本発明は、優れた低誘電性を有し、粘着力及び保持性にも優れる粘着剤組成物の提供、該粘着剤組成物を含有する粘着剤層を有する粘着テープの提供、該粘着剤組成物を含有する樹脂組成物から成形される樹脂成形体の提供、該粘着テープを備える複合構成体の提供、該樹脂成形体又は該複合構成体を含む自動車部材の提供、該複合構成体を用いる樹脂成形体の製造方法の提供を目的とする。 本発明は、(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステルに由来する構成単位と、末端に重合性不飽和二重結合を有するオレフィン系重合体に由来する構成単位と、極性官能基含有モノマーに由来する構成単位とを有するアクリル系共重合体、並びに、スチレン系モノマーに由来するブロックと共役ジエン系モノマーに由来するブロックとを有するブロック共重合体、及び、該ブロック共重合体の水素添加体からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を含むスチレン系エラストマーを含有する粘着剤組成物である。

本発明は、粘着剤組成物に関する。また、本発明は、該粘着剤組成物を含有する粘着剤層を有する粘着テープに関する。更に、本発明は、該粘着剤組成物を含有する樹脂組成物から成形される樹脂成形体に関する。更にまた、本発明は、該粘着テープを備える複合構成体に関する。加えて、本発明は、該樹脂成形体又は該複合構成体を含む自動車部材に関する。そして、本発明は、該複合構成体を用いる樹脂成形体の製造方法に関する。
粘着テープ又は粘着シートは多様な分野で広く用いられており、例えば、携帯電話、携帯情報端末(Personal Digital Assistants、PDA)等の携帯電子機器の組み立てのために、或いは、車載用パネル等の車載用電子機器部品を車両本体に固定するために用いられている(例えば、特許文献1、2)。

近年、電子機器の分野ではより大容量のデータをより高速に送受信することが求められ、いわゆる第5世代移動通信システム(5G)の実用化も進められており、これに伴い、伝送信号の高周波数化が進められている。しかしながら、高周波数化により、伝送信号の減衰量(「伝送損失」という)が大きくなるという問題が生じている。
電子機器の組み立てや部品の固定に用いられる粘着剤組成物や粘着剤層を有する粘着テープとしても、このような伝送損失を抑えることができる低誘電性に優れた粘着剤組成物や粘着テープが求められている。例えば、小型アンテナ基地局、車載用アンテナ等のアンテナにおいては、近年、フィルム化が進みつつある。このようなアンテナフィルムの内部の部材間の貼り合わせ、アンテナフィルムと他の部材との貼り合わせ等に用いられる粘着剤組成物や粘着テープとしても、伝送損失を抑えることができ、伝送信号が高周波数化した場合にも好適に使用できる低誘電性に優れた粘着剤組成物や粘着テープが求められている。
高周波の通信部材を固定する粘着剤組成物や粘着テープには、低誘電性に優れること、及び、剥離に対する接着強度(粘着力)やせん断方向に対する保持性といった粘着物性に優れることを両立することが求められる。
しかしながら、従来の粘着剤組成物では、粘着剤組成物がアクリル共重合体から構成される場合、粘着力及び保持性に優れることは容易に達成可能なものの、低誘電性を達成することが困難である。一方で、粘着剤組成物がスチレン系エラストマー等のゴム系粘着剤を含有するゴム系粘着剤組成物である場合、低誘電性は容易に達成可能なものの、粘着力及び保持性に優れることを達成することが困難である。また、粘着剤組成物にアクリル系共重合体とゴム系粘着剤とを含有させようとする場合、アクリル系共重合体は比較的高極性である一方でゴム系粘着剤は比較的低極性であることから、アクリル系共重合体とゴム系粘着剤とは互いに相溶性が低いため、得られる粘着剤組成物は充分な粘着物性を発現することが困難となる。以上から、従来の粘着剤組成物においては、低誘電性に優れること、並びに、粘着力及び保持性に優れることを両立することは困難な課題であった。
本発明は、優れた低誘電性を有し、粘着力及び保持性にも優れる粘着剤組成物を提供することを目的とする。また、本発明は、該粘着剤組成物を含有する粘着剤層を有する粘着テープを提供することを目的とする。更に、本発明は、該粘着剤組成物を含有する樹脂組成物から成形される樹脂成形体を提供することを目的とする。更にまた、本発明は、該粘着テープを備える複合構成体を提供することを目的とする。加えて、本発明は、該樹脂成形体又は該複合構成体を含む自動車部材を提供することを目的とする。そして、本発明は、該複合構成体を用いる樹脂成形体の製造方法を提供することを目的とする。
本開示1は、(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステルに由来する構成単位と、末端に重合性不飽和二重結合を有するオレフィン系重合体に由来する構成単位と、極性官能基含有モノマーに由来する構成単位とを有するアクリル系共重合体、並びに、スチレン系モノマーに由来するブロックと共役ジエン系モノマーに由来するブロックとを有するブロック共重合体、及び、該ブロック共重合体の水素添加体からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を含むスチレン系エラストマーを含有する粘着剤組成物である。
本開示2は、更に、架橋剤を含有する本開示1の粘着剤組成物である。
本開示3は、更に、粘着付与樹脂を含有する本開示1又は2の粘着剤組成物である。
本開示4は、上記アクリル系共重合体、上記スチレン系エラストマー、及び、上記粘着付与樹脂の合計含有量における、上記スチレン系エラストマー及び上記粘着付与樹脂の合計含有量の占める割合が、20質量%以上70質量%以下である本開示3の粘着剤組成物である。
本開示5は、上記スチレン系エラストマー及び上記粘着付与樹脂の合計含有量における、上記粘着付与樹脂の含有量の占める割合が、20質量%以上80質量%以下である本開示3又は4の粘着剤組成物である。
本開示6は、上記(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステルは、(メタ)アクリル酸n-ヘキシル、(メタ)アクリル酸n-へプチル、及び、(メタ)アクリル酸2-オクチルからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を含む本開示1、2、3、4又は5の粘着剤組成物である。
本開示7は、上記アクリル系共重合体中における、上記末端に重合性不飽和二重結合を有するオレフィン系重合体に由来する構成単位の含有割合が、5質量%以上55質量%以下である本開示1、2、3、4、5又は6の粘着剤組成物である。
本開示8は、更に、顔料を含有する本開示1、2、3、4、5、6又は7の粘着剤組成物である。

本開示16は、樹脂成形体の製造方法であって、本開示14の複合構成体を分別せずに樹脂組成物とした後、該樹脂組成物を用いて樹脂成形体を成形する工程を有する、樹脂成形体の製造方法である。
以下、本発明を詳述する。
本発明者らは、粘着剤組成物において、(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステルに由来する構成単位と、末端に重合性不飽和二重結合を有するオレフィン系重合体に由来する構成単位とを有するアクリル系共重合体を用いると、低極性成分との相溶性が向上することに着眼し、粘着剤組成物に上述した構成単位を有するアクリル系共重合体とスチレン系エラストマー等のゴム系粘着剤とを含有させることを検討した。
更に、本発明者らは、上述した構成の粘着剤組成物において、アクリル系共重合体として(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステルに由来する構成単位と、末端に重合性不飽和二重結合を有するオレフィン系重合体に由来する構成単位と、極性官能基含有モノマーに由来する構成単位とを有するアクリル系共重合体を用いて検討した結果、優れた低誘電性を有し、粘着力及び保持性にも優れる粘着剤組成物を得ることができることを見出し、本発明を完成させるに至った。
本発明の粘着剤組成物は、(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステルに由来する構成単位と、末端に重合性不飽和二重結合を有するオレフィン系重合体に由来する構成単位と、極性官能基含有モノマーに由来する構成単位とを有するアクリル系共重合体(以下、単に「アクリル系共重合体」と示すこともある。)、及び、後述するスチレン系エラストマーを含有する。
本発明の粘着剤組成物は、上記アクリル系共重合体及び後述するスチレン系エラストマーを含有することにより、優れた低誘電性を有し、粘着力及び保持性にも優れるものとなる。
なお、本明細書中において、「(メタ)アクリル」とは、アクリル又はメタクリルを意味する。
上記アクリル系共重合体は、(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステルに由来する構成単位と、末端に重合性不飽和二重結合を有するオレフィン系重合体に由来する構成単位とを有する。
上記アクリル系共重合体は、上記アクリル系共重合体の側鎖に位置する、末端に重合性不飽和二重結合を有するオレフィン系重合体に由来する構成単位が相互作用によって凝集し、擬似的な架橋を形成した構造となっている。上記アクリル系共重合体がこのような構造を取ることで、上記粘着剤組成物は、ひずみが小さいときは架橋された粘着剤組成物のように硬く、高い保持性を示す。一方、剥離応力がかかってひずみが大きくなったときは、上記擬似的な架橋が切れて、上記アクリル系共重合体の分子が伸びることから、上記粘着剤組成物は高い柔軟性を示す。つまり、上記アクリル系共重合体が(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステルに由来する構成単位と、末端に重合性不飽和二重結合を有するオレフィン系重合体に由来する構成単位とを含有することで、得られる粘着剤組成物の粘着力が充分なものとなり、保持性がより向上する。
