Description

高分子電解質用光硬化型接着剤組成物及び積層体
 本開示は、高分子電解質用光硬化型接着剤組成物及び積層体に関する。
 固体高分子型燃料電池セルは、一般に、電解質膜の両面に電極触媒層がそれぞれ形成された膜電極接合体と、膜電極接合体の両面に接合された一対のガス拡散層と、一対の燃料電池セパレータと、樹脂シートとにより構成されており、膜電極接合体と樹脂シートは接着剤によって接合されている。
 固体高分子型燃料電池では、カソード面側でプロトンと酸素の反応により、水が生成する。水が生成する際の反応熱により、膜電極接合体は、水の沸点に近い高温に達する。高分子電解質膜は、水、特に高温の水によって大きく膨潤するため、接着剤が剥がれ易くなる。このため、高分子電解質膜用の接着剤には、高温の水に浸漬しても電解質膜から容易に剥離しない耐久性が求められる。
 一方、燃料電池と類似の構造体に水と電力を供給すると、水素を発生させることができる。このような水電解装置を使用すると、省スペースかつ高効率で、太陽電池や風力発電等の自然エネルギー由来の変動の大きな電力エネルギーを、水素という化学エネルギーに変換して貯蔵することができる。このような水電解装置は、CO排出量削減が求められる近年、注目を集めている。
 ところが、水電解装置の場合、膜電極接合体と樹脂シートを接合する接着剤は、水だけでなく、高濃度の酸素にも晒される。このため、この接着剤には、高酸素濃度条件下における、高温の水に対する耐久性が求められる。
 上記のような高分子電解質膜用の接着剤として、特開2021-190293号公報には、膜電極接合体と樹脂シートとを光硬化性接着剤又は熱硬化性接着剤によって接合した燃料電池セルが開示されている。
 また、国際公開第2019/172347号には、(A)成分:(メタ)アクリロイル基を有するラジカル重合性化合物、(B)成分:分子中に、ポリブタジエン、ポリイソプレン、水素添加ポリブタジエン及び水素添加ポリイソプレンからなる群より選択される少なくとも1つの骨格、並びに、エポキシ基を有する化合物、(C)成分:ラジカル重合開始剤を特定割合で含む高分子電解質用硬化型組成物が開示されている。
 しかしながら、特開2021-190293号公報に記載の光硬化性接着剤又は熱硬化性接着剤、及び国際公開第2019/172347号に記載の高分子電解質用硬化型組成物は、より高温の水に、より長時間浸漬した場合の耐久性は不十分なものであった。
 また、特開2021-190293号公報に記載の光硬化性接着剤又は熱硬化性接着剤、及び国際公開第2019/172347号に記載の高分子電解質用硬化型組成物は、高酸素濃度条件下における、高温の水に対する耐久性を有するかは不明であった。
 本開示の一態様が解決しようとする課題は、高温の水(特に高酸素濃度条件下における高温の水)に長時間高分子電解質膜と基材(好ましくは樹脂シート)とが接合された接合部を浸漬した場合に、接合部が容易に剥離しない接着耐久性を有する高分子電解質用光硬化型接着剤組成物及び積層体を提供することにある。
 本発明者らは、上記課題を解決するため鋭意検討した結果、特定の構造を有するウレタン(メタ)アクリレート、炭素数4~20のアルキル基を有するアルキル(メタ)アクリレート、エポキシ化ポリブタジエン又はエポキシ化ポリイソプレン、及び光ラジカル重合開始剤を特定の割合で含有する高分子電解質用光硬化型接着剤組成物及び積層体によって課題が解決されることを見出し、本開示を完成した。
 本開示には、以下の態様が含まれる。

である高分子電解質用光硬化型接着剤組成物。
〔2〕(A)成分の含有割合が、組成物全体を基準として、10質量%以上である〔1〕の高分子電解質用光硬化型接着剤組成物。
〔3〕さらに、下記の(F1)成分を、組成物全体を基準として、1質量%~70質量%の割合で含有する〔1〕又は〔2〕の高分子電解質用光硬化型接着剤組成物。
 (F1)成分:(a1)成分、下記(f2)成分、及び(a3)成分を反応して得られるウレタン(メタ)アクリレート
 (f2)成分:脂肪族ジイソシアネート
〔4〕さらに、(E)成分として、湿式法により測定される体積平均一次粒子径が0.5μm~50μmのポリマー微粒子を、組成物全体を基準として1質量%~50質量%含む〔1〕~〔3〕のいずれか1つに記載の高分子電解質用光硬化型接着剤組成物。
〔5〕(メタ)アクリロイル基を有する化合物の合計を100質量部としたとき、(A)成分及び(B)成分の合計が80質量部以上である、〔1〕~〔4〕のいずれか1つに記載の高分子電解質用光硬化型接着剤組成物。
〔6〕燃料電池用接着剤又はシール剤として用いられる、〔1〕~〔5〕のいずれか1つに記載の高分子電解質用光硬化型接着剤組成物。
〔7〕水電解装置用接着剤又はシール剤として用いられる、〔1〕~〔5〕のいずれか1つに記載の高分子電解質用光硬化型接着剤組成物。
〔8〕第1の基材、〔1〕~〔7〕のいずれか1つに記載の高分子電解質用光硬化型接着剤組成物から形成される硬化物、及び第2の基材を備えた積層体であって、第1の基材及び第2の基材の両方又は一方が、高分子電解質である積層体。
 本開示の一態様によれば、高温の水(特に高酸素濃度条件下における高温の水)に長時間高分子電解質膜と基材(好ましくは樹脂シート)とが接合された接合部を浸漬した場合に、接合部が容易に剥離しない接着耐久性(以下、「熱水浸漬耐久性」ともいう。)を有する高分子電解質用光硬化型接着剤組成物及び積層体を提供することが可能になる。

 以下、本明細書に開示される技術の各種実施形態を詳しく説明する。
 なお、本明細書において、アクリレート及び/又はメタクリレートを(メタ)アクリレートと、アクリロイル基及び/又はメタクリロイル基を(メタ)アクリロイル基と、アクリル酸及び/又はメタクリル酸を(メタ)アクリル酸と表す。
 本明細書において、「~」を用いて示された数値範囲は、「~」の前に記載される数値を下限値として、「~」の後に記載される数値を上限値として含む範囲を表す。本開示に段階的に記載されている数値範囲において、ある数値範囲で記載された上限値又は下限値は、他の段階的な記載の数値範囲の上限値又は下限値に置き換えてもよい。また、本開示に記載されている数値範囲において、ある数値範囲で記載された上限値又は下限値は、実施例に示されている値に置き換えてもよい。
 本明細書において、「工程」との用語は、独立した工程だけでなく、所期の目的が達成される場合には他の工程と明確に区別できない工程も包含する。
 本明細書において、組成物中の各成分の量は、組成物中に各成分に該当する物質が複数存在する場合、特に断らない限り、組成物中に存在する該当する複数の物質の合計量を意味する。
 本開示の一態様の高分子電解質用光硬化型接着剤組成物は、(A)成分、(B)成分、(C)成分、及び(D)成分を含有する組成物であって、(A)~(D)成分の含有割合が、組成物全体を基準として、
 (A)成分:1質量%~70質量%
 (B)成分:10質量%~70質量%
 (C)成分:1質量%~20質量%
 (D)成分:0.1質量%~10質量%
である。
 また、好ましくは、(E)成分を、組成物全体を基準として、1質量%~50質量%含む。
