最大出力の低下、モータ102の振動または騒音の増加などを防ぐことができる。
実施の形態4.
 つぎに、図27を用いて実施の形態4について説明する。実施の形態4では、脈動抑制装置を並列化することで、外乱周波数fdisの成分および外乱周波数fdisの整数倍の高調波成分に基づいて、脈動を抑制する。
 図27は、実施の形態4にかかるモータ制御装置の構成を示す図である。図27の各構成要素のうち図14に示す実施の形態3のモータ制御装置300と同一機能を達成する構成要素については同一符号を付しており、重複する説明は省略する。
 モータ制御装置300Aは、電気機械システム100の機械的脈動または電気的脈動を抑制する脈動抑制システム20に接続されて使用される。脈動抑制システム20は、脈動抑制装置200X,200Yを有している。これにより、モータ制御装置300Aは、脈動抑制装置200X,200Yに接続されて使用される。なお、単一の計算機でモータ制御装置300および脈動抑制装置200X,200Yの演算が行われてもよい。実施の形態4では、実施の形態3と同様に、ビートレス制御を脈動抑制の制御例として説明する。
 実施の形態4では、第1の脈動抑制装置である脈動抑制装置200Xと第2の脈動抑制装置である脈動抑制装置200Yとが並列化されている。脈動抑制装置200X,200Yは、実施の形態1などで説明した脈動抑制装置200と同様に、電気機械システム100から出力された入力信号yに基づいて、電気機械システム100の脈動を抑制する装置である。
 脈動抑制装置200Xの脈動抽出部205が第1の脈動抽出部であり、脈動抑制装置200Yの脈動抽出部205が第2の脈動抽出部である。第1の脈動抽出部が抽出する周期脈動が第1の周期脈動であり、第1の脈動抽出部は、第1の周期脈動を第1のコサイン成分と第1のサイン成分とに分けて抽出する。第2の脈動抽出部が抽出する周期脈動が第2の周期脈動であり、第2の脈動抽出部は、第2の周期脈動を第2のコサイン成分と第2のサイン成分とに分けて抽出する。
 脈動抑制装置200Xの回転量調整部206が第1の回転量調整部であり、脈動抑制装置200Yの回転量調整部206が第2の回転量調整部である。第1の回転量調整部は、第1のコサイン成分および第1のサイン成分に対して回転演算を行う際の第1の回転量を決定し、第2の回転量調整部は、第2のコサイン成分および第2のサイン成分に対して回転演算を行う際の第2の回転量を決定する。
 脈動抑制装置200Xの回転演算部202が第1の回転演算部であり、脈動抑制装置200Yの回転演算部202が第2の回転演算部である。第1の回転演算部は、第1のコサイン成分および第1のサイン成分に対して第1の回転量で回転演算を行い、第2の回転演算部は、第2のコサイン成分および第2のサイン成分に対して第2の回転量で回転演算を行う。
 脈動抑制装置200Xの積分制御部203Aが第1の積分制御部であり、積分制御部203Bが第2の積分制御部である。そして、脈動抑制装置200Yの積分制御部203Aが第3の積分制御部であり、積分制御部203Bが第4の積分制御部である。第1の積分制御部は、回転演算された第1のコサイン成分を積分し、第2の積分制御部は、回転演算された第1のサイン成分を積分する。第3の積分制御部は、回転演算された第3のコサイン成分を積分し、第4の積分制御部は、回転演算された第4のサイン成分を積分する。
 脈動抑制装置200Xの交流復元部204が第1の交流復元部であり、脈動抑制装置200Yの交流復元部204が第2の交流復元部である。第1の交流復元部は、積分された第1のコサイン成分および積分された第1のサイン成分を交流信号に復元して出力し、第2の交流復元部は、積分された第2のコサイン成分および積分された第2のサイン成分を交流信号に復元して出力する。