また、末端に重合性不飽和二重結合を有するオレフィン系重合体は極性が比較的低いため、上記アクリル系共重合体が末端に重合性不飽和二重結合を有するオレフィン系重合体に由来する構成単位を有することにより、上記アクリル系共重合体は主鎖に高極性部位、側鎖に低極性部位を有する構造となる。そのため、上記アクリル系共重合体は後述するスチレン系エラストマーや粘着付与樹脂等の上記粘着剤組成物中における低極性成分との相溶性が向上する。
その結果、上記粘着剤組成物に、上記アクリル系共重合体及び後述するスチレン系エラストマーを含有させることにより、優れた低誘電性を有し、粘着力及び保持性にも優れるものとすることができる。
上記(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステルに由来する構成単位における(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステルとしては、例えば、直鎖状又は分岐鎖状の炭素数1~24のアルキル基を有する(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステルが挙げられる。具体的には、(メタ)アクリル酸メチル、(メタ)アクリル酸エチル、(メタ)アクリル酸プロピル、(メタ)アクリル酸イソプロピル、(メタ)アクリル酸n-ブチル、(メタ)アクリル酸s-ブチル、(メタ)アクリル酸t-ブチル、(メタ)アクリル酸イソブチル、(メタ)アクリル酸n-ペンチル、(メタ)アクリル酸イソペンチル、(メタ)アクリル酸n-ヘキシル、(メタ)アクリル酸イソヘキシル、(メタ)アクリル酸n-ヘプチル、(メタ)アクリル酸イソヘプチル、(メタ)アクリル酸2-エチルヘキシル、(メタ)アクリル酸n-オクチル、(メタ)アクリル酸イソオクチル、(メタ)アクリル酸2-オクチル、(メタ)アクリル酸n-ノニル、(メタ)アクリル酸イソノニル、(メタ)アクリル酸n-デシル、(メタ)アクリル酸イソデシル、(メタ)アクリル酸n-ドデシル、(メタ)アクリル酸n-トリデシル、(メタ)アクリル酸n-テトラデシル、(メタ)アクリル酸ペンタデシル、(メタ)アクリル酸ヘキサデシル、(メタ)アクリル酸ヘプタデシル、(メタ)アクリル酸ステアリル、(メタ)アクリル酸イソステアリル等が挙げられる。なかでも、後述する(メタ)アクリル系共重合体のガラス転移温度が好適な範囲を満たしやすくなり、得られる粘着剤組成物の粘着力がより向上する観点から、アルキル基の炭素数が4~8の(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステルが好ましく、更に、得られる粘着剤組成物の保持性がより向上する観点から、(メタ)アクリル酸n-ブチルがより好ましい。また、得られる粘着剤組成物の粘着力がより向上する観点からは、上記(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステルは、(メタ)アクリル酸n-ヘキシル、(メタ)アクリル酸n-へプチル、及び、(メタ)アクリル酸2-オクチルからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を含むことがより好ましい。
なお、これらの(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステルは単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を併用してもよい。
上記アクリル系共重合体中における、上記(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステルに由来する構成単位の含有割合は、好ましい下限が50質量%であり、好ましい上限が95質量%である。上記(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステルに由来する構成単位の含有割合が上記範囲であることにより、得られる粘着剤組成物の粘着力と保持性とがより向上する。上記(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステルに由来する構成単位の含有割合のより好ましい下限は60質量%、より好ましい上限は90質量%、更に好ましい下限は65質量%、更に好ましい上限は85質量%である。
上記末端に重合性不飽和二重結合を有するオレフィン系重合体は、片末端に重合性不飽和二重結合を有していてもよく、両末端に重合性不飽和二重結合を有していてもよい。なかでも、分子内での化学架橋が起きにくく、得られる粘着剤組成物の保持性がより向上する観点から、片末端に重合性不飽和二重結合を有するオレフィン系重合体が好ましい。
上記末端に重合性不飽和二重結合を有するオレフィン系重合体としては、例えば、片末端又は両末端に重合性不飽和炭素-炭素二重結合を含有する基を有する、エチレン-ブチレン共重合体、エチレン-プロピレン共重合体、エチレン重合体、プロピレン重合体、ブチレン重合体等が挙げられる。上記重合性不飽和炭素-炭素二重結合を含有する基としては、例えば、(メタ)アクリロイル基、ビニルエーテル基、スチリル基等が挙げられる。なかでも、上記(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステルとの共重合性に優れることから、(メタ)アクリロイル基が好ましい。
上記末端に重合性不飽和二重結合を有するオレフィン系重合体としては、具体的には、片末端に(メタ)アクリロイル基を有するエチレンマクロモノマー、片末端に(メタ)アクリロイル基を有するプロピレンマクロモノマー、片末端に(メタ)アクリロイル基を有するエチレン-ブチレンマクロモノマー、片末端に(メタ)アクリロイル基を有するエチレン-プロピレンマクロモノマー等が挙げられる。なかでも、後述するアクリル系共重合体のガラス転移温度が好適な範囲を満たしやすくなり、得られる粘着剤組成物の粘着力がより向上する観点から、片末端に(メタ)アクリロイル基を有するエチレン-ブチレンマクロモノマー、片末端に(メタ)アクリロイル基を有するエチレン-プロピレンマクロモノマーが好ましい。
なお、これらの末端に重合性不飽和二重結合を有するオレフィン系重合体は単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を併用してもよい。
また、本明細書中において、「マクロモノマー」とは、重量平均分子量1000~10万程度の重合可能な官能基を有するモノマーのことを意味し、「(メタ)アクリロイル」とは、アクリロイル又はメタクリロイルのことを意味する。
上記アクリル系共重合体中における、上記末端に重合性不飽和二重結合を有するオレフィン系重合体に由来する構成単位の含有割合は、好ましい下限は5質量%であり、好ましい上限は55質量%である。上記末端に重合性不飽和二重結合を有するオレフィン系重合体に由来する構成単位の含有割合が5質量%以上であることにより、適度な数の擬似的な架橋が形成され、得られる粘着剤組成物の粘着力と保持性とがより向上する。また、上記アクリル系共重合体は側鎖に低極性部位を有することで、後述するスチレン系エラストマーや粘着付与樹脂等の上記粘着剤組成物中の低極性成分との相溶性がより向上するため、得られる粘着剤組成物はより優れた低誘電性を有し、粘着力と保持性とがより向上する。上記末端に重合性不飽和二重結合を有するオレフィン系重合体に由来する構成単位の含有割合が55質量%以下であることにより、得られる粘着剤組成物のバルク強度がより向上するため、上記粘着剤組成物の保持性がより向上する。上記末端に重合性不飽和二重結合を有するオレフィン系重合体に由来する構成単位の含有割合のより好ましい下限は10質量%、より好ましい上限は50質量%、更に好ましい上限は45質量%、更により好ましい上限は40質量%である。
上記アクリル系共重合体は、極性官能基含有モノマーに由来する構成単位を有する。上記(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステルに由来する構成単位と、上記末端に重合性不飽和二重結合を有するオレフィン系重合体に由来する構成単位とを有するアクリル系共重合体が、更に、極性官能基含有モノマーに由来する構成単位を有することにより、上記アクリル系共重合体中の極性官能基同士が相互作用するため、上記粘着剤組成物の保持性が充分なものとなり、粘着力がより向上する。
上記極性官能基含有モノマーとしては、例えば、カルボキシ基含有モノマー、水酸基含有モノマー、アミド基含有モノマー、アミノ基含有モノマー等が挙げられる。なかでも、得られる粘着剤組成物の粘着力と保持性が更に向上する観点から、カルボキシ基含有モノマー、及び、水酸基含有モノマーからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を含むことが好ましい。
上記カルボキシ基含有モノマーとして、具体的には、(メタ)アクリル酸、(メタ)アクリロイル酢酸、(メタ)アクリロイルプロピオン酸、(メタ)アクリロイル酪酸、(メタ)アクリロイルペンタン酸、クロトン酸等の不飽和モノカルボン酸や、マレイン酸、フマル酸、シトラコン酸、メサコン酸、イタコン酸等のジカルボン酸等が挙げられる。
上記水酸基含有モノマーとして、具体的には、4-ヒドロキシブチル(メタ)アクリレート、2-ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート等が挙げられる。
上記アミド基含有モノマーとして、具体的には、N-ビニル-2-ピロリドン、N,N-ジメチル(メタ)アクリルアミド、N-イソプロピル(メタ)アクリルアミド等が挙げられる。
上記アミノ基含有モノマーとして、具体的には、(メタ)アクリロイルモルフォリン、ジメチルアミノエチル(メタ)アクリレート、ジエチルアミノエチル(メタ)アクリレート等が挙げられる。