 以下、(A)~(E)成分、その他の成分、高分子電解質用光硬化型接着剤組成物、使用方法、並びに、積層体及びその製造方法について、詳細に説明する。
1.(A)成分
 (A)成分は、下記の(a1)成分、(a2)成分、及び(a3)成分を反応して得られるウレタン(メタ)アクリレートである。
 (a1)成分:末端に水酸基を有する水素添加ポリブタジエン又は水素添加ポリイソプレン
 (a2)成分:芳香族ジイソシアネート
 (a3)成分:1分子中に1個の水酸基を有する(メタ)アクリレート
 以下、(a1)成分、(a2)成分、及び(a3)成分について説明した後、これらの反応比率と反応条件について説明し、次いで、(A)成分の分子量と含有割合について説明する。
1-1.(a1)成分
 (a1)成分は、末端に水酸基を有する水素添加ポリブタジエン又は末端に水酸基を有する水素添加ポリイソプレンである。
 (a1)成分は、これらの骨格を有することにより、高温の水に長時間浸漬したときの耐久性(熱水浸漬耐久性)が良好になる。
 水素添加する前の、末端に水酸基を有するポリブタジエン又は末端に水酸基を有するポリイソプレンとしては、ラジカル重合で得られたものであってもよく、アニオン重合で得られたものであってもよい。
 (a1)成分の水素添加の割合の指標となるヨウ素価(樹脂100g当たりに付加するヨウ素のg数)は、0g~50g以下が好ましく、0g~20g以下がより好ましい。
 (a1)成分の好ましい分子量は、数平均分子量(以下、「Mn」という。)で500~10,000であり、より好ましくは1,000~5,000である。
 また、(a1)成分の1分子中に含まれる水酸基の数の平均値は、好ましくは1.5~2.5であり、より好ましくは1.7~2.3である。
 尚、本開示において、Mnとは、GPC(ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィー)により測定した平均分子量をポリスチレン換算した値を意味する。Mnの具体的な測定方法については、後述の実施例において説明する。
 (a1)成分の具体例としては、日本曹達(株)製のNISSO-PB GI-1000、同GI-2000、同GI-3000;Cray Valley社製のKrasol H-LBH P2000、同P3000;三菱ケミカル(株)製のポリテールH;出光興産(株)製のエポール等が挙げられる。
1-2.(a2)成分
 (a2)成分は、芳香族ジイソシアネートであり、芳香環に結合したイソシアネート基を2個有する化合物を意味する。
 (a2)成分の具体例としては、トリレンジイソシアネート、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、及びナフタレンジイソシアネート等が挙げられる。
 (a2)成分を使用することで、熱水浸漬耐久性に優れたものとなる。さらに、高酸素濃度条件下での熱水浸漬耐久性も優れたものとなる。本開示の一態様における効果を著しく損なわない範囲であれば、(a2)成分以外の芳香族骨格を有しないジイソシアネートを含んでもよい。
 ジイソシアネートとしては、イソホロンジイソシアネート、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、ノルボルナンジイソシアネート、及び水添ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート等が挙げられる。
1-3.(a3)成分
 (a3)成分は、1分子中に1個の水酸基を有する(メタ)アクリレートである。(a3)成分としては、1分子中に1個の水酸基と1個の(メタ)アクリロイル基を有する化合物が、(A)成分の品質安定性の点から好ましい。また、(メタ)アクリレートとしては、光硬化性に優れる点から、アクリレートが好ましい。
 1分子中に1個の水酸基と1個の(メタ)アクリロイル基を有する化合物の具体例としては、2-ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート、2-ヒドロキシプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、3-ヒドロキシプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、4-ヒドロキシブチル(メタ)アクリレート、及び2-ヒドロキシブチル(メタ)アクリレート等のヒドロキシアルキル(メタ)アクリレート;2-ヒドロキシ-3-フェノキシプロピル(メタ)アクリレート等のヒドロキシ基含有芳香族モノ(メタ)アクリレート;1,4-シクロヘキサンジメタノールモノ(メタ)アクリレート等のヒドロキシ基含脂環式モノ(メタ)アクリレート;並びに、ポリエチレングリコールモノ(メタ)アクリレート、ポリプロピレングリコールモノ(メタ)アクリレート、及びポリテトラメチレングリコールモノ(メタ)アクリレート等のポリアルキレングリコールモノ(メタ)アクリレート等が挙げられる。
 1分子中に1個の水酸基と2個以上の(メタ)アクリロイル基を有する化合物の具体例としては、トリメチロールプロパンジ(メタ)アクリレート、トリメチロールプロパンのエチレンオキサイド付加物のジ(メタ)アクリレート、トリメチロールプロパンのプロピレンオキサイド付加物のジ(メタ)アクリレート、イソシアヌル酸エチレンオキサイド付加物のジ(メタ)アクリレート、イソシアヌル酸プロピレンオキサイド付加物のジ(メタ)アクリレート、ペンタエリスリトールトリ(メタ)アクリレート、及び2-ヒドロキシ-3-アクリロイルオキシプロピルメタクリレート等が挙げられる。
1-4.反応比率
 (a1)成分と(a2)成分の反応比率は、(A)成分の分子量や、1分子中に含まれるウレタン結合の数に影響する。
 (a1)成分と(a2)成分の好ましい反応比率は、(a1)成分1モルに対して、(a2)成分が1.05モル~2.0モルであることが好ましく、1.1モル~1.5モルであることがより好ましい。
 (a3)成分の反応比率は、(a1)成分と(a2)成分がほぼ完全に反応した後に残るイソシアネートのモル数に対して、0.95モル~1.1モルであることが好ましく、0.98モル~1.05モルであることがより好ましい。これにより、(A)成分の末端に(メタ)アクリロイル基が十分に導入され、かつ、組成物中に(a3)成分が過剰に含まれないようにすることができる。
1-5.反応条件
 (a1)成分、(a2)成分、及び(a3)成分の反応条件としては、ウレタン化反応として一般的な条件を適用すればよい。
 例えば、好ましい反応温度は40℃~100℃であり、より好ましくは50℃~90℃である。
 ウレタン化反応の触媒も任意に選択してよい。例えば、ジブチル錫ジラウレート、ジオクチル錫ジラウレート等の錫系の触媒;亜鉛(II)アセチルアセトナート、鉄(III)アセチルアセトナート、及びジルコニウム(IV)アセチルアセトナート等の遷移金属錯体;トリエチルアミン、トリエチレンジアミン、1,8-ジアザビシクロ(5,4,0)-ウンデセン-7等のアミン系触媒;等が挙げられる。