 モータ制御装置300Aは、モータ制御装置300と同様に電圧指令決定部15と、座標変換部16,17と、加算器19とを有している。モータ制御装置300Aでは、電圧指令決定部15が、脈動抑制装置200X,200Yに接続されている。また、モータ制御装置300Aでは、加算器19が、脈動抑制装置200X,200Yに接続されている。
 一般に直流母線電圧VDCの脈動には高調波成分が含まれるので、モータ102のdq軸電流は、高調波成分の影響を受ける。実施の形態4では、dq軸電流のノルムまたは重み付けノルムの脈動を小さくするために、基本波成分と高調波成分とを同時に抑制する制御系が、モータ制御装置300Aおよび脈動抑制装置200X,200Yによって構築されている。
 脈動抑制装置200Xは、外乱周波数fdisの成分である基本波成分に基づいて脈動(第1の周期脈動)を抑制し、脈動抑制装置200Yは、外乱周波数fdisの整数倍の高調波成分に基づいて脈動(第2の周期脈動)を抑制する。すなわち、第1の脈動抑制装置である脈動抑制装置200Xは、脈動抑制装置200と同様に基本波成分であるfdisを抑制し、第2の脈動抑制装置である脈動抑制装置200Yは、fdisのN倍(Nは2以上の整数)の高調波成分を抑制する。脈動抑制装置200X,200Yは、外乱周波数fdisの基本波成分および高調波成分を同時に低減する。脈動抑制装置200Xと脈動抑制装置200Yとはターゲットとなる外乱周波数が異なるだけで、同様の処理を実行する。図27では、fdisのN倍の外乱周波数をNfdisで示している。
 脈動抑制装置200Xは、ユーザによって入力される外乱周波数fdisを受け付けるとともに、モータ102のdq軸電流ベクトルIdqを座標変換部17から受け付ける。また、脈動抑制装置200Yは、ユーザによって入力される外乱周波数Nfdisを受け付けるとともに、モータ102のdq軸電流ベクトルIdqを座標変換部17から受け付ける。
 脈動抑制装置200Xは、外乱周波数fdisに基づいてdq軸電流ベクトルIdqの中に含まれる外乱周波数fdisのcos成分およびsin成分を抽出する。また、脈動抑制装置200Yは、外乱周波数Nfdisに基づいてdq軸電流ベクトルIdqの中に含まれる外乱周波数Nfdisのcos成分であるcosN成分およびsin成分であるsinN成分を抽出する。
 脈動抑制装置200Xは、外乱周波数fdisのcos成分およびsin成分に対して、回転演算部202による回転演算と、積分制御部203A,203Bによる積分演算と、交流復元部204による積分演算結果に基づいた電圧位相の操作量θbの計算とを行う。
 また、脈動抑制装置200Yは、外乱周波数NfdisのcosN成分およびsinN成分に対して、回転演算部202による回転演算と、積分制御部203A,203Bによる積分演算と、交流復元部204による積分演算結果に基づいた電圧位相の操作量θb2の計算とを行う。脈動抑制装置200Yが出力する操作量θb2は、以下の式(12)のように表せる。
 ただし、式(12)のxcosNおよびxsinNは、それぞれビートレス制御の出力信号xのcosN成分、sinN成分である。なお、実施の形態4では、基本波および高調波の制御系を並列化する場合について説明したが、複数の次数の高調波成分を同時に抑制したい場合は、同様の方法で並列化を行えばよい。
 このように実施の形態4によれば、脈動抑制装置200X,200Yのように複数の脈動抑制装置が用いられるので、直流母線電圧VDCの脈動に大きな高調波成分が含まれる場合であっても、ビート振動を効果的に抑制することができる。
 また、脈動抑制装置200X,200Yは、ビート振動の抑制によって、電流ピーク値の増加によるモータ効率の悪化、過電流保護の制約によるモータ102の最大出力の低下、モータ102の振動または騒音の増加などを防ぐことができる。
実施の形態5.