なお、これらの極性官能基含有モノマーは単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を併用してもよい。
上記アクリル系共重合体中における、上記極性官能基含有モノマーに由来する構成単位の含有割合は、好ましい下限は0.1質量%であり、好ましい上限は10質量%である。上記極性官能基含有モノマーに由来する構成単位の含有割合が0.1質量%以上であることにより、極性官能基同士の相互作用をより高めることができるため、上記粘着剤組成物の粘着力と保持性とがより向上する。上記極性官能基含有モノマーに由来する構成単位の含有割合が10質量%以下であることにより、上記アクリル系共重合体の極性がより低下し、得られる粘着剤組成物の低誘電性がより向上する。また、得られる粘着剤組成物が硬くなりすぎず、粘着力がより向上する。
また、上記粘着剤組成物が架橋剤を含有する場合、上記極性官能基含有モノマーに由来する構成単位の含有割合が上記範囲内であることにより、上記アクリル系共重合体が適度に架橋構造を形成することができるようになるため、得られる粘着剤組成物の保持性がより向上する。
上記極性官能基含有モノマーに由来する構成単位の含有割合のより好ましい下限は1質量%、より好ましい上限は8質量%である。
上記アクリル系共重合体は、示差走査熱量測定を行ったときに-100~200℃の範囲にガラス転移温度を有し、全ての上記ガラス転移温度が-20℃以下であることが好ましい。
上記アクリル系共重合体が上記温度範囲にガラス転移温度を有し、かつ、その全てのガラス転移温度が-20℃以下である、つまり、上記アクリル系共重合体が高いガラス転移温度を有する構造を含まないことで、上記アクリル系共重合体の分子が伸びやすくなるため、得られる粘着剤組成物の粘着力がより向上する。全ての上記ガラス転移温度が-30℃以下であることがより好ましく、-35℃以下であることが更に好ましい。上記ガラス転移温度は上記アクリル系共重合体の材料となるモノマーの種類によって調節することができる。
なお、上記ガラス転移温度は、窒素雰囲気下(窒素フロー、流量50mL/min)、示差走査熱量計(例えば、セイコーインスツルメンツ社製、「220C」等)を用いて、JIS K6240:2011に準拠した方法で測定温度-100~200℃、昇温速度10℃/minの条件下で測定を行うことにより求めることができる。
上記アクリル系共重合体の重量平均分子量(Mw)は、好ましい下限は50万であり、好ましい上限は200万である。上記アクリル系共重合体の重量平均分子量(Mw)が50万以上であることにより、得られる粘着剤組成物の粘着力と保持性とがより向上する。上記アクリル系共重合体の重量平均分子量(Mw)が200万以下であることにより、得られる粘着剤組成物が硬くなりすぎず、粘着力がより高くなる。上記アクリル系共重合体の重量平均分子量(Mw)のより好ましい下限は65万、より好ましい上限は150万、更に好ましい下限は80万、更に好ましい上限は120万である。
上記アクリル系共重合体の多分散度(重量平均分子量/数平均分子量、Mw/Mn)は、好ましい下限は1.0であり、好ましい上限は6.0である。上記アクリル系共重合体の多分散度(Mw/Mn)が上記範囲であることにより、得られる粘着剤組成物の粘着力と保持性とがより向上する。上記アクリル系共重合体の多分散度(Mw/Mn)のより好ましい下限は1.5、より好ましい上限は4.5である。
本明細書中において、「重量平均分子量」、「数平均分子量」とは、ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィ(GPC)法により、ポリスチレン換算分子量として測定される重量平均分子量を意味する。
上記アクリル系共重合体の重量平均分子量、数平均分子量、多分散度の測定方法としては、具体的には、例えば、測定機器としてWaters社製「2690 Separations Module」、カラムとして昭和電工社製「GPC KF-806L」、溶媒として酢酸エチルを用い、サンプル流量1mL/min、カラム温度40℃の条件で測定することができる。
上記粘着剤組成物中における、上記アクリル系共重合体の含有割合の好ましい下限は30質量%であり、好ましい上限は50質量%である。上記アクリル系共重合体の含有割合が30質量%以上であることにより、得られる粘着剤組成物の粘着力と保持性とがより向上する。上記アクリル系共重合体の含有割合が50質量%以下であることにより、得られる粘着剤組成物が低誘電性により優れるものとなる。上記アクリル系共重合体の含有割合のより好ましい下限は40質量%、更に好ましい下限は45質量%である。
上記粘着剤組成物は、スチレン系モノマーに由来するブロックと共役ジエン系モノマーに由来するブロックとを有するブロック共重合体、及び、該ブロック共重合体の水素添加体(以下、「水添ブロック共重合体」と示すこともある。)からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を含む、スチレン系エラストマーを含有する。上記スチレン系エラストマーは極性が低く、高周波数帯において誘電正接が小さい。そのため、上記粘着剤組成物が上記スチレン系エラストマーを含有することにより、低誘電性が向上する。
なかでも、二重結合(不飽和結合)の含有率が低く、得られる粘着剤組成物の耐熱性及び耐候性がより向上する観点から、上記スチレン系エラストマーは、上記ブロック共重合体の水素添加体を含むことが好ましい。
なお、本明細書中において、「ブロック共重合体の水素添加体」とは、上記共役ジエン系モノマーに由来する繰り返し単位の二重結合(不飽和結合)のうち、好ましくは80%以上、より好ましくは90%以上、更に好ましくは95%以上、更により好ましくは96%以上が水素添加により飽和結合に変換されているブロック共重合体を意味する。上記水添ブロック共重合体は、部分水素添加体であってもよいし、完全水素添加体であってもよい。即ち、水素添加の比率(水素添加率)の上限は100%であってもよい。また、水素添加率は、重水素化クロロホルムを溶媒として用い、20HzでのH-NMRスペクトルを測定することにより、算出することができる。
上記スチレン系モノマーに由来するブロックと共役ジエン系モノマーに由来するブロックとを有するブロック共重合体は特に限定されず、室温でゴム弾性(rubber elasticity)を有し、ハードセグメント部分とソフトセグメント部分とを有するブロック共重合体であればよい。なお、上記スチレン系モノマーに由来するブロックがハードセグメント部分であり、上記共役ジエン系モノマーに由来するブロックがソフトセグメント部分である。
また、上記スチレン系モノマーに由来するブロックと共役ジエン系モノマーに由来するブロックとを有するブロック共重合体は、直鎖状であっても、分岐鎖状であってもよい。
上記スチレン系モノマーに由来するブロックは、スチレン系モノマーに由来する繰り返し単位を有するブロックであればよく、エチレン等の他の化合物に由来する繰り返し単位を含んでいてもよい。
上記スチレン系モノマーとしては、例えば、アルキルスチレン、ハロゲン化スチレン、ハロゲン置換アルキルスチレン、アルコキシスチレン、カルボキシアルキルスチレン、アルキルエーテルスチレン、アルキルシリルスチレン、ビニルベンジルジメトキシホスファイド、ビニルナフタレン、ビニルアントラセン、N,N-ジエチル-p-アミノエチルスチレン、ビニルピリジン等が挙げられる。
上記アルキルスチレンとしては、例えば、スチレン、メチルスチレン、ジメチルスチレン、t-ブチルスチレン等が挙げられる。
上記ハロゲン化スチレンとしては、例えば、クロロスチレン、ブロモスチレン、フルオロスチレン等が挙げられる。
上記ハロゲン置換アルキルスチレンとしては、例えば、クロロメチルスチレン等が挙げられる。
上記アルコキシスチレンとしては、例えば、メトキシスチレン、エトキシスチレン等が挙げられる。
上記カルボキシアルキルスチレンとしては、例えば、カルボキシメチルスチレン等が挙げられる。
上記アルキルエーテルスチレンとしては、例えば、ビニルベンジルプロピルエーテル等が挙げられる。
上記アルキルシリルスチレンとしては、例えば、トリメチルシリルスチレン等が挙げられる。
なかでも、スチレン、メチルスチレン、ジメチルスチレンが好ましく、工業的に入手しやすいことから、スチレンがより好ましい。
なお、これらのスチレン系モノマーは、単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を併用してもよい。
上記共役ジエン系モノマーに由来するブロックは、共役ジエン化合物に由来する繰り返し単位を有する。上記共役ジエン化合物としては、例えば、1,3-ブタジエン、イソプレン、2,3-ジメチル-1,3-ブタジエン、1,3-ペンタジエン、2-メチル-1,3-オクタジエン、1,3-ヘキサジエン、1,3-シクロヘキサジエン、4,5-ジエチル-1,3-オクタジエン、3-ブチル-1,3-オクタジエン、ミルセン、クロロプレン等が挙げられる。
なかでも、重合反応性が高く、工業的に入手しやすいことから、1,3-ブタジエン、イソプレンが好ましい。
これらの共役ジエン化合物は、単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を併用してもよい。
上記スチレン系モノマーに由来するブロックと共役ジエン系モノマーに由来するブロックとを有するブロック共重合体の水素添加体としては、例えば、スチレン-エチレン・ブチレン-スチレンブロック共重合体(SEBS)、スチレン-エチレン・プロピレン-スチレンブロック共重合体(SEPS)、スチレン-エチレン-エチレン・プロピレン-スチレンブロック共重合体(SEEPS)、スチレン-イソブチレン-スチレンブロック共重合体(SIBS)等のトリブロック共重合体が挙げられる。なかでも、得られる粘着剤組成物が適度な柔軟性を有し粘着力がより優れる観点から、SEBSが好ましい。
