Definitions
- the present invention relates to a dental polymerizable composition, and in particular to a dental polymerizable composition for photolithography that contains a large amount of a photopolymerization initiator. More specifically, it is possible to obtain a cured product that has excellent strength, toughness, water resistance, and color tone, and has low elution from the cured product and excellent biological safety, and is ideal for photolithography materials used in dentistry, in particular dental occlusal splints, denture base materials, and treatment devices for sleep apnea syndrome.
- Dental polymerizable compositions are used as filling and restorative materials for missing teeth or cavities, as adhesives for fixing the filling and restorative materials to teeth, as metal or ceramic restorative materials for dental crowns called inlays and crowns, as adhesives for fixing the restorative materials for dental crowns to teeth, and as dental materials such as dental occlusal splint materials and denture base materials.
- Dental polymerizable compositions generally contain a (meth)acrylic polymerizable monomer, a polymerization initiator, and, if necessary, a filler such as an inorganic compound, and other additives.
- Photopolymerization initiators and chemical polymerization initiators are used as polymerization initiators, and dental polymerizable compositions are broadly divided into photopolymerizable compositions containing a photopolymerization initiator, chemically polymerizable compositions containing a chemical polymerization initiator, and compositions that contain both photopolymerizable and chemically polymerizable initiators and have both photopolymerizable and chemically polymerizable properties.
- Photopolymerization initiators are an essential component of most dental materials.
- a typical method for optically manufacturing a three-dimensional object is liquid vat stereolithography, in which the liquid surface of a liquid photocurable composition placed in a container is selectively irradiated with a computer-controlled ultraviolet laser to obtain the desired pattern, hardening it to a specified thickness to form a hardened layer, and then a layer of liquid photocurable composition is supplied on top of the hardened layer, which is similarly irradiated with an ultraviolet laser to harden it in the same manner as above to form a continuous hardened layer.
- This lamination process is repeated to produce a three-dimensional object of the final shape.
- This method has attracted much attention in recent years because it can easily and accurately manufacture the desired three-dimensional object in a relatively short time, even if the object has a fairly complex shape.
- stereolithography uses of the three-dimensional objects obtained by stereolithography are expanding from mere concept models to test models, prototypes, and final products.
- the application of stereolithography is expected to be expanded to dental occlusal splints, denture bases, and mouthpiece-like materials for treating sleep disorders, such as devices to prevent teeth grinding and treat sleep apnea syndrome, because the shapes of these materials vary from patient to patient and are complex.
- Dental occlusal splints are devices worn to correct the alignment of teeth and jaw position, similar to orthodontic mouthpieces and aligners, or worn on the teeth to reduce wear on the teeth caused by teeth grinding, or like mouthguards, worn in the mouth to reduce trauma caused by large external forces applied to the teeth and jawbone during contact sports and to protect the stomatognathic system and brain.
- the use of these devices has rapidly expanded in orthodontic treatment due to their aesthetic appeal and the fact that they can be removed whenever desired.
- Denture base material is the material used on the gums when dentures are fitted due to tooth loss. In recent years, the demand for dentures has increased dramatically due to the rise in the elderly population.
- Sleep apnea treatment devices are devices (oral appliances: OA) that are attached to the teeth while sleeping at night to treat obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS), and their use is rapidly increasing.
- OSAS obstructive sleep apnea syndrome
- Dental materials particularly dental occlusal splints, denture base materials and OA, are commonly required to have strength, toughness, water resistance and color tone. If the strength is low, there will be a lot of deflection and deformation when worn, resulting in an uncomfortable fit, and if the toughness is impaired, the material will be prone to breakage due to the load of occlusion or deformation when worn, and will need to be frequently remade. In addition, if water resistance is impaired, there will be problems such as a decrease in mechanical properties during use, making the material prone to deformation and breakage when worn, making it unsuitable for practical use.

Abstract
Description

得られた抽出物は、THFで溶解し、GC-MS(装置:株式会社島津製作所製 GCMS-QP2010 Ultra、カラム:フロンティア・ラボ製 Ultra ALLOY-1 内径0.25mm、長さ15m、膜厚0.15μm)を用いて、主成分の同定を試みた。