 つぎに、図28を用いて実施の形態5について説明する。実施の形態5では、脈動抑制の応答性を改善するために、制御プラントの特性などの追加情報に基づいて、回転量θRを調整する。
 図28は、実施の形態5にかかる脈動抑制装置の構成を示す図である。図28の各構成要素のうち図1に示す実施の形態1の脈動抑制装置200と同一機能を達成する構成要素については同一符号を付しており、重複する説明は省略する。
 実施の形態5の脈動抑制装置200Bは、実施の形態1の脈動抑制装置200と比較して、回転量調整部206の代わりに回転量調整部206Bを備えている。また、脈動抑制装置200Bは、脈動抑制装置200と同様に、減算器201A,201Bと、回転演算部202と、積分制御部203A,203Bと、交流復元部204と、脈動抽出部205とを備えている。
 実施の形態1~4で説明した脈動抑制装置200,200A,200X,200Yは、偏差ベクトルEの増減に基づいて回転量θRを調整するので、動作条件によっては回転量θRの調整に長い時間が掛かる場合がある。また、一般にフィードバック制御よりもフィードフォワード制御のほうが応答が早い。このため、実施の形態5では、脈動抑制装置200にフィードフォワード制御を組み合わせた脈動抑制装置200Bによって回転量θRの調整を短時間で完了させる。
 回転量調整部206Bは、追加情報に基づいて回転量θRを操作する。実施の形態5では、実施の形態3,4と同様に、ビートレス制御を脈動抑制の制御例として説明する。回転量調整部206Bは、制御プラントの特性、モータ102の力率(モータ力率)、交流電源5の電源インダクタンス6の推定値、周囲の電気機器の設置状況などのうちの少なくとも1つの情報を含んだ追加情報に基づいて回転量θRを調整する。
 電源インダクタンス6が大きくなると、LC(エルシー)共振周波数が低下して、ビートレス制御に悪影響を及ぼす。回転量調整部206Bは、例えば、電源インダクタンス6の推定値に基づいて回転量θRを調整することで、LC共振周波数が低下しても直流母線電圧VDCの脈動を抑制できる。
 また、回転量調整部206Bは、制御プラントの特性に基づいて回転量θRを調整するので、種々の運転条件で意図した通りに脈動を小さくすることができる。また、回転量調整部206Bは、モータ102の力率に基づいて回転量θRを調整するので、種々の運転条件で意図した通りに脈動を小さくすることができる。また、回転量調整部206Bは、周囲の電気機器の設置状況に基づいて回転量θRを調整するので、種々の運転条件で意図した通りに脈動を小さくすることができる。
 なお、追加情報は、ビートレス制御にとって有益な情報であれば、上述した情報以外の他の情報であってもよい。追加情報は、脈動抑制装置200Bの外部に配置された不図示の演算装置から脈動抑制装置200Bに送られてきてもよいし、脈動抑制装置200Bの内部で計算されてもよい。脈動抑制装置200Bは、追加情報に基づいてフィードフォワードで回転量θRを調整することで、周期脈動を短時間で抑制することが可能となる。
 このように実施の形態5によれば、脈動抑制装置200Bは、追加情報に基づいて回転量θRを操作するので、複雑なプラント特性を有する電気機械システム100およびプラントの特性変動の激しい電気機械システム100に対しても、周期外乱dcに起因する脈動を短時間で的確に低減することができる。したがって、脈動抑制装置200Bは、電気機械システム100が複雑なプラント特性を有する場合または特性変動が激しい場合であっても、良好な動作特性を得ることができる。
 また、脈動抑制装置200Bは、脈動を的確に低減することができるので、振動の低減、騒音の低減、省エネルギー性能の改善、システムの最大出力増大などを実現することができる。
実施の形態6.