上記スチレン系モノマーに由来するブロックと共役ジエン系モノマーに由来するブロックとを有するブロック共重合体としては、例えば、スチレン-ブタジエン-スチレンブロック共重合体(SBS)、スチレン-イソプレン-スチレンブロック共重合体(SIS)等のトリブロック共重合体が挙げられる。なかでも、得られる粘着剤組成物がより伸びやすくなり粘着力がより優れる観点から、SISが好ましい。
上記スチレン系エラストマーは、上記スチレン系モノマーに由来するブロックと上記共役ジエン系モノマーに由来するブロックとのトリブロック共重合体に加えて、上記スチレン系モノマーに由来するブロックと上記共役ジエン系モノマーに由来するブロックとのジブロック共重合体を含有していてもよい。
上記スチレン系エラストマーにおける上記ジブロック共重合体の含有量(以下、「ジブロック比率」ともいう)は特に限定されないが、好ましい下限は50質量%、より好ましい下限は70質量%である。上記ジブロック比率が上記範囲内であることにより、得られる粘着剤組成物の被着体への密着性がより高くなり、接着強度がより向上する。
また、上記ジブロック比率の上限は特に限定されないが、得られる粘着剤組成物の凝集力を維持することができる観点から、好ましい上限は90質量%である。
なお、ジブロック比率は、ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィ(GPC)法により測定される各共重合体のピーク面積比から算出することができる。
上記スチレン系エラストマーにおける上記スチレン系モノマーに由来するブロックの含有量(以下、「スチレン含有量」と示すこともある。)は特に限定されないが、好ましい上限は20質量%、より好ましい上限は16質量%である。上記スチレン含有量が上記範囲内であることにより、得られる粘着剤組成物が硬くなりすぎず、被着体への密着性がより高くなり、接着強度がより向上する。
また、上記スチレン含有量の下限は特に限定されないが、得られる粘着剤組成物の凝集力を維持することができる観点から、好ましい下限は8質量%である。
なお、スチレン含有量は、H-NMRにより測定される各ブロックのピーク面積比から算出することができる。
上記スチレン系エラストマーの重量平均分子量(Mw)は特に限定されないが、好ましい下限は5万である。上記スチレン系エラストマーの重量平均分子量(Mw)が5万以上であることにより、得られる粘着剤組成物の粘着力がより向上するとともに、得られる粘着剤組成物は低誘電性により優れるものとなる。上記スチレン系エラストマーの重量平均分子量のより好ましい下限は10万である。
また、上記スチレン系エラストマーの重量平均分子量の好ましい上限は特にないが、上記スチレン系エラストマーの重量平均分子量が大きければ大きいほど、上記粘着剤組成物の粘着力をより高めることができる一方、上記粘着剤組成物の粘度が上がり加工性が低下するため、実質60万程度が限度である。
上記アクリル系共重合体100質量部に対して、上記スチレン系エラストマーの含有量の好ましい下限は15質量部であり、好ましい上限は100質量部である。上記スチレン系エラストマーの含有量が15質量部以上であることにより、得られる粘着剤組成物は低誘電性により優れるものとなる。上記スチレン系エラストマーの含有量が100質量部以下であることにより、得られる粘着剤組成物の保持性がより向上する。上記スチレン系エラストマーの含有量のより好ましい下限は30質量部、より好ましい上限は70質量部である。
上記粘着剤組成物は、更に、架橋剤を含有することが好ましい。上記粘着剤組成物が架橋剤を含有することにより、上記アクリル系共重合体は、分子間が架橋剤を介して化学架橋された架橋構造を形成することができるようになるため、得られる粘着剤組成物の凝集力がより向上する。その結果、上記粘着剤組成物の保持性がより向上する。
上記架橋剤としては、例えば、エポキシ系架橋剤、イソシアネート系架橋剤、金属キレート系架橋剤等が挙げられる。なかでも、得られる粘着剤組成物が適度な柔軟性と耐熱性を有するようになる観点から、イソシアネート系架橋剤が好ましい。
上記アクリル系共重合体100質量部に対して、上記架橋剤の含有量は、好ましい下限が0.5質量部であり、好ましい上限が7質量部である。上記架橋剤の含有量が0.5質量部以上であることにより、上記アクリル系共重合体は、架橋構造を適度に形成することができるようになるため、得られる粘着剤組成物の凝集力がより向上する。その結果、上記粘着剤組成物の保持性がより向上する。上記架橋剤の含有量が7質量部以下であることにより、得られる粘着剤組成物が硬くなりすぎず、粘着力と保持性とがより向上する。上記架橋剤の含有量のより好ましい下限は2質量部、より好ましい上限は5質量部である。
上記粘着剤組成物は、粘着付与樹脂(タッキファイヤ)を含有することが好ましい。上記粘着剤組成物が粘着付与樹脂を含有することにより、粘着剤組成物の粘着力がより向上する。
上記粘着付与樹脂は特に限定されないが、粘着付与樹脂の極性が低く、得られる粘着剤組成物の低誘電性がより向上する観点から、水酸基価が15mgKOH/g未満である低水酸基価粘着付与樹脂を含むことが好ましい。なお、上記低水酸基価粘着付与樹脂の水酸基価は0mgKOH/gであってもよい。
上記低水酸基価粘着付与樹脂としては、例えば、テルペン樹脂、石油樹脂等が挙げられる。
上記粘着付与樹脂は、水酸基価が15mgKOH/g以上である高水酸基価粘着付与樹脂を含んでいてもよい。上記高水酸基価粘着付与樹脂は極性が高いことから、極性の低い上記末端に重合性不飽和二重結合を有するオレフィン系重合体に由来する構成単位と相溶しがたい。その結果、極性の低い上記末端に重合性不飽和二重結合を有するオレフィン系重合体に由来する構成単位同士の相互作用による擬似的な架橋点の形成を阻害することがないため、得られる粘着剤組成物の粘着力をより向上させることができる。
上記高水酸基価粘着付与樹脂としては、例えば、テルペンフェノール樹脂、重合ロジンエステル樹脂等が挙げられる。
また、粘着付与樹脂の極性が低いことにより、得られる粘着剤組成物の低誘電性が向上する観点から、上記高水酸基価粘着付与樹脂の水酸基価の好ましい上限は200mgKOH/gである。
上記粘着付与樹脂の含有量は特に限定されないが、上記アクリル系共重合体100質量部に対して、上記低水酸基価粘着付与樹脂の含有量は、好ましい下限は10質量部、好ましい上限は200質量部である。上記低水酸基価粘着付与樹脂の含有量が10質量部以上であることにより、得られる粘着剤組成物の粘着力がより向上する。上記低水酸基価粘着付与樹脂の含有量が200質量部以下であることにより、得られる粘着剤組成物が硬くなりすぎず、粘着力と保持性とがより向上する。上記低水酸基価粘着付与樹脂の含有量のより好ましい下限は30質量部、より好ましい上限は120質量部である。
また、上記アクリル系共重合体100質量部に対して、上記高水酸基価粘着付与樹脂の含有量は、好ましい上限は30質量部である。上記高水酸基価粘着付与樹脂の含有量が30質量部以下であることにより、得られる粘着剤組成物が硬くなりすぎず、粘着力と保持性とがより向上するとともに、得られる粘着剤組成物の極性が高くなりすぎず、上記粘着剤組成物が低誘電性により優れるものとなる。上記高水酸基価粘着付与樹脂の含有量のより好ましい上限は15質量部である。また、上記粘着剤組成物の低誘電性を向上させる観点からは、上記粘着剤組成物は上記高水酸基価粘着付与樹脂を含有しないことが好ましい。
上記粘着剤組成物が上記高水酸基価粘着付与樹脂を含有する場合、上記高水酸基価粘着付与樹脂の含有量の好ましい下限は、1質量部である。
上記アクリル系共重合体、上記スチレン系エラストマー、及び、上記粘着付与樹脂の合計含有量における、上記スチレン系エラストマー及び上記粘着付与樹脂の合計含有量の占める割合は、好ましい下限が20質量%であり、好ましい上限が70質量%である。上記アクリル系共重合体、上記スチレン系エラストマー、及び、上記粘着付与樹脂の合計含有量における、上記スチレン系エラストマー及び上記粘着付与樹脂の合計含有量の占める割合が上記範囲内であることにより、得られる粘着剤組成物は、低誘電性と保持性とがより向上する。上記アクリル系共重合体、上記スチレン系エラストマー、及び、上記粘着付与樹脂の合計含有量における、上記スチレン系エラストマー及び上記粘着付与樹脂の合計含有量の占める割合のより好ましい下限は40質量%、より好ましい上限は65質量%、更に好ましい下限は50質量%、更により好ましい下限は55質量%である。
なお、上記粘着剤組成物が上記粘着付与樹脂を含有しない場合は、「上記アクリル系共重合体、上記スチレン系エラストマー、及び、上記粘着付与樹脂の合計含有量」は上記アクリル系共重合体及び上記スチレン系エラストマーの合計含有量とし、また、「上記スチレン系エラストマー及び上記粘着付与樹脂の合計含有量」は上記スチレン系エラストマーの含有量とする。
上記粘着剤組成物が上記粘着付与樹脂を含有する場合、上記スチレン系エラストマー及び上記粘着付与樹脂の合計含有量における、上記粘着付与樹脂の含有量の占める割合は、好ましい下限が20質量%であり、好ましい上限が80質量%である。上記スチレン系エラストマー及び上記粘着付与樹脂の合計含有量における、上記粘着付与樹脂の含有量の占める割合が20質量%以上であることにより、得られる粘着剤組成物の保持性がより向上する。上記スチレン系エラストマー及び上記粘着付与樹脂の合計含有量における、上記粘着付与樹脂の含有量の占める割合が80質量%以下であることにより、得られる粘着剤組成物が硬くなりすぎず、上記粘着剤組成物の粘着力と保持性とがより向上する。上記スチレン系エラストマー及び上記粘着付与樹脂の合計含有量における、上記粘着付与樹脂の含有量の占める割合のより好ましい下限は30質量%、より好ましい上限は75質量%、更に好ましい下限は40質量%、更に好ましい上限は70質量%である。
上記粘着剤組成物は、更に、発泡性粒子を含有することが好ましい。上記粘着剤組成物が発泡性粒子を含有することにより、後述する粘着テープにおける粘着剤層が発泡構造を有するものとなる。その結果、粘着テープに優れた衝撃吸収性を付与することができるようになる。