 また、ウレタン化反応の触媒を使用することなく、比較的高温で長時間反応させてもよい。
 (A)成分は、非常に高粘度又は半固体状になるため、(A)成分を合成する際は、接着剤が最終的に含む(メタ)アクリレートを溶剤の代わりに使用することが好ましい。この(メタ)アクリレートとしては、後記する(B)成分が好ましい。
 (a1)成分、(a2)成分、及び(a3)成分の仕込み順は、任意に選択することができる。
 例えば、(a1)成分、(a3)成分、及び触媒を(B)成分に溶解させた後、(a2)成分を仕込み、一度にウレタン化反応を完結させる方法が挙げられる。
 別の例としては、(a1)成分を(B)成分に溶解させた後、(a2)成分を溶解させてから触媒を添加して加熱し、ウレタン化反応を行った後で、(a3)成分を仕込み、ウレタン化反応を完結させる方法が挙げられる。
 さらに別の例としては、(a2)成分と触媒を(B)成分に溶解させた後、(a1)成分を連続的に仕込みながらウレタン化反応を行った後で、(a3)成分を仕込み、ウレタン化反応を完結させる方法も挙げられる。以上のように、原料や触媒の仕込み順は様々であり、製品の品質、製造し易さ、管理し易さ等を総合的に考慮して決めればよい。
1-6.(A)成分の分子量と含有割合
 (A)成分の分子量は、Mnが1,000~100,000であることが好ましく、3,000~50,000であることがより好ましく、5,000~30,000であることがさらに好ましい。
 (A)成分のMnが1,000~100,000であると、高分子電解質との接着力と熱水浸漬耐久性が良好になる。
 (A)成分の含有割合は、組成物全体を基準として、1質量%~70質量%であり、好ましくは5質量%~70質量%、より好ましくは10質量%~70質量%、さらに好ましくは20質量%~60質量%、特に好ましくは25質量%~55質量%である。
 (A)成分の含有割合が1質量%以上であると、粘度が低くなりすぎず適切な厚さに塗工することができ、さらに、熱水浸漬耐久性がより良好になる。一方、70質量%以下であると、粘度が高くなりすぎず、高速塗工性に優れる。また、スクリーン印刷を行う場合、気泡や欠陥が生じにくい。
 後述する(F)成分のうち(F1)成分を用いない場合は、(A)成分の含有割合は、組成物全体を基準として、10質量%~70質量%が好ましく、より好ましくは20質量%~60質量%であり、さらに好ましくは25質量%~55質量%である。
 (F1)成分を用いない場合、(A)成分の含有割合が10質量%以上であると、粘度が低くなりすぎず適切な厚さに塗工することができ、さらに、熱水浸漬耐久性が特に良好になる。一方、70質量%以下であると、粘度が高くなりすぎず、高速塗工性に優れる。また、スクリーン印刷を行う場合、気泡や欠陥が生じにくい。
 後述する(F)成分のうち(F1)成分を用いる場合は、(A)成分の含有割合は、組成物全体を基準として、1質量%~60質量%が好ましく、より好ましくは5質量%~50質量%であり、さらに好ましくは10質量%~40質量%である。
 (F1)成分を用いる場合、(A)成分の含有割合が1質量%以上であると、熱水浸漬耐久性がより良好になり、かつ、高温の水(特に高酸素濃度条件下における高温の水)に長時間高分子電解質膜と基材(好ましくは樹脂シート)とが接合された接合部を浸漬した後にも、接合部の初期の破断伸びが安定的に維持される(以下、「長期安定性」ともいう)。一方、60質量%以下であると、粘度が高くなりすぎず、高速塗工性に優れる。また、スクリーン印刷を行う場合、気泡や欠陥が生じにくい。
2.(B)成分
 (B)成分は、炭素数4~20のアルキル基を有するアルキル(メタ)アクリレートである。
 (B)成分は、本開示の一態様の接着剤組成物の粘度を下げて塗工性を良好にする効果や、熱水浸漬耐久性を良好にする効果がある。(B)成分の(メタ)アクリレートとしては、光硬化性の観点からアクリレートが好ましい。
 (B)成分の具体例としては、n-ブチル(メタ)アクリレート、イソブチル(メタ)アクリレート、tert-ブチル(メタ)アクリレート、n-ヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、2-エチルヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、n-オクチル(メタ)アクリレート、イソオクチル(メタ)アクリレート、n-ノニル(メタ)アクリレート、イソノニル(メタ)アクリレート、n-デシル(メタ)アクリレート、イソデシル(メタ)アクリレート、ラウリル(メタ)アクリレート、ヘキサデシル(メタ)アクリレート、ヘプタデシル(メタ)アクリレート、ステアリル(メタ)アクリレート、及びイソステアリル(メタ)アクリレート等が挙げられる。
 (B)成分の含有割合は、組成物全体を基準として、10質量%~70質量%であり、好ましくは15質量%~60質量%、より好ましくは20質量%~50質量%である。
 (B)成分の含有割合が10質量%以上であると、粘度が高くなりすぎず、高速塗工性に優れるものとなる。一方、(B)成分の含有割合が70質量%以下であると、粘度が低くなりすぎることを防止し、適切な膜厚で塗工することができる。
3.(C)成分
 (C)成分は、エポキシ化ポリブタジエン又はエポキシ化ポリイソプレンである。
 (C)成分の好ましい具体例としては、ポリブタジエン又はポリイソプレンの二重結合をエポキシ化したもの;末端に水酸基を有するポリブタジエン又はポリイソプレンの水酸基をエピクロロヒドリン等によりエポキシ化したもの;末端にカルボキシル基を有するポリブタジエン又はポリイソプレンのカルボキシル基に、1分子中に2個以上のエポキシ基を有する化合物を付加させたもの;等が挙げられる。
 これらのうち、ポリブタジエンの二重結合をエポキシ化した化合物が、熱水浸漬耐久性が優れたものになるため、特に好ましい。
 (C)成分の分子量は、Mnが500~5,000であることが好ましく、1,000~2,000であることがより好ましい。(C)成分のMnが上記範囲であると、熱水浸漬耐久性が良好になり、組成物との相溶性も良好になる。
 (C)成分の製品の具体例としては、日本曹達(株)製のNISSO-PB JP-100、同JP-200;(株)ダイセル製のエポリードPB-3600、同PB-4700等が挙げられる。
 (C)成分の含有割合は、組成物全体を基準として、1質量%~20質量%であり、好ましくは2質量%~15質量%である。(C)成分の含有割合を1質量%~20質量%とすることで、熱水浸漬耐久性が良好になる。
4.(D)成分
 (D)成分は、光ラジカル重合開始剤である。(D)成分を含有することにより、光硬化性が付与される。
 (D)成分の含有割合は、組成物全体を基準として、0.1質量%~10質量%であり、好ましくは0.2質量%~5質量%、より好ましくは0.3質量%~3質量%である。