 つぎに、図29~図32を用いて実施の形態6について説明する。実施の形態3~5では、脈動抑制装置200,200X,200Y,200Bがビートレス制御に適用される場合について説明したが、実施の形態6では、脈動抑制装置200が、他の種類の脈動を抑制する。実施の形態6では、脈動抑制装置200がビートレス制御以外に適用される場合の適用例について説明する。
 図29は、実施の形態6にかかる脈動抑制装置の第1の適用例を説明するための図である。図29の各構成要素のうち図14に示す実施の形態3のモータ制御装置300と同一機能を達成する構成要素については同一符号を付しており、重複する説明は省略する。
 図29では、脈動抑制装置200と、実施の形態6の第1例のモータ制御装置300Bとを図示している。モータ制御装置300Bは、脈動抑制装置200によってモータ102の速度脈動を抑える場合のモータ制御装置である。
 図29の脈動抑制装置200は、回転子位置演算部14からモータ102の推定角速度ω^eを受け付ける。図29の脈動抑制装置200は、推定角速度ω^eに基づいて、dq軸電圧脈動指令V** dqを演算し、dq軸電圧脈動指令V** dqをモータ制御装置300Bに出力する。dq軸電圧脈動指令V** dqは、モータ102の速度脈動を抑制するためのdq軸電圧の指令である。
 図29の脈動抑制装置200も、実施の形態3の脈動抑制装置200と同様に、回転量調整部206を用いて出力信号xであるdq軸電圧脈動指令V** dqを演算する。このように、図29の脈動抑制装置200は、モータ102の推定角速度ω^eを入力とし、dq軸電圧脈動指令V** dqを出力としている。
 実施の形態6のモータ制御装置300Bは、実施の形態1のモータ制御装置300と同様に、電圧指令決定部15と、座標変換部16,17と、加算器19とを有している。モータ制御装置300Bでは、推定磁極位置θ^eが座標変換部16,17に入力される。また、加算器19が電圧指令決定部15、座標変換部16、および脈動抑制装置200に接続されている。
 加算器19は、脈動抑制装置200から出力されたdq軸電圧脈動指令V** dqと、電圧指令決定部15から出力されたdq軸電圧指令ベクトルV* dqとを加算し、加算結果としてdq軸電圧指令V*** dqを座標変換部16に出力する。座標変換部16は、推定磁極位置θ^eを用いてdq軸電圧指令V*** dqを三相座標上の三相電圧指令ベクトルV* uvwに変換する。座標変換部16は、三相電圧指令ベクトルV* uvwを変調部13に出力する。
 これにより、インバータ11は、三相電圧指令ベクトルV* uvwに基づいて動作し、モータ102を駆動する。この結果、脈動抑制装置200は、モータ102の回転速度の速度脈動を抑制することができる。なお、ここでは、脈動抑制装置200およびモータ制御装置300Bが、dq軸電圧指令(dq軸電圧指令ベクトルV* dq)に対して補償を行っているが、脈動抑制装置200およびモータ制御装置300Bは、dq軸電流指令(dq軸電流指令ベクトル)に対して補償を行ってもよい。
 速度起電力に基づいた位置センサレス制御では、推定系の応答性の都合上、推定角速度ω^eと、角速度の実際の値である角速度真値ωeとの間に位相差が生じる場合がある。この位相差が原因で速度脈動の抑制が難しくなる場合があるが、実施の形態6では、脈動抑制装置200が、回転量調整部206を用いてdq軸電圧脈動指令V** dqを演算し、モータ制御装置300が、dq軸電圧脈動指令V** dqを用いて電気機械システム100を制御しているので、速度脈動を的確に抑制できる。
 図30は、実施の形態6にかかる脈動抑制装置の第2の適用例を説明するための図である。図30の各構成要素のうち図29に示すモータ制御装置300Bと同一機能を達成する構成要素については同一符号を付しており、重複する説明は省略する。
 図30では、脈動抑制装置200と、実施の形態6の第2例のモータ制御装置300Cとを図示している。モータ制御装置300Cは、脈動抑制装置200によってモータ102の電流脈動を抑える場合のモータ制御装置である。
 図30の脈動抑制装置200は、座標変換部17からdq軸電流ベクトルIdqを受け付ける。図30の脈動抑制装置200は、dq軸電流ベクトルIdqに基づいて、dq軸電圧脈動指令V** dqを演算し、dq軸電圧脈動指令V** dqをモータ制御装置300Cに出力する。
 図30の脈動抑制装置200も、実施の形態3の脈動抑制装置200と同様に、回転量調整部206を用いて出力信号xであるdq軸電圧脈動指令V** dqを演算する。このように、図30の脈動抑制装置200は、モータ102のdq軸電流ベクトルIdqを入力とし、dq軸電圧脈動指令V** dqを出力としている。