上記発泡性粒子としては、例えば、加熱することで発泡するもの等が挙げられ、熱膨張した粒子であってもよい。具体的には例えば、熱分解型発泡剤、熱膨張性マイクロカプセル等が挙げられ、なかでも、上記発泡性粒子は熱膨張性マイクロカプセルを含むことが好ましい。
上記熱膨張性マイクロカプセルは、外殻樹脂の内部に低沸点溶剤等の揮発性物質が内包された粒子であり、加熱により外殻樹脂が軟化するとともに、内包された揮発性物質が揮発ないし膨張するため、その圧力で外殻が膨張して粒子径が大きくなることから、上記熱膨張性マイクロカプセルは、加熱されることで外殻内部に気泡を有する中空粒子となる。
そのため、上記粘着剤組成物において、上記発泡性粒子が熱膨張性マイクロカプセルを含むことにより、発泡性粒子から発生した気体が形成される粘着剤層の外部に抜けることが防止され、適正な量の気泡を粘着剤層中に並存させやすくなる。その結果、形成される粘着剤層は柔軟性がより向上し、得られる粘着テープはより優れた耐衝撃性を有するものとなる。
上記熱膨張性マイクロカプセルの外殻樹脂は、熱可塑性樹脂であることが好ましい。上記熱可塑性樹脂としては、例えば、エチレン、スチレン、酢酸ビニル、塩化ビニル、塩化ビニリデン、アクリロニトリル、ブタジエン、クロロプレン等のビニル化合物の重合体及びこれらの共重合体、ナイロン6、ナイロン66等のポリアミド、ポリエチレンテレフタレート等のポリエステルから選ばれる1種又は2種以上の樹脂等が挙げられる。なかでも、内包された揮発性物質が透過しにくく、後述する発泡性粒子の平均粒径を好適な範囲により調整しやすい観点から、アクリロニトリルの共重合体が好ましい。
上記熱膨張性マイクロカプセルの内部に内包される揮発性物質としては、例えば、プロパン、プロピレン、ブテン、ノルマルブタン、イソブタン、イソペンタン、ネオペンタン、ノルマルペンタン、ヘキサン、ヘプタン等の炭素数3~7の炭化水素、石油エーテル、塩化メチル、メチレンクロリド等のメタンのハロゲン化物、CClF、CCl等のクロロフロオロカーボン、テトラメチルシラン、トリメチルエチルシラン等のテトラアルキルシラン等から選択される1種又は2種以上の低沸点液体等が挙げられる。なかでも、炭素数3~7の炭化水素が好ましい。
上記発泡性粒子の平均粒径は、好ましい下限が15μmであり、好ましい上限が60μmである。上記発泡性粒子の平均粒径が上記範囲内であることにより、得られる粘着テープの耐衝撃性と粘着力とのバランスをより調整しやすくなる。上記発泡性粒子の平均粒径のより好ましい下限は20μm、より好ましい上限は55μm、更に好ましい下限は25μm、更に好ましい上限は50μmである。
なお、本明細書中において、上記「発泡性粒子の平均粒径」は、上記発泡性粒子を含有する粘着剤組成物を観察することで得られる未発泡状態の発泡性粒子における平均粒子径のことを意味する。また、上記発泡性粒子の平均粒径は、光学顕微鏡等を用いて発泡性粒子を無作為に選択して10点平均により算出することにより、得ることができる。
また、上記発泡性粒子の膨張開始温度(「発泡開始温度」ともいう)は特に限定されないが、例えば、95℃以上150℃以下の温度範囲等が挙げられる。
なお、上記「発泡性粒子の膨張開始温度」とは、発泡性粒子が膨張を開始する温度のことを意味し、熱機械分析装置(TMA)などにより測定できる。
発泡性粒子の市販品としては、例えば、エクスパンセル920DU40(日本フィライト社製、平均粒径40μm)、エクスパンセル920DU80(日本フィライト社製、平均粒径80μm)、EMC-20(B)R(日本フィライト社製、平均粒径20μm)、アドバンセルEML101(積水化学工業社製、平均粒径50μm)等が挙げられる。
上記粘着剤組成物は、着色されていてもよい。上記粘着剤組成物が着色されることにより、得られる粘着剤組成物に優れた遮光性を付与することができるため、該粘着剤組成物を用いて貼り合わせる被着体に光や紫外線が照射することを抑制し、被着体の光や紫外線による劣化を抑えることができる。そのため、得られる粘着剤組成物は電気電子機器の内部部材に貼り合わせることにより好適に用いることができるようになる。
上記粘着剤組成物が着色されている場合、上記粘着剤組成物は着色剤を含有する。
上記着色剤としては、例えば、顔料や染料等が挙げられる。なかでも、耐熱性により優れる観点から、上記粘着剤組成物は、更に、顔料を含有することが好ましい。
上記顔料としては、例えば、カーボンブラック、アニリンブラック、酸化チタン等が挙げられる。なかでも、比較的安価で化学的に安定であることから、カーボンブラックが好ましい。
上記染料としては、例えば、アゾ染料、アントラキノン染料、インジゴ染料等が挙げられる。
上記アクリル系共重合体100質量部に対する、上記着色剤の含有量は、好ましい下限が0.2質量部であり、好ましい上限が5.0質量部である。上記着色剤の含有量が0.2質量部以上であることにより、得られる粘着剤組成物に充分な遮光性を付与することができる。上記着色剤の含有量が5.0質量部以下であることにより、得られる粘着剤組成物は充分な粘着力を発揮できるようになる。上記着色剤の含有量のより好ましい下限は0.5質量部、より好ましい上限は4.0質量部、更に好ましい下限は0.8質量部、更に好ましい上限は3.5質量部である。
上記粘着剤組成物は、必要に応じて、無機微粒子、酸化防止剤、有機充填剤、無機充填剤等の従来公知の微粒子及び添加剤を含有してもよい。
上記粘着剤組成物を製造する方法は特に限定されず、従来公知の方法を用いることができる。例えば、まず、上記(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステル、上記末端に重合性不飽和二重結合を有するオレフィン系重合体、及び、上記極性官能基含有モノマー、並びに、必要に応じてその他のモノマーを常法で共重合させて上記(メタ)アクリル系共重合体を得る。次いで、得られた上記(メタ)アクリル系共重合体、上記スチレン系エラストマー、及び、必要に応じて、上記架橋剤、上記粘着付与樹脂、その他の添加剤を加えることにより、上記粘着剤組成物を得ることができる。
上記粘着剤組成物の用途は特に限定されないが、上記粘着剤組成物は粘着力及び保持性に優れるため、携帯電話、携帯情報端末等の携帯電子機器の組み立てのために、或いは、車載用パネル等の車載用電子機器部品を車両本体に固定するため(即ち、電気電子機器の内部部材に貼り合わせるため)等に用いられる、液状の粘着剤や粘着剤を含有する粘着剤層を有する粘着テープの粘着剤として好適に用いることができる。また、上記粘着剤組成物は、更に、優れた低誘電性を有するため、小型アンテナ基地局、車載用アンテナ等の高周波の通信部材を固定する液状の粘着剤や粘着剤を含有する粘着剤層を有する粘着テープの粘着剤としてより好適に用いることができる。
上記粘着剤組成物を含有する粘着剤層を有する粘着テープもまた、本開示の1つである。
上記粘着テープは、基材を有さないノンサポートタイプの粘着テープであってもよいし、基材上に上記粘着剤層が形成されたサポートタイプの粘着テープであってもよい。また、上記粘着テープがサポートタイプの粘着テープである場合は、基材の片面に上記粘着剤層を有する片面粘着テープでもよく、両面に上記粘着剤層を有する両面粘着テープであってもよい。
なかでも、得られる粘着テープが低誘電性により優れるようになる観点から、上記粘着テープは基材を有さないノンサポートタイプの粘着テープであることが好ましい。
上記粘着剤層のゲル分率は、好ましい下限が20質量%であり、好ましい上限が70質量%である。上記粘着剤層のゲル分率が20質量%以上であることにより、上記粘着剤層の凝集力がより向上するため、高温において長時間のせん断応力がかかった場合の粘着テープの保持性がより向上する。上記粘着剤層のゲル分率が70質量%以下であることにより、上記粘着剤層が硬くなりすぎず、得られる粘着テープの粘着力がより向上する。上記粘着剤層のゲル分率のより好ましい下限は30質量%、より好ましい上限は65質量%、更に好ましい下限は40質量%、更に好ましい上限は60質量%である。
上記粘着剤層のゲル分率は、以下の方法で測定することができる。
まず、粘着剤層の粘着剤をW(g)こそぎ取ってテトラヒドロフラン50mL中に浸漬し、振とう機で温度23℃、200rpmの条件で24時間振とうする。振とう後、金属メッシュ(目開き#200メッシュ)を用いて、テトラヒドロフランとテトラヒドロフランを吸収し膨潤した粘着剤を分離する。分離後の粘着剤を110℃の条件下で1時間乾燥させる。乾燥後の金属メッシュを含む粘着剤の質量を測定し、下記式(1)を用いてゲル分率(質量%)を算出する。

上記粘着剤層のゲル分率を調整する方法としては、例えば、上記粘着剤層の架橋度を調整する方法、架橋剤の配合量を調整する方法等が挙げられる。
上記粘着剤層の厚みは、好ましい下限が5μmであり、好ましい上限が100μmである。上記粘着剤層の厚みが上記範囲内であることにより、粘着力、保持性、及び、取り扱い性により優れた粘着テープとすることができる。上記粘着剤層の厚みのより好ましい下限は10μm、より好ましい上限は75μmである。
上記粘着剤層は、動的粘弾性測定装置を用いて測定周波数10Hzで測定した損失正接(tanδ、以下、単に「損失正接」と示すこともある。)が40℃以下においてピークを有することが好ましい。上記粘着剤層の損失正接が上記範囲にピークを有することにより、得られる粘着テープの粘着力と保持性とがより向上する。上記粘着剤層は、損失正接のピークを35℃以下に有することがより好ましく、25℃以下に有することが更に好ましい。
上記損失正接は、粘弾性スペクトロメーター(アイティー計測制御社製、「DVA-200」等)を用い、低速昇温せん断変形モードの5℃/min、10Hzの条件で、-100℃~200℃の動的粘弾性スペクトルを測定することで得ることができる。