 (D)成分の含有割合が0.1質量%以上であると光硬化性が不足することを抑制し、10質量%以下であると、光開始剤自体やその分解物が汚染物質となることを抑制するため、好ましい。特に、高分子電解質の用途が燃料電池や水電解装置である場合、それらの汚染物質は触媒を被毒させ、製品の性能を低下させてしまうが、これらを抑制することができる。
 (D)成分の具体例としては、ベンジルジメチルケタール、1-ヒドロキシシクロヘキシルフェニルケトン、2-ヒドロキシ-2-メチル-1-フェニルプロパン-1-オン、1-[4-(2-ヒドロキシエトキシ)フェニル]-2-ヒドロキシ-2-メチル-1-プロパン-1-オン、オリゴ[2-ヒドロキシ-2-メチル-1-[4-1-(メチルビニル)フェニル]プロパノン、2-ヒドロキシ-1-{4-[4-(2-ヒドロキシ-2-メチループロピオニル)ベンジル]フェニル}-2-メチルプロパン-1-オン、2-メチル-1-[4-(メチルチオ)]フェニル]-2-モルフォリノプロパン-1-オン、2-ベンジル-2-ジメチルアミノ-1-(4-モルフォリノフェニル)ブタン-1-オン、2-ジメチルアミノ-2-(4-メチルベンジル)-1-(4-モルフォリン-4-イル-フェニル)ブタン-1-オン及び3,6-ビス(2-メチル-2-モルフォリノプロピオニル)-9-n-オクチルカルバゾール等のアセトフェノン系化合物;
 ベンゾイン、ベンゾインエチルエーテル、ベンゾインイソプロピルエーテル及びベンゾインイソブチルエーテル等のベンゾイン化合物;
 ベンゾフェノン、2-メチルベンゾフェノン、3-メチルベンゾフェノン、4-メチルベンゾフェノン、2,4,6-トリメチルベンゾフェノン、4-フェニルベンゾフェノン、メチル-2-ベンゾフェノン、1-[4-(4-ベンゾイルフェニルスルファニル)フェニル]-2-メチル-2-(4-メチルフェニルスルフォニル)プロパン-1-オン、4,4’-ビス(ジメチルアミノ)ベンゾフェノン、4,4’-ビス(ジエチルアミノ)ベンゾフェノン及び4-メトキシ-4’-ジメチルアミノベンゾフェノン等のベンゾフェノン系化合物;
 ビス(2,4,6-トリメチルベンゾイル)フェニルホスフィンオキサイド、2,4,6-トリメチルベンゾイルジフェニルホスフィンオキサイド、及びビス(2,6-ジメトキシベンゾイル)-2,4,4-トリメチルペンチルホスフィンオキサイド等のアシルホスフィンオキサイド化合物;並びに
 チオキサントン、2-クロロチオキサントン、2,4-ジエチルチオキサントン、イソプロピルチオキサントン、1-クロロ-4-プロピルチオキサントン、3-[3,4-ジメチル-9-オキソ-9H-チオキサントン-2-イル-オキシ]-2-ヒドロキシプロピル-N,N,N―トリメチルアンモニウムクロライド及びフルオロチオキサントン等のチオキサントン系化合物等が挙げられる。
 上記以外の化合物としては、ベンジル、エチル(2,4,6-トリメチルベンゾイル)フェニルフォスフィネート、フェニルグリオキシ酸メチル、エチルアントラキノン、フェナントレンキノン、及びカンファーキノン等が挙げられる。
 (D)成分としては、これら化合物の中でも、組成物の硬化性の観点から、アシルホスフィンオキサイド系化合物を含有することが好ましい。
5.その他成分
 本開示の一態様の高分子電解質用光硬化型接着剤組成物は、(A)~(D)成分以外に、目的及び用途等に応じて、その他成分を配合することができる。
 その他成分の好ましい例としては、湿式法により測定される体積平均一次粒子径が0.5μm~50μmのポリマー微粒子〔以下、「(E)成分」という〕、及び(A)成分及び(B)成分以外の(メタ)アクリロイル基を有する化合物〔以下、「(F)成分」という〕等が挙げられる。
 (F)成分は、脂肪族ジイソシアネートを反応して得られるウレタン(メタ)アクリレート〔以下、「(F1)成分」という〕と、(F1)成分以外の(F)成分〔以下、「(F2)成分」という〕と、を含む。
 以下、(E)成分及び(F)成分について説明する。
5-1.(E)成分
 (E)成分は、湿式法により測定される体積平均一次粒子径が0.5μm~50μmのポリマー微粒子である。
 (E)成分を適量含有することで、スクリーン印刷性が向上したり、高分子電解質と樹脂シートを貼り合せたときの厚みのバラツキを低減させることができる。
 微粒子が、シリカやアルミナ等の無機の微粒子である場合、高温の水に長期間晒されることによって微量の金属イオンが溶出するおそれがある。一般的な高分子電解質はスルホン酸を有しているため、燃料電池の生成水が弱酸性となり、微量の金属イオンが溶出する可能性がある。微量の金属イオンは、燃料電池の触媒を被毒させたり、高分子電解質を脆化させたりするため、好ましくない。
 一方、(E)成分は、上記の問題がなく、好ましいものである。
 (E)成分としては、化学的に架橋されたポリマー微粒子又はポリオレフィン系の微粒子が好ましい。
 化学的に架橋されたポリマー微粒子の具体例としては、メチルメタクリレートとエチレングリコールジメタクリレートの共重合体、スチレンとジビニルベンゼンの共重合体、及びポリウレタン等が挙げられる。
 ポリオレフィン系の微粒子としては、ポリエチレン、及びポリプロピレン等が挙げられる。
 (E)成分の体積平均一次粒子径は、スクリーン印刷性の観点から、0.5μm~50μmの範囲であることが好ましく、1μm~40μmの範囲であることがより好ましく、2μm~30μmの範囲であることがさらに好ましい。体積平均一次粒子径が0.5μm以上であると、チクソトロピー性が強くなりすぎず、印刷後の微小な気泡が消えにくくなりにくい。逆に、体積平均一次粒子径が50μm以下であると、スクリーンメッシュに詰まるような大きな粒子が混入する確率を低く抑えることができる。
 なお、本開示において、体積平均一次粒子径とは、レーザー回折散乱式粒度分布計(湿式法;例えば、堀場製作所社製LA-920)により測定した値を意味する。
5-2.(F)成分
 本開示の一態様の組成物には、硬化物のガラス転移温度や弾性率等といった、接着性以外の物性を調整する等の目的で、(F)成分を含有してもよい。
 (F)成分は、(F1)成分である、脂肪族ジイソシアネートを反応して得られるウレタン(メタ)アクリレートと、(F2)成分である、(F1)成分以外の成分と、を含む。
 (F1)成分は、脂肪族ジイソシアネートを反応して得られるウレタン(メタ)アクリレートであり、(A)成分と異なるウレタン(メタ)アクリレートである。
5-3.(F1)成分
 (F1)成分は、下記の(a1)成分、(f2)成分、及び(a3)成分を反応させて得られるウレタン(メタ)アクリレートである。
 (a1)成分:末端に水酸基を有する水素添加ポリブタジエン又は水素添加ポリイソプレン
 (f2)成分:脂肪族ジイソシアネート
 (a3)成分:1分子中に1個の水酸基を有する(メタ)アクリレート
5-3-1.(a1)成分、(f2)成分、及び(a3)成分
 (F1)成分を得るための(a1)成分及び(a3)成分は、(A)成分を得るための成分と同じであり、それぞれ上記したとおりである。