 実施の形態3~5では、インバータ電圧の電圧飽和領域であるインバータ過変調領域を想定していたので、電圧位相が操作されたが、脈動抑制装置200およびモータ制御装置300Cは、インバータ11の線形領域ではd軸電圧およびq軸電圧の両方を操作できるので、d軸電圧およびq軸電圧を操作してもよい。この場合、脈動抑制装置200およびモータ制御装置300Cは、dq軸電流の何れか一方の脈動を抑制してもよいし、脈動抑制装置200を並列化して両方の脈動を抑制してもよい。このように、脈動抑制装置200は、インバータ11の線形領域で電流脈動を抑えてもよい。
 図31は、実施の形態6にかかる脈動抑制装置の第3の適用例を説明するための図である。図31の各構成要素のうち図30に示すモータ制御装置300Cと同一機能を達成する構成要素については同一符号を付しており、重複する説明は省略する。
 図31では、脈動抑制装置200と、実施の形態6の第3例のモータ制御装置300Dとを図示している。モータ制御装置300Dは、脈動抑制装置200によって加速度情報に含まれる脈動成分を抑える場合のモータ制御装置である。
 図31の脈動抑制装置200は、加速度センサ1からモータ102の加速度amを受け付ける。図31の脈動抑制装置200は、加速度amに基づいて、dq軸電圧脈動指令V** dqを演算し、dq軸電圧脈動指令V** dqをモータ制御装置300Dに出力する。
 図31の脈動抑制装置200も、実施の形態3の脈動抑制装置200と同様に、回転量調整部206を用いて出力信号xであるdq軸電圧脈動指令V** dqを演算する。このように、図31の脈動抑制装置200は、加速度amを入力とし、dq軸電圧脈動指令V** dqを出力としている。
 図32は、実施の形態6にかかる脈動抑制装置の第4の適用例を説明するための図である。図32の各構成要素のうち図29に示すモータ制御装置300Bと同一機能を達成する構成要素については同一符号を付しており、重複する説明は省略する。
 図32では、脈動抑制装置200と、実施の形態6の第4例のモータ制御装置300Dとを図示している。モータ制御装置300Dは、脈動抑制装置200によって力情報に含まれる脈動成分を抑える場合のモータ制御装置である。力情報は、力Fmの情報である。力Fmは、例えば、圧縮機3に接続される冷媒配管にかかる力、圧縮機3が配置される床にかかる力などである。
 図32の脈動抑制装置200は、力センサ2からモータ102にかかる力Fmを受け付ける。図32の脈動抑制装置200は、力Fmに基づいて、dq軸電圧脈動指令V** dqを演算し、dq軸電圧脈動指令V** dqをモータ制御装置300Dに出力する。
 図32の脈動抑制装置200も、実施の形態3の脈動抑制装置200と同様に、回転量調整部206を用いて出力信号xであるdq軸電圧脈動指令V** dqを演算する。このように、図32の脈動抑制装置200は、力Fmを入力とし、dq軸電圧脈動指令V** dqを出力としている。
 なお、図30~図32でも、脈動抑制装置200およびモータ制御装置300C,300Dが、dq軸電圧指令に対して補償を行っているが、脈動抑制装置200およびモータ制御装置300C,300Dは、dq軸電流指令に対して補償を行ってもよい。
 図31および図32の脈動抑制装置200は、機械装置103に取り付けられた加速度センサ1または力センサ2を用いて、機械装置103の内部の部品に掛かる応力または振動を抑制する。モータ102からこれらの加速度センサ1または力センサ2までのプラントの周波数特性を調べるのは煩雑であるが、脈動抑制装置200は、回転量調整部206を用いてdq軸電圧脈動指令V** dqを演算するので、煩雑な事前調整を行うことなく、周期外乱dcに起因する脈動を的確に低減することができる。
 このように実施の形態6によれば、脈動抑制装置200は、回転量調整部206を用いて出力信号xを演算するので、プラントの周波数特性および入出力特性を正確に把握できない場合であっても脈動を低減することができ、良好な動作特性を得ることができる。
 以上の実施の形態に示した構成は、一例を示すものであり、別の公知の技術と組み合わせることも可能であるし、実施の形態同士を組み合わせることも可能であるし、要旨を逸脱しない範囲で、構成の一部を省略、変更することも可能である。

Claims (6)

  1.  電源回路、モータ、および機械装置を有した電気機械システムの機械的脈動または電気的脈動を抑制する脈動抑制装置であって、
     前記電気機械システムに生じる周期的な外乱である周期外乱の周期脈動をコサイン成分とサイン成分とに分けて抽出する脈動抽出部と、
     前記周期脈動のコサイン成分およびサイン成分に対して回転演算を行う際の回転量を決定する回転量調整部と、
     前記コサイン成分および前記サイン成分に対して前記回転量で回転演算を行う回転演算部と、