上記粘着剤層の損失正接のピークを有する温度を調整する方法としては、例えば、上記アクリル系共重合体の組成を調整する方法、粘着付与樹脂の配合量を調整する方法等が挙げられる。
上記粘着剤層は、発泡構造を有することが好ましい。上記粘着剤層が発泡構造を有することにより、得られる粘着テープにより優れた耐衝撃性を付与することができ、上記粘着テープは電気電子機器の内部部材に貼り合わせるためにより好適に用いることができるようになる。
上記粘着剤層に発泡構造を形成する方法としては、例えば、上記粘着剤組成物に発泡性粒子を含有させた後、離型フィルム等に塗布して加熱乾燥させることにより、発泡構造を形成する方法、上記粘着剤組成物に気体を強制的に混合分散させて発泡構造を形成する方法、上記粘着剤組成物に液化ガスを混合させて発泡構造を形成する方法等が挙げられる。なかでも、上記粘着剤組成物を高温で乾燥する際に粘着剤層中に形成される気泡が分散されやすく、得られる粘着テープがより優れた衝撃吸収性を有するものとなる観点から、上記粘着剤組成物に発泡性粒子を含有させた後、離型フィルム等に塗布して加熱乾燥させることにより、発泡構造を形成する方法が好ましい。
上記粘着剤層が発泡構造を有する場合、上記粘着剤層のみなし密度は、好ましい下限が0.59g/cmであり、好ましい上限が1.15g/cmである。上記粘着剤層のみなし密度が0.59g/cm以上であることにより、上記粘着剤層は凝集破壊をより起こしにくく、粘着力がより向上する。上記粘着剤層のみなし密度が1.15g/cm以下であることにより、上記粘着剤層の応力緩和性がより向上し、得られる粘着テープにより優れた衝撃吸収性を付与することができる。上記粘着剤層のみなし密度のより好ましい下限は0.65g/cm、更に好ましい下限は0.70g/cm、より好ましい上限は1.05g/cm、更に好ましい上限は1.00g/cmである。
上記粘着剤層のみなし密度の測定方法としては、例えば、JIS K 7222等に準拠して、電子比重計(例えば、ミラージュ社製、「ED120T」等)を用いて測定できる。
上記粘着テープを製造する方法は特に限定されず、従来公知の方法を用いることができる。具体的には例えば、上述した方法により得た粘着剤組成物を溶剤等に加えた後、充分に撹拌して得られた粘着剤溶液を、離型処理を施したフィルムの離型処理面上に塗工し、乾燥させることで製造することができる。また、上記方法で製造した粘着テープを粘着剤層として、基材と貼り合わせることでサポートタイプの粘着テープとすることもできる。
上記粘着テープ全体の厚みは、好ましい下限が5μmであり、好ましい上限が200μmである。上記粘着テープ全体の厚みが上記範囲内であることにより、適度な粘着力と保持性とを有する粘着テープとしやすくなる。上記粘着テープ全体の厚みのより好ましい下限は10μm、より好ましい上限は100μmである。
なお、上記粘着テープ全体の厚みは、最表面の粘着剤層を保護するフィルムやセパレータ等の厚みは含まないものとする。
上記粘着テープの用途は特に限定されないが、上記粘着テープは粘着力及び保持性に優れるため、電気電子機器の内部部材に貼り合わせるために好適に用いることができる。具体的には例えば、携帯電話、携帯情報端末等の携帯電子機器の組み立てのために、或いは、車載用パネル等の車載用電子機器部品を車両本体に固定するため等に好適に用いることができる。また、上記粘着テープは、更に、優れた低誘電性を有するため、小型アンテナ基地局、車載用アンテナ等の高周波の通信部材を固定するためにより好適に用いることができる。
上記粘着剤組成物は低極性成分との相溶性に優れるため、上記粘着剤組成物及び上記粘着テープの少なくとも一方と、ポリオレフィン樹脂とから生成される樹脂組成物は、樹脂素材として性能品質(例えば、耐衝撃性等)により優れ、リサイクル素材としてより好適に用いることができる。即ち、上記粘着剤組成物及び上記粘着テープは、ポリオレフィン樹脂とのリサイクル性により優れる。
上記粘着剤組成物とポリオレフィン樹脂とを含有する樹脂組成物から成形される、樹脂成形体もまた、本開示の1つである。
上記樹脂成形体は、リサイクル品として高い性能品質を有する。
上記樹脂成形体における、上記ポリオレフィン樹脂は特に限定されず、例えば、熱可塑性オレフィン樹脂、熱硬化性オレフィン樹脂等が挙げられるが、リサイクルにおいて熱溶融が容易になる観点から、熱可塑性オレフィン樹脂が好ましい。
上記熱可塑性オレフィン樹脂としては、例えば、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂(EVA)、エチレン-アクリル酸エチル共重合樹脂(EEA)、エチレン-メタクリル酸メチル共重合樹脂(EMMA)、ポリオレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー(TPO)、エチレンプロピレンゴム(EPDM)等が挙げられる。なかでも、リサイクルすることがより容易となる観点から、ポリプロピレンが好ましい。
上記樹脂成形体は、例えば、上記粘着剤組成物や上記粘着テープと、ポリオレフィン樹脂とを含有する混合物や、上記粘着剤組成物を用いた粘着剤や上記粘着テープが貼られたポリオレフィン樹脂を含む樹脂を含有する部材とを備えた複合構成体を一括して加熱混錬した後、得られた樹脂組成物を成形すること等により、得ることができる。
加熱混錬に用いられる装置としては特に限定されないが、例えば、ブレンダー、ニーダー、ミキシングロール、バンバリーミキサー、プラストミル、1軸又は2軸の押出機等が挙げられる。
また、加熱混錬する温度は特に限定されないが、例えば、180℃~230℃の温度範囲等が挙げられる。
樹脂組成物の成形に用いられる方法としては、射出成形、押出成形又はブロー成形等の成形法を用いてポリオレフィン樹脂原料を加熱により流動し、任意の形状の成形品に容易に成形する方法等が挙げられる。
上記樹脂成形体としては、例えば、樹脂原料、家電製品、文房具、日用品、並びに、自動車部材を構成する自動車部品及び該自動車部品を構成する材料等が挙げられる。
上記樹脂成形体における、上記樹脂原料としては、樹脂のペレット、パウダー等が挙げられる。
上記自動車部品としては、具体的には例えば、車載用パネル、緩衝材、吸音材、止水材、制振材、フェンダー、ドア外板(ドアアウター)、バックドア、ボンネット(フロントフード、エンジンフード)、トランクリッド、バンパー、ホイールカバー、キャップ、マッドガード、バンパーアンダー、サイドシルスポイラー・リアスポイラー等のスポイラー、フェンダーライナー、エンジンアンダーカバー、テールランプ・ウインカー・ストップランプ等のハウジング、エアインテークパイプ、エアクリーナーケース、レゾネーター、フロントエンドモジュール、クーリングファン、ファンシュラウド、インストルメントパネル、コンソールボックス、グローブボックス、ハンドル、シフトレバー、アクセルペダル、ドアトリム、シート、ヘッドレスト、天井部材、フロアカーペット部材、ピラーガーニッシュ、アームレスト、室内ランプ、ルームミラーハウジング、アシストグリップ、エアコンモジュール等が挙げられる。
上記粘着テープと、ポリオレフィン樹脂を含む樹脂を含有する部材(以下、単に「ポリオレフィン樹脂部材」と示すこともある。)とを備える複合構成体もまた、本開示の1つである。
上記複合構成体は、上記粘着テープと上記ポリオレフィン樹脂部材とを備えたものであれば特に限定されず、例えば、上記粘着テープを用い、上記ポリオレフィン樹脂部材を他の部材等に貼り合わせて固定させたもの等が挙げられる。上記複合構成体が上述したような、上記粘着テープを用い、上記ポリオレフィン樹脂部材を貼り合わせて固定させたものである場合、上記他の部材はポリオレフィン樹脂部材であってもよいし、ポリオレフィン樹脂部材以外のものであってもよいが、上記他の部材もポリオレフィン樹脂部材であることが好ましい。
また、上記ポリオレフィン樹脂部材同士を貼り合わせる場合、該ポリオレフィン樹脂部材は同種のものであってもよいし、異なる種類のものであってもよい。
上記複合構成体における、上記ポリオレフィン樹脂部材は、ポリオレフィン樹脂を含む樹脂から構成される部材であれば特に限定されず、該ポリオレフィン樹脂を含む樹脂は、ポリオレフィン樹脂のみからなる樹脂であってもよいし、ポリオレフィン樹脂以外の成分を含む樹脂であってもよい。また、該ポリオレフィン樹脂を含む樹脂は、廃棄された樹脂部材をリサイクルすることによって得られた再生樹脂であってもよい。
上記ポリオレフィン樹脂以外の成分を含む樹脂としては、例えば、上記粘着剤組成物と上記ポリオレフィン樹脂とを加熱混錬して得られる樹脂組成物等が挙げられ、上記ポリオレフィン樹脂以外の成分を含む樹脂から構成される上記ポリオレフィン樹脂部材としては、上記樹脂成形体等が挙げられる。
上記複合構成体における、上記ポリオレフィン樹脂としては、例えば、上記樹脂成形体におけるポリオレフィン樹脂と同様のもの等が挙げられる。
上記複合構成体は廃棄する際に、分離せず一括して樹脂組成物へと生成することで得られる樹脂組成物の性能品質が優れるものであれば、当該樹脂組成物をリサイクルすることができる。当該樹脂組成物をリサイクルすることにより、環境負荷を低減することができる。また、上記複合構成体を分離せず一括してリサイクルすることは、リサイクル効率を向上させる観点においても、有用である。
上記複合構成体から得られる樹脂組成物の性能品質を向上させる方法としては、例えば、上記複合構成体を、上記粘着テープにより上記樹脂成形体同士を貼り合わせた複合構成体にする方法等が挙げられる。このような方法により、上記複合構成体から得られる樹脂組成物中の成分を互いにより相溶性しやすいものとすることができるため、該樹脂組成物の機能低下をより抑制することができるようになる。
上記複合構成体は、具体的には例えば、上述した樹脂成形体である自動車部品を粘着テープで貼り合わせたもの、上記粘着テープを用い、該自動車部品を構成する材料を貼り合わせることにより構成した自動車部品自体等が挙げられる。
上記樹脂成形体、又は、上記複合構成体を含む自動車部材もまた、本開示の1つである。