 (F1)成分を得るための(f2)成分は、脂肪族ジイソシアネートである。本明細書において、脂肪族ジイソシアネートとは、分子中に飽和脂肪族基を有するジイソシアネートを意味する。(f2)成分は、(a2)成分と異なる非芳香族ジイソシアネートであり、脂肪族ジイソシアネートである。(f2)成分は、(a1)成分及び(a3)成分と反応させることにより脂肪族ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートを得ることができる化合物である。
 (f2)成分の具体例としては、イソホロンジイソシアネート、ノルボルナンジイソシアネート及び水添ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート等の脂環式ジイソシアネート、並びにヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート等の直鎖状ジイソシアネート、が挙げられる。
5-3-2.反応条件
 (a1)成分、(f2)成分、及び(a3)成分の反応条件としては、上記した(A)成分を製造する場合と同様である。すなわち、上記「1-5.反応条件」に記載した(A)成分を製造する場合において、(a2)成分に代えて(f2)成分を用いればよい。
 すなわち、(a1)成分、(f2)成分、及び(a3)成分の反応条件としては、ウレタン化反応として一般的な条件を適用すればよい。
 例えば、好ましい反応温度は40℃~100℃であり、より好ましくは50℃~90℃である。
 ウレタン化反応の触媒も任意に選択してよい。例えば、ジブチル錫ジラウレート、ジオクチル錫ジラウレート等の錫系の触媒;亜鉛(II)アセチルアセトナート、鉄(III)アセチルアセトナート、及びジルコニウム(IV)アセチルアセトナート等の遷移金属錯体;トリエチルアミン、トリエチレンジアミン、1,8-ジアザビシクロ(5,4,0)-ウンデセン-7等のアミン系触媒;等が挙げられる。
 また、ウレタン化反応の触媒を使用することなく、比較的高温で長時間反応させてもよい。
 (F1)成分は、非常に高粘度又は半固体状になるため、(F1)成分を合成する際は、接着剤が最終的に含む(メタ)アクリレートを溶剤の代わりに使用することが好ましい。この(メタ)アクリレートとしては、上記した(B)成分が好ましい。
 (a1)成分、(f2)成分、及び(a3)成分の仕込み順は、任意に選択することができる。
 例えば、(a1)成分、(a3)成分、及び触媒を(B)成分に溶解させた後、(f2)成分を仕込み、一度にウレタン化反応を完結させる方法が挙げられる。
 別の例としては、(a1)成分を(B)成分に溶解させた後、(f2)成分を溶解させてから触媒を添加して加熱し、ウレタン化反応を行った後で、(a3)成分を仕込み、ウレタン化反応を完結させる方法が挙げられる。
 さらに別の例としては、(f2)成分と触媒を(B)成分に溶解させた後、(a1)成分を連続的に仕込みながらウレタン化反応を行った後で、(a3)成分を仕込み、ウレタン化反応を完結させる方法も挙げられる。以上のように、原料や触媒の仕込み順は様々であり、製品の品質、製造し易さ、管理し易さ等を総合的に考慮して決めればよい。
5-3-3.(F1)成分の分子量と含有割合
 (F1)成分の分子量は、Mnが1,000~100,000であることが好ましく、3,000~50,000であることがより好ましく、5,000~30,000であることがさらに好ましい。
 (F1)成分のMnが1,000~100,000であると、高分子電解質との接着力と熱水浸漬耐久性が良好になる。
 (F1)成分を含有する場合の含有割合は、組成物全体を基準として、1質量%~60質量%であり、好ましくは、5質量%~50質量%、より好ましくは10質量%~40質量%である。
 (F1)成分の含有割合が1質量%以上であると、(A)成分との併用により、熱水浸漬耐久性が良好であり、かつ、長期安定性も良好である。また、60質量%以下であると、粘度が高くなりすぎず、高速塗工性に優れる。また、スクリーン印刷を行う場合、気泡や欠陥が生じにくい。
 また、破断伸びの長期安定性がさほど必要なく、かつ接着耐久性が特に重要である場合には、(F1)成分を含有しないことが好ましい。
 (A)成分と(F1)成分との合計での含有割合は、(A)成分と(F1)成分とを合わせて、組成物全体を基準として、10質量%~70質量%、好ましくは20質量%~60質量%、より好ましくは25質量%~55質量%とすることができる。(A)成分と(F1)成分との含有割合が10質量%以上であると、熱水浸漬耐久性と長期安定性とが、ともに良好となる。一方、70質量%以下であると、粘度が高くなりすぎず、高速塗工性に優れる。また、スクリーン印刷を行う場合、気泡や欠陥が生じにくい。
 (A)成分と(F1)成分との含有比率については、組成物の使用目的等により調整することができる。上記したように、(A)成分と併用して(F1)成分を含有させた場合、組成物において、熱水浸漬耐久性と長期安定性とがともに良好となるが、(F1)成分は(A)成分に混合して用いても、(A)成分に基づく接着耐久性を大きく損ねることなく、長期安定性を向上させる。
 したがって、例えば、接着耐久性と長期安定性との両物性をともに良好にする目的に対しては、(A)成分と(F1)成分とを、質量基準でそれぞれ略同量で使用する。また、同様に、接着耐久性をより良好にする目的に対しては、(A)成分を(F1)成分より多く使用することができ、一方、長期安定性をより良好にする目的に対しては、(F1)成分を(A)成分より多く使用することができる。
 例えば、(A)成分を(F1)成分より多く使用する場合は、質量を基準として、(A)成分:(F1)成分を、7:1~1.1:1とすることができ、具体的には、(A)成分:(F1)成分を3:1とすることができる。
 一方、(F1)成分を(A)成分より多く使用する場合は、質量を基準として、(F1)成分:(A)成分を、7:1~1.1:1とすることができ、具体的には、(F1)成分:(A)成分を3:1とすることができる。
5-3-4.(F1)成分の具体例
 (F1)成分の具体例としては、イソホロンジイソシアネートと水添ポリブタジエンジオールと2-ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレートのウレタン化反応生成物、イソホロンジイソシアネートと水添ポリブタジエンジオールと4-ヒドロキシブチル(メタ)アクリレートのウレタン化反応生成物、及び、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートと水添ポリブタジエンジオールと2-ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレートのウレタン化反応生成物等が挙げられる。
5-4.(F2)成分
 (F2)成分は、(F1)成分以外の成分である。
 (F2)成分の含有量は、(メタ)アクリロイル基を有する化合物の合計を100質量部としたとき、20質量部未満とすることが、高分子電解質との接着耐久性を良好にする点で好ましい。本開示の一態様の組成物は、(F2)成分の含有量が0質量部でもよいし、(F2)成分を含む場合は下限値は0質量部超とすることができる。