     回転演算された前記コサイン成分を積分する第1の積分制御部と、
     回転演算された前記サイン成分を積分する第2の積分制御部と、
     積分された前記コサイン成分および積分された前記サイン成分を、前記電源回路の直流母線電圧の脈動周波数である外乱周波数に基づいて、交流信号に復元して出力する交流復元部と、
     を備え、
     前記回転量調整部は、前記周期脈動が低減されるように前記回転量を調整する、
     ことを特徴とする脈動抑制装置。
  2.  前記回転量調整部は、
     前記周期脈動の絶対値の時間的変化を演算し、前記時間的変化に基づいて前記回転量を調整する、
     ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の脈動抑制装置。
  3.  前記回転量調整部は、
     前記周期脈動の絶対値の時間的変化を定量的に評価して評価値を演算する評価値演算部と、
     前記評価値が特定値になるように前記回転量を調整する評価値制御部と、
     を有している、
     ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の脈動抑制装置。
  4.  前記回転量調整部は、人工知能を用いて前記回転量を調整する、
     ことを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1つに記載の脈動抑制装置。
  5.  前記回転量調整部は、
     前記電気機械システムのプラント特性、前記モータの力率、前記電源回路の電源インダクタンスの推定値、および周囲の電気機器の設置状況のうちの少なくとも1つの情報を含んだ追加情報に基づいて、前記回転量を調整する、
     ことを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1つに記載の脈動抑制装置。
  6.  電源回路、モータ、および機械装置を有した電気機械システムの機械的脈動または電気的脈動を抑制する脈動抑制システムであって、
     前記脈動抑制システムは、
     前記電気機械システムの前記機械的脈動または電気的脈動を抑制する第1の脈動抑制装置と、
     前記電気機械システムの前記機械的脈動または電気的脈動を抑制する第2の脈動抑制装置と、
     を有し、
     前記第1の脈動抑制装置は、
     前記電気機械システムに生じる周期的な外乱である周期外乱の第1の周期脈動を第1のコサイン成分と第1のサイン成分とに分けて抽出する第1の脈動抽出部と、
     前記第1の周期脈動の第1のコサイン成分および第1のサイン成分に対して回転演算を行う際の第1の回転量を決定する第1の回転量調整部と、
     前記第1のコサイン成分および前記第1のサイン成分に対して前記第1の回転量で回転演算を行う第1の回転演算部と、
     回転演算された前記第1のコサイン成分を積分する第1の積分制御部と、
     回転演算された前記第1のサイン成分を積分する第2の積分制御部と、
     積分された前記第1のコサイン成分および積分された前記第1のサイン成分を、前記電源回路の直流母線電圧の脈動周波数である外乱周波数に基づいて、交流信号に復元して出力する第1の交流復元部と、
     を備え、
     前記第1の回転量調整部は、前記第1の周期脈動が低減されるように前記第1の回転量を調整し、
     前記第2の脈動抑制装置は、
     前記電気機械システムに生じる周期的な外乱である周期外乱の第2の周期脈動を第2のコサイン成分と第2のサイン成分とに分けて抽出する第2の脈動抽出部と、
     前記第2の周期脈動の第2のコサイン成分および第2のサイン成分に対して回転演算を行う際の第2の回転量を決定する第2の回転量調整部と、
     前記第2のコサイン成分および前記第2のサイン成分に対して前記第2の回転量で回転演算を行う第2の回転演算部と、
     回転演算された前記第2のコサイン成分を積分する第3の積分制御部と、
     回転演算された前記第2のサイン成分を積分する第4の積分制御部と、
     積分された前記第2のコサイン成分および積分された前記第2のサイン成分を、前記電源回路の直流母線電圧の脈動周波数である外乱周波数に基づいて、交流信号に復元して出力する第2の交流復元部と、
     を備え、
     前記第2の回転量調整部は、前記第2の周期脈動が低減されるように前記第2の回転量を調整し、
     前記第1の脈動抑制装置および前記第2の脈動抑制装置は、前記第1の周期脈動および前記第2の周期脈動を同時に低減する、
     ことを特徴とする脈動抑制システム。