上記樹脂成形体を含む自動車部材としては、例えば、上述した自動車部品を含む自動車部材等が挙げられる。
上記複合構成体を含む自動車部材としては、例えば、上述した自動車部品を上記粘着テープで貼り合わせた複合構成体を含む自動車部材等が挙げられる。
上記複合構成体を分別せずに樹脂組成物とした後、該樹脂組成物を用いて樹脂成形体を成形する工程(以下、単に「工程(I)」と示すこともある。)を有する、樹脂成形体の製造方法もまた、本開示の1つである。
上記複合構成体における、上記粘着テープは、低極性成分に対する相溶性に優れるため、ポリオレフィン樹脂との相溶性にも優れる。そのため、上記複合構成体における上記粘着テープと上記ポリオレフィン樹脂部材とを分別せずに一括して、加熱混錬すること等によって樹脂組成物を生成した場合においても、機能低下が抑制された高い性能品質を有する樹脂組成物を得ることができるようになる。その結果、当該樹脂組成物を用いて成形した樹脂成形体は、リサイクル品として高い性能品質を有するものとなる。
即ち、上記樹脂成形体の製造方法によって、上記複合構成体を分別する必要なく一括してリサイクルすることが実用的になる結果、製造工程におけるリサイクル効率を向上させることができるようになるとともに、製造過程において得られる性能品質に優れる樹脂組成物を用いることで、リサイクル品として有用な樹脂成形体を製造することができるようになる。
上記工程(I)における「複合構成体を分別せずに樹脂組成物とした後、該樹脂組成物を用いて樹脂成形体を成形する工程」としては、例えば、上記複合構成体を一括して加熱混錬することにより樹脂組成物を生成した後、得られた樹脂組成物を成形して樹脂成形体を得る工程等が挙げられる。
上記工程(I)において、加熱混錬に用いられる装置は特に限定されないが、例えば、ブレンダー、ニーダー、ミキシングロール、バンバリーミキサー、プラストミル、1軸又は2軸の押出機等が挙げられる。
また、加熱混錬する温度は特に限定されないが、例えば、180℃~230℃の温度範囲等が挙げられる。
上記工程(I)において、樹脂組成物を成形する方法としては、射出成形、押出成形又はブロー成形等の成形法を用いて、複合構成体を一括して加熱混錬して得られた樹脂を加熱により流動し、任意の形状の成形品に容易に成形する方法等が挙げられる。
本発明によれば、優れた低誘電性を有し、粘着力及び保持性にも優れる粘着剤組成物を提供することができる。また、本発明によれば、該粘着剤組成物を含有する粘着剤層を有する粘着テープを提供することができる。更に、本発明によれば、該粘着剤組成物を含有する樹脂組成物から成形される樹脂成形体を提供することができる。更にまた、本発明によれば、該粘着テープを備える複合構成体を提供することができる。加えて、本発明によれば、該樹脂成形体又は該複合構成体を含む自動車部材を提供することができる。そして、本発明によれば、該複合構成体を用いる樹脂成形体の製造方法を提供することができる。

以下に実施例を挙げて本発明の態様を更に詳しく説明するが、本発明はこれら実施例にのみ限定されるものではない。
(アクリル系共重合体の調製)
(アクリル系共重合体A)
温度計、攪拌機、冷却管を備えた反応器を用意した。この反応器内に、アクリル酸n-ブチル73.9質量部、エチレン・ブチレンマクロモノマー(片末端に(メタ)アクリロイル基を有するエチレン・ブチレンマクロモノマー:クレイトン・ポリマー社製、「HPVM-L1253」)20質量部、アクリル酸6.0質量部、及び、アクリル酸4-ヒドロキシブチル0.1質量部からなる構成単位モノマーの混合物と、ラウリルメルカプタン0.01質量部と、酢酸エチル80質量部とを加えた後、反応器を加熱して還流を開始した。続いて、上記反応器内に、重合開始剤として1,1-ビス(t-ヘキシルパーオキシ)-3,3,5-トリメチルシクロヘキサン0.01質量部を添加し、還流下で重合を開始させた。次に、重合開始から1時間後及び2時間後にも、1,1-ビス(t-ヘキシルパーオキシ)-3,3,5-トリメチルシクロヘキサンを0.01質量部ずつ添加し、更に、重合開始から4時間後にt-ヘキシルパーオキシピバレートを0.05質量部添加して重合反応を継続させた。そして、重合開始から8時間後に、アクリル系共重合体Aの酢酸エチル溶液を得た。
得られたアクリル系共重合体Aの重量平均分子量及び多分散度を、測定機器として2690 Separations Module(Waters社製)、カラムとしてGPC KF-806L(昭和電工社製)、溶媒として酢酸エチルを用い、サンプル流量1mL/min、カラム温度40℃の条件で測定した。結果を表1に示した。
(アクリル系共重合体B~O)
構成単位モノマーの混合物を表1~2に示した通りに変更したこと以外は、アクリル系共重合体Aと同様にして、アクリル系共重合体B~Oの酢酸エチル溶液を得た。また、得られたアクリル系共重合体B~Oの重量平均分子量及び多分散度については、アクリル系共重合体Aと同様にして、測定を行った。結果を表1~2に示した。
(アクリル系共重合体P~Q)
重合反応に用いる酢酸エチルの添加量を80質量部から以下の通りに変更したこと以外は、アクリル系共重合体Aと同様にして、アクリル系共重合体P~Qの酢酸エチル溶液を得た。また、得られたアクリル系共重合体P~Qの重量平均分子量及び多分散度については、アクリル系共重合体Aと同様にして、測定を行った。結果を表2に示した。
 <酢酸エチルの添加量>
・アクリル系共重合体P:100質量部

(実施例1)
(1)粘着剤組成物の調製
アクリル系共重合体Aの酢酸エチル溶液の固形分100質量部に対して、スチレン系エラストマーとしてDYNARON 8300P(SEBS、ENEOSマテリアル社製)を20質量部、粘着付与樹脂としてYSレジンPX800(テルペン樹脂、ヤスハラケミカル社製)を80質量部、架橋剤としてコロネートL(イソシアネート系架橋剤、東ソー社製)を3.0質量部加えることで粘着剤組成物を含有する溶液を得た。
(2)粘着テープの製造
上述した「(1)粘着剤組成物の調製」で得られた粘着剤組成物を含有する溶液を充分に撹拌した後、片面に離型処理を施した50μmのポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルムの離型処理面上に、得られた粘着剤溶液を乾燥皮膜の厚みが50μmとなるようにドクターナイフで塗工し、110℃、5分間加熱して塗工溶液を乾燥させ粘着剤層を形成した後、厚み50μmの離型PETフィルムの離型処理面を形成した粘着剤層に重ねることにより、離型PETフィルム付きの粘着テープを得た。
(3)粘着剤層のゲル分率の測定
まず、粘着剤層の粘着剤をW(g)こそぎ取ってテトラヒドロフラン50mL中に浸漬し、振とう機で温度23℃、200rpmの条件で24時間振とうした。振とう後、金属メッシュ(目開き#200メッシュ)を用いて、テトラヒドロフランとテトラヒドロフランを吸収し膨潤した粘着剤を分離した。分離後の粘着剤を110℃の条件下で1時間乾燥させた。乾燥後の金属メッシュを含む粘着剤の質量を測定し、下記式(1)を用いて、粘着剤層のゲル分率(質量%)を算出した。結果を表3に示した。

(実施例2~46、比較例1~8)
表3~7に示すように粘着剤組成物の組成を変更したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして粘着テープを製造し、粘着剤層のゲル分率を測定した。結果を表3~7に示した。
なお、実施例41~42については、塗工溶液を乾燥させるとともに発泡構造を形成することにより、発泡構造を有する粘着剤層を有する粘着テープを得た。
<評価>
実施例及び比較例で得られた粘着テープについて以下の評価を行った。結果を表3~7に示した。
(1)粘着力の評価
得られた粘着テープを幅25mm、長さ50mmの大きさに裁断して試験片を作製し、厚み23μmのポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルムで裏打ちした。次いで、裏打ちした試験片をSUS板(エタノールで洗浄して乾拭きしたSUS304板)に貼り、2kgのゴムローラーで300mm/minの速度で1往復することによって圧着した後、23℃において24時間養生し測定サンプルを得た。得られた測定サンプルについて、JIS Z 0237:2009に準拠し、引張試験機(エー・アンド・デイ社製、「テンシロン万能材料試験機RTIシリーズ」)を用いて、23℃、引張速度300mm/minの条件で180°ピール試験を行い、23℃におけるSUSに対する粘着力(N/inch)を測定し、得られた23℃におけるSUSに対する粘着力について、以下の基準により判定を行い、粘着テープの粘着力を評価した。
○:粘着力が10N/inch以上であった。
△:粘着力が6.0N/inch以上10N/inch未満であった。
×:粘着力が6.0N/inch未満であった。
(2)保持性の評価
図1に保持性試験を模式的に示す図を示す。
まず、JIS Z-1528に準じ、得られた粘着テープを幅25mm、長さ60mmに裁断して試験片2を作製した。試験片2の一方の面を厚み23μmのポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルム1で裏打ちした。試験片2の他方の面を23℃で厚み2.0mm、幅50mm、長さ75mmの冷間圧延ステンレス鋼板(エタノールで洗浄して乾拭きしたSUS304板)3に接着長さが25mmとなり、試験片2がSUS304板3の端部からはみ出すように、長さ方向においてずらして貼り合わせた後、2kgのゴムローラーを300mm/minの速度で1往復させて圧着し、測定サンプルを作製した。測定サンプルを23℃、50%RHの雰囲気下に20分間放置した後、80℃の環境下、測定サンプルに対してせん断方向に負荷がかかるように1kgの錘4を取り付け、錘4を取り付けた時間を開始時間(0時間)として、錘4による負荷をかけた状態を80℃の環境下で24時間保持する保持性試験を行った。保持性試験の結果から、以下の基準により判定を行い、粘着テープの保持性を評価した。