 (F2)成分の具体例の一つとしては、(B)成分以外の、1分子中に1個の(メタ)アクリロイル基を有するモノマーが挙げられる。
 (B)成分以外の、1分子中に1個の(メタ)アクリロイル基を有するモノマーの具体例としては、(メタ)アクリル酸、アクリル酸ダイマー、メチル(メタ)アクリレート、エチル(メタ)アクリレート、プロピル(メタ)アクリレート、シクロヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、イソボルニル(メタ)アクリレート、ジシクロペンテニル(メタ)アクリレート、ジシクロペンタニル(メタ)アクリレート、ジシクロペンテニルオキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート、4-tert-ブチルシクロヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、ベンジル(メタ)アクリレート、フェニル(メタ)アクリレート、フェノールのエチレンオキサイド付加物の(メタ)アクリレート、ノニルフェノールのエチレンオキサイド付加物の(メタ)アクリレート、フェノキシフェノールのエチレンオキサイド付加物の(メタ)アクリレート、p-クミルフェノールのエチレンオキサイド付加物の(メタ)アクリレート、o-フェニルフェノールのエチレンオキサイド付加物の(メタ)アクリレート、テトラヒドロフルフリル(メタ)アクリレート、グリシジル(メタ)アクリレート、3-エチル-3-オキセタニル(メタ)アクリレート、(2-メチル-2-エチル-1,3-ジオキソラン-4-イル)メチル(メタ)アクリレート、環状トリメチロールプロパンホルマール(メタ)アクリレート、1-アダマンチル(メタ)アクリレート、2-(メタ)アクリロイルオキシエチルフタル酸、2-(メタ)アクリロイルオキシエチルヘキサヒドロフタル酸、N-(メタ)アクリロイルオキシエチルヘキサヒドロフタルイミド、N-(メタ)アクリロイルオキシエチルテトラヒドロフタルイミド、2-ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート、2-ヒドロキシプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、3-ヒドロキシプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、4-ヒドロキシブチル(メタ)アクリレート、2-ヒドロキシブチル(メタ)アクリレート、2-ヒドロキシ-3-フェノキシプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、1,4-シクロヘキサンジメタノールモノ(メタ)アクリレート、ポリエチレングリコールモノ(メタ)アクリレート、ポリプロピレングリコールモノ(メタ)アクリレート、ポリテトラメチレングリコールモノ(メタ)アクリレート、2,2,3,3-テトラフルオロプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、及び1H,1H,5H-オクタフルオロペンチル(メタ)アクリレート等が挙げられる。

 (A)成分及び(F1)成分以外のウレタン(メタ)アクリレートの具体例としては、トリレンジイソシアネートとポリエーテルジオールと2-ヒドロキシプロピル(メタ)アクリレートのウレタン化反応生成物、イソホロンジイソシアネートと2-ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレートのウレタン化反応生成物、イソホロンジイソシアネートとポリエーテルジオールと2-ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレートのウレタン化反応生成物、イソホロンジイソシアネートとポリエステルジオールと2-ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレートのウレタン化反応生成物、イソホロンジイソシアネートとポリカーボネートジオールと2-ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレートのウレタン化反応生成物、等が挙げられる。
 上記アルキレンオキサイド付加物において、アルキレンオキサイドとしては、エチレンオキサイド及びプロピレンオキサイド等が挙げられる。
 (F2)成分の別の具体例としては、(A)成分以外の、1分子中に3個以上の(メタ)アクリロイル基を有する化合物が挙げられる。例えば、トリメチロールプロパントリ(メタ)アクリレート、ジトリメチロールプロパンテトラ(メタ)アクリレート、ペンタエリスリトールジ、トリ又はテトラ(メタ)アクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールペンタ又はヘキサ(メタ)アクリレート、イソシアヌル酸エチレンオキサイド3モル付加物のトリ(メタ)アクリレート、グリセリントリ(メタ)アクリレート、ポリグリセリンポリ(メタ)アクリレート等のポリオールポリ(メタ)アクリレート;

 上記アルキレンオキサイド付加物において、アルキレンオキサイドとしては、エチレンオキサイド及びプロピレンオキサイド等が挙げられる。
 本開示の一態様の組成物には、(A)成分、(B)成分、及び(F)成分以外のラジカル重合性モノマーを配合してもよい。
 これらの具体例としては、スチレン、N,N-ジメチル(メタ)アクリルアミド、N,N-ジエチル(メタ)アクリルアミド、N-イソプロピル(メタ)アクリルアミド、N-ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリルアミド、(メタ)アクリロイルモルホリン、N,N-ジメチルアミノプロピル(メタ)アクリルアミド、N-ビニルピロリドン、及びN-ビニルカプロラクタム等が挙げられる。
5-5.その他の成分
 本開示の一態様の組成物には、(E)及び(F)成分以外にも、熱ラジカル重合開始剤、ポリマー、粘着付与剤、可塑剤、消泡剤、レベリング剤、重合禁止剤、安定剤、及び有機溶剤等を必要に応じて含有することができる。
 本開示の一態様の組成物には、必要に応じて、有機過酸化物やアゾ系化合物等の熱ラジカル重合開始剤を添加してもよい。