○:試験片が落下しなかった。
×:保持性試験開始後、24時間以内に試験片が落下した。
当該80℃における保持性試験の評価結果が「○」であれば、粘着テープは実用上問題なく使用できる。
また、上述した80℃における保持性試験における評価結果が「○」のものについて、更に、120℃の環境下で1kgの錘を取り付け、120℃の環境下でせん断方向に負荷を加えて24時間保持したこと以外は、上記と同様の試験方法で、120℃における保持性試験を行った。120℃における保持性試験の結果から、以下の基準により判定を行い、粘着テープの保持性を更に評価した。
○:試験片が落下しなかった。
△:保持性試験開始後、1時間以内には試験片が落下せず、24時間以内に試験片が落下した。
×:保持性試験開始後、1時間以内に試験片が落下した。
なお、120℃における保持性試験は、80℃における保持性試験より厳しい条件下で行われる試験であり、120℃における保持性試験による評価が「×」であったとしても、上述の通り、当該80℃における保持性試験の評価結果が「○」であれば、粘着テープは実用上問題なく使用できる。また、上述した80℃における保持性試験の評価結果が「×」のものについては、120℃における保持性試験を行わず、評価結果を「×」とした。
(3)低誘電性の評価
得られた粘着テープの両面の離型PETフィルムを剥離し、厚みが100μmとなるまで粘着テープを複数枚積層し、厚みが100μmの粘着剤層を作製した。積層後の粘着剤層の上下面に厚み50μmのポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルムを貼り合せた。得られたPETフィルムと粘着剤層との積層体を幅3mm、長さ80mmに裁断し、JIS C2565に準拠し、誘電率測定装置(エーイーティー社製、「ADMS01Nc」)を用いて、TMモード共振器の測定モードにて周波数10GHzにおける誘電正接(Df)を測定した。PETフィルムのみの周波数10GHzにおける誘電正接も同様の方法により測定し、PETフィルムと粘着剤層との積層体の測定値、及び、PETフィルムのみの測定値を用いて粘着剤層単独の周波数10GHzにおける誘電正接(Df)値を求めた。
得られた粘着剤層単独の周波数10GHzにおける誘電正接(Df)の値を用いて、以下の基準により判定を行い、粘着テープの低誘電性の評価を行った。
○:誘電正接(Df)が0.015以下であった。
△:誘電正接(Df)が0.015より大きく0.018以下であった。
×:誘電正接(Df)が0.018より大きかった。
(4)ポリオレフィン樹脂との相溶性の評価
実施例43~46、比較例7~8について、ポリオレフィン樹脂との相溶性について評価を行った。評価方法を以下に示す。
(i)粘着テープを含有する樹脂組成物由来の樹脂成形体の作製
上述した「(2)粘着テープの製造」で得られた粘着テープ2gと、ブロックポリプロピレン(日本ポリプロ社製、「ノバテックPP BC10HRF」)198gとをプラストミルを用いて、200℃、50rpmの条件にて加熱混錬した。加熱混錬して得られた樹脂組成物を7g計量し、射出成型機(サーモフィッシャーサイエンティフィック社製、「HAAKE Minilab3」)を用いて、シリンダー温度200℃、モールド温度40℃、inject press 500bar/10sec、post press 400bar/10secの条件で、粘着テープを含有する樹脂組成物由来の樹脂成形体として、短冊状試験片(サイズ80mm×10mm×厚み4mm)を作製した。
なお、プラストミルとしては、HAAKE RheoDrive 16OS(サーモフィッシャーサイエンティフィック社製)を用い、ミキサー部にローラーローターRheomix 3000 OS(サーモフィッシャーサイエンティフィック社製)を接続して使用した。
(ii)粘着テープを含有しない樹脂組成物由来の樹脂成形体の作製
粘着テープ0g、ブロックポリプロピレン200gを用いた以外は上述した「(i)粘着テープを含有する樹脂組成物由来の樹脂成形体の作製」と同様にして、粘着テープを含有しない樹脂組成物由来の樹脂成形体として、短冊状試験片を作製した。
(iii)シャルピー耐衝撃性能低下率の算出
上述した「(i)粘着テープを含有する樹脂組成物由来の樹脂成形体の作製」、「(ii)粘着テープを含有しない樹脂組成物由来の樹脂成形体の作製」で得られた短冊状試験片をそれぞれ、JIS K7111-1に準拠して、ノッチ加工機(安田精機製作所社製、「ノッチ加工機No.189-PNCA」)を用いて深さ2mmのノッチ加工を行い、恒温槽付シャルピー衝撃試験機(安田精機製作所社製、「衝撃試験機No.258-L-PC」)を用いて、23℃の条件下、ハンマーでエッジワイズ衝撃方向に2Jの衝撃を与え、耐衝撃強度を測定した。なお、耐衝撃強度は、測定を5回繰り返し、得られた結果の最大値と最小値を除外した3つの値の平均値を用いた。
得られた耐衝撃強度の値を基に、下記式を用いてシャルピー耐衝撃性能低下率(%)を算出した。
 シャルピー耐衝撃性能低下率(%)=100-[((粘着テープを含有する樹脂組成物由来の樹脂成形体の耐衝撃強度)/(粘着テープを含有しない樹脂組成物由来の樹脂成形体の耐衝撃強度))×100]
(iv)粘着テープのポリオレフィン樹脂との相溶性の評価
得られたシャルピー耐衝撃性能低下率(%)を用いて、以下の基準により、粘着テープのポリオレフィン樹脂との相溶性を評価した。
 ○:シャルピー耐衝撃性能低下率が、7%未満であった。
 ×:シャルピー耐衝撃性能低下率が、7%以上であった。
当該評価が「○」であった場合、粘着テープとポリオレフィン樹脂とを一括しリサイクルして得られた樹脂組成物の品質性能が優れ、リサイクル素材として好適に用いることができる。
なお、当該評価が「×」であっても、用途によっては、粘着テープは問題なく使用することができる。
本発明によれば、優れた低誘電性を有し、粘着力及び保持性にも優れる粘着剤組成物を提供することができる。また、本発明によれば、該粘着剤組成物を含有する粘着剤層を有する粘着テープを提供することができる。更に、本発明によれば、該粘着剤組成物を含有する樹脂組成物から成形される樹脂成形体を提供することができる。更にまた、本発明によれば、該粘着テープを備える複合構成体を提供することができる。加えて、本発明によれば、該樹脂成形体又は該複合構成体を含む自動車部材を提供することができる。そして、本発明によれば、該複合構成体を用いる樹脂成形体の製造方法を提供することができる。

Claims (16)

  1. (メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステルに由来する構成単位と、末端に重合性不飽和二重結合を有するオレフィン系重合体に由来する構成単位と、極性官能基含有モノマーに由来する構成単位とを有するアクリル系共重合体、並びに、
    スチレン系モノマーに由来するブロックと共役ジエン系モノマーに由来するブロックとを有するブロック共重合体、及び、該ブロック共重合体の水素添加体からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を含むスチレン系エラストマー
    を含有することを特徴とする粘着剤組成物。
  2. 更に、架橋剤を含有する請求項1記載の粘着剤組成物。
  3. 更に、粘着付与樹脂を含有する請求項1又は2記載の粘着剤組成物。
  4. 前記アクリル系共重合体、前記スチレン系エラストマー、及び、前記粘着付与樹脂の合計含有量における、前記スチレン系エラストマー及び前記粘着付与樹脂の合計含有量の占める割合が、20質量%以上70質量%以下である請求項3記載の粘着剤組成物。
  5. 前記スチレン系エラストマー及び前記粘着付与樹脂の合計含有量における、前記粘着付与樹脂の含有量の占める割合が、20質量%以上80質量%以下である請求項3又は4記載の粘着剤組成物。
  6. 前記(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステルは、(メタ)アクリル酸n-ヘキシル、(メタ)アクリル酸n-へプチル、及び、(メタ)アクリル酸2-オクチルからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を含む請求項1、2、3、4又は5記載の粘着剤組成物。
  7. 前記アクリル系共重合体中における、前記末端に重合性不飽和二重結合を有するオレフィン系重合体に由来する構成単位の含有割合が、5質量%以上55質量%以下である請求項1、2、3、4、5又は6記載の粘着剤組成物。
  8. 更に、顔料を含有する請求項1、2、3、4、5、6又は7記載の粘着剤組成物。
  9. 請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、7又は8記載の粘着剤組成物を含有する粘着剤層を有する粘着テープ。
  10. 前記粘着剤層のゲル分率が、20質量%以上70%質量%以下である請求項9記載の粘着テープ。
  11. 前記粘着剤層は、発泡構造を有する請求項9又は10記載の粘着テープ。
  12. 電気電子機器の内部部材に貼り合わせるために用いられる請求項9、10又は11記載の粘着テープ。
  13. 請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、7又は8記載の粘着剤組成物とポリオレフィン樹脂とを含有する樹脂組成物から成形される、樹脂成形体。
  14. 請求項9、10、11又は12記載の粘着テープと、ポリオレフィン樹脂を含む樹脂を含有する部材とを備える、複合構成体。
  15. 請求項13記載の樹脂成形体又は請求項14記載の複合構成体を含む、自動車部材。
  16. 樹脂成形体の製造方法であって、
    請求項14記載の複合構成体を分別せずに樹脂組成物とした後、該樹脂組成物を用いて樹脂成形体を成形する工程を有する、
    樹脂成形体の製造方法。