 有機過酸化物の具体例としては、1,1-ビス(t-ブチルパーオキシ)2-メチルシクロヘキサン、1,1-ビス(t-ヘキシルパーオキシ)-3,3,5-トリメチルシクロヘキサン、1,1-ビス(t-ヘキシルパーオキシ)シクロヘキサン、1,1-ビス(t-ブチルパーオキシ)-3,3,5-トリメチルシクロヘキサン、1,1-ビス(t-ブチルパーオキシ)シクロヘキサン、2,2-ビス(4,4-ジ-ブチルパーオキシシクロヘキシル)プロパン、1,1-ビス(t-ブチルパーオキシ)シクロドデカン、t-ヘキシルパーオキシイソプロピルモノカーボネート、t-ブチルパーオキシマレイン酸、t-ブチルパーオキシ-3,5,5-トリメチルヘキサノエート、t-ブチルパーオキシラウレート、2,5-ジメチル-2,5-ジ(m-トルオイルパーオキシ)ヘキサン、t-ブチルパーオキシイソプロピルモノカーボネート、t-ブチルパーオキシ2-エチルヘキシルモノカーボネート、t-ヘキシルパーオキシベンゾエート、2,5-ジ-メチル-2,5-ジ(ベンゾイルパーオキシ)ヘキサン、t-ブチルパーオキシアセテート、2,2-ビス(t-ブチルパーオキシ)ブタン、t-ブチルパーオキシベンゾエート、n-ブチル-4,4-ビス(t-ブチルパーオキシ)バレレート、ジ-t-ブチルパーオキシイソフタレート、α,α’-ビス(t-ブチルパーオキシ)ジイソプロピルベンゼン、ジクミルパーオキサイド、2,5-ジメチル-2,5-ジ(t-ブチルパーオキシ)ヘキサン、t-ブチルクミルパーオキサイド、ジ-t-ブチルパーオキサイド、p-メンタンハイドロパーオキサイド、2,5-ジメチル-2,5-ジ(t-ブチルパーオキシ)ヘキシン-3、ジイソプロピルベンゼンハイドロパーオキサイド、t-ブチルトリメチルシリルパーオキサイド、1,1,3,3-テトラメチルブチルハイドロパーオキサイド、クメンハイドロパーオキサイド、t-ヘキシルハイドロパーオキサイド、及びt-ブチルハイドロパーオキサイド等が挙げられる。
 アゾ系化合物の具体例としては、1,1’-アゾビス(シクロヘキサン-1-カルボニトリル)、2-(カルバモイルアゾ)イソブチロニトリル、2-フェニルアゾ-4-メトキシ-2,4-ジメチルバレロニトリル、アゾジ-t-オクタン、及びアゾジ-t-ブタ
ン等が挙げられる。
 ポリマーの具体例としては、未架橋であって溶解性の(メタ)アクリル樹脂、ポリスチレン、スチレン-アクリロニトリル共重合体、ポリブタジエン、ポリイソプレン、ポリイソブチレン、水添ポリブタジエン、水添ポリイソプレン、マレイン化ポリブタジエン、マレイン化ポリイソプレン、マレイン化ポリプロピレン、塩素化ポリプロピレン、石油樹脂、水添石油樹脂、キシレン樹脂、ポリテトラメチレングリコール、ポリ酢酸ビニル、エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体、エチレン-アクリル共重合体、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリウレタン、及びポリカーボネート等が挙げられる。これらは、密着付与成分として作用することもあり、後記する粘着付与剤や可塑剤として作用することもある。
 粘着付与剤の具体例としては、ロジンエステル等が挙げられる。
 可塑剤の具体例としては、ジオクチルフタレート等が挙げられる。
 消泡剤としては、炭化水素系、シリコーン系、フロロシリコーン系、フッ素系、ミネラルスピリッツ系等が挙げられ、公知のものを使用することができる。
 レベリング剤としては、炭化水素系、シリコーン系、フッ素系等が挙げられ、公知のものを使用することができる。
 重合禁止剤としては、ハイドロキノン、メトキシハイドロキノン、4-ヒドロキシ-2,2,6,6-テトラメチルピペリジン1-オキシル、及びN-ニトロソフェニルヒドロキシルアミンのアルミニウム塩等が挙げられ、公知のものを使用することができる。
 安定剤としては、ヒンダードフェノール系酸化防止剤、硫黄系酸化防止剤、リン系酸化防止剤、ヒンダードアミン系酸化防止剤、紫外線吸収剤等が挙げられ、公知のものを使用することができる。
 有機溶剤としては、(A)~(D)成分を溶解するものであれば、公知のものを使用することができる。しかし、溶剤乾燥工程が生産効率を低下させることや、残存溶剤の懸念を考えると、溶剤を配合しないことが好ましい。
6.高分子電解質用光硬化型接着剤組成物
 本開示の一態様の高分子電解質用光硬化型接着剤組成物は、(A)~(D)成分を特定の割合で含有する。
 本開示において「高分子電解質」とは、フィルム又はシート状に成形した高分子電解質膜であってもよく、バインダーとして高分子電解質を含むものであってもよい。
 バインダーとして高分子電解質を含むものの例としては、燃料電池における触媒層、及びPt系触媒担持カーボンが高分子電解質であるアイオノマーで固定されたもの等が挙げられる。
 本開示の一態様の組成物は、高分子電解質膜に好ましく適用することができる。
 本開示の一態様の組成物の製造方法としては、常法に従えばよく、(A)~(D)成分を混合し、必要に応じてさらにその他成分を混合し、常法に従い攪拌することにより製造することができる。このとき、必要に応じて加熱してもよいが、安定性の点から100℃以下とすることが好ましい。また、(E)成分であるポリマー微粒子を配合する場合、微粒子が十分に分散性するような方法、条件で製造することが好ましい。
 本開示の一態様の組成物の粘度としては、塗布方法に応じて当業者が適宜設定することができる。例えばスクリーン印刷の場合、25℃、せん断速度10sec-1で、1Pa・s~50Pa・sであることが好ましく、5Pa・s~30Pa・sであることがより好ましい。
7.使用方法
 本開示の一態様の高分子電解質用光硬化型接着剤組成物の使用方法としては、常法に従えばよく、第1の基材に組成物を塗工した後、第2の基材と貼り合せ、光照射する方法等が挙げられる。第1の基材及び第2の基材の少なくとも一方は、高分子電解質であることが好ましく、他方は、接着耐久性の向上効果が大きい点で、樹脂シートが好ましい。
 本開示の一態様の組成物は、接着剤として、高分子電解質と樹脂シートの接着に好ましく使用することができ、高分子電解質膜と樹脂シートの接着により好ましく使用できる。なお、単に「基材」と表記した場合は、高分子電解質及びその他基材の総称を意味する。
 基材への塗布は、スクリーン印刷、ディスペンサー、ジェットディスペンサー、グラビア印刷、インクジェット、及びディッピング等の公知の方法が適用でき、スクリーン印刷が特に好ましい。
 本開示の一態様の組成物は、高分子電解質膜と樹脂シートを積層する側の端面から塗布してもよい。
 本開示の一態様の組成物を塗布する場合の塗布厚さは、使用する基材及び用途に応じて選択すればよく、1μm~500μmであることが好ましく、5μm~100μmがより好ましい。
 高分子電解質膜の具体例としては、スルホン酸基を有するパーフルオロカーボン材料が挙げられる。高分子電解質の市販品としては、デュポン社製のNafion(登録商標)、旭硝子(株)製のフレミオンFLEMION(登録商標)、旭化成(株)製のアシプレックス(登録商標)、日本ゴア(株)製GORE-SELECTゴアセレクト(登録商標)メンブレン等が挙げられる。
 基材としては、燃料電池の膜/電極接合体(MEA)のように、触媒やカーボン等が、高分子電解質によって、高分子電解質膜に固定化されたものであってもよい。
 樹脂シートの具体例としては、ポリオレフィン、ポリエチレンナフタレート、ナイロン、ポリスチレン、ポリカーボネート、ポリイミド、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリフェニレンエーテル、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリスルホン、ポリフェニルスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホン、及びポリフェニレンサルファイド等が挙げられる。
 樹脂シートの一例として挙げたポリオレフィンとしては、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、シクロオレフィンポリマー、及びこれらの酸変性物等が挙げられる。また、ゴム粒子、液状ゴム、タッキファイヤー、可塑剤等を混合させたものであってもよく、熱融着性を付与したものであってもよい。
 樹脂シートは、多層構造であってもよい。例えば、コアに耐熱性高分子を用い、表層に熱融着性のポリオレフィン系樹脂を用いた3層シートは、燃料電池のセルの製造に好ましく使用される。本開示の一態様の組成物は、このような3層シートと高分子電解質膜を接着するために特に好ましく使用することができる。
 樹脂シートが難接着性の材質である場合、プラズマ処理、コロナ放電処理、薬液処理、粗面化処理、エッチング処理、及び火炎処理等によって表面を活性化してもよい。
 本開示の一態様の組成物の硬化は、2つの基材を貼り合せた後、光を透過する基材の側から光を照射することによって達成できる。このため、いずれかの基材が光を透過することが好ましい。燃料電池のMEA(膜電極接合体;Membrane Electrode Assembly)のように、高分子電解質膜がカーボンを固定化して光を透過しない場合、樹脂シートが光を透過するものであることが好ましい。
 本開示の一態様の組成物の硬化に使用する光としては、紫外線、可視光、遠赤外線、白熱灯、蛍光灯、及び太陽光等が挙げられる。これらのうち、紫外線又は可視光が好ましく、特に紫外線が好ましい。なお、樹脂シートが紫外線を透過しない場合には、可視光であってもよい。可視光をとしては、樹脂シートが透過する波長範囲の中で短波長であることが好ましい。
 光を照射できる光源としては、例えば、高圧水銀ランプ、メタルハライドランプ、紫外線、及び短波長可視光を放射するLED等が挙げられる。LEDの波長としては、365nm、385nm、405nm、及び435nm等が挙げられる。
 紫外線の照射量は、光源に応じて適宜設定すれば良いが、例えば、UV-A領域(365nm近傍)又はUV-V領域(405nm近傍)において、50mJ/cm~5,000mJ/cmであることが好ましく、100mJ/cm~3,000mJ/cmがより好ましい。
 なお、樹脂シートの光透過性が低い場合、本開示の一態様の組成物に熱ラジカル重合開始剤を配合し、光照射によって半硬化させて仮固定した後、加熱、又は時間経過によって重合反応を完結させてもよい。
8.積層体
 本開示の一態様の積層体は、第1の基材、既述の本開示の一態様の高分子電解質用光硬化型接着剤組成物から形成される硬化物、及び第2の基材を備え、第1の基材及び第2の基材の両方又は一方が高分子電解質である。
 第1の基材及び第2の基材の少なくとも一方が、高分子電解質であることが好ましく、他方は、接着耐久性の向上効果が大きい点で、樹脂シートが好ましい。本開示の一態様の積層体は、既述の本開示の一態様の高分子電解質用光硬化型接着剤組成物が用いられるので、高分子電解質と基材(好ましくは樹脂シート)とが接合された接合部の接着性に優れ、高温の水(特に高酸素濃度条件下における高温の水)に長時間浸漬した場合の接着耐久性に優れる。
 以下に実施例及び比較例を挙げ、本開示をより具体的に説明する。但し、本開示は、これらの例によって限定されるものではない。
 尚、以下において「部」とは質量部を意味し、表中の配合割合を示す数値は、質量%を意味する。
1.製造例
1)製造例1[(A)成分の製造]
 2Lの四つ口セパラブルフラスコに、(a1)成分として、末端に水酸基を有する水添ポリブタジエン(日本曹達(株)製のGI-1000、水酸基価69.4mgKOH/g。以下、「GI-1000」という。)を808g(水酸基として1.0モル)、2,6-ジ-t-ブチル-p-クレゾール(以下、「DBC」いう。)を0.68g、ラウリルアクリレート(以下、「LA」という。)を405g仕込み、攪拌機を取り付けて攪拌混合し溶解させた。
 このフラスコに、温度計、ガス導入管、滴下漏斗、及び還流冷却器を取り付け、酸素と窒素の混合ガス(酸素5vol%)をフラスコ内に流通させながら攪拌した。この溶液に、滴下漏斗より、(a2)成分として、2,4-トリレンジイソシアネートを109g(イソシアネート基として1.25モル)仕込み、攪拌溶解させた。次いで、触媒として、ジブチル錫ジラウレート(以下、「DBTL」いう。)を0.54g仕込み、攪拌溶解させた後、80℃に昇温して2時間反応させた。その後、2-ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート(以下、「HEA」という。)を29.0g(水酸基として0.25モル)仕込み、攪拌しながら80℃で5時間反応させた。IRスペクトル(パーキンエルマー(株)製Spectrum Two)を用いて、イソシアネート基の消失を確認し、合成を終了した。
 得られた生成物は、(A)成分に該当するポリウレタンアクリレート(以下、「PUA-1」という。)を70質量%、希釈モノマーであり(B)成分にも該当するLAを30質量%含む混合物である。
 PUA-1のMn及びMwを下記方法に従い測定した結果、Mnが9,800、Mwが25,600であった。
[分子量測定]
 ゲル浸透クロマトグラフ装置(東ソー(株)製HLC-8320)を用いて、下記の測定条件よりポリスチレン換算によるMn(数平均分子量)及びMw(重量平均分子量)を得た。
 測定条件

2)製造例2〔(A)成分の製造〕
 2Lの四つ口セパラブルフラスコに、(a1)成分として、GI-1000を808g(水酸基として1.0モル)、DBCを0.71g、LAを426g仕込み、攪拌機を取り付けて攪拌混合し溶解させた。
 このフラスコに、温度計、ガス導入管、滴下漏斗、及び還流冷却器を取り付け、酸素と窒素の混合ガス(酸素5vol%)をフラスコ内に流通させながら攪拌した。この溶液に、滴下漏斗より、(a2)成分として、4,4’-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートを156g(イソシアネート基として1.25モル)仕込み、攪拌溶解させた。次いで、触媒として、DBTLを0.57g仕込み、攪拌溶解させた後、80℃に昇温して2時間反応させた。その後、HEAを29.0g(水酸基として0.25モル)仕込み、攪拌しながら80℃で5時間反応させた。IRスペクトルを用い、イソシアネート基の消失を確認し、合成を終了した。
 得られた生成物は、(A)成分に該当するポリウレタンアクリレート(以下、「PUA-2」という。)を70質量%、希釈モノマーであり(B)成分にも該当するLAを30質量%含む混合物である。
 PUA-2のMn及びMwを上記と同様に測定した結果、Mnが12,100、Mwが35,500であった。
3)製造例3〔(F1)成分の製造〕
 2Lの四つ口セパラブルフラスコに、(a1)成分としてGI-1000を808g(水酸基として1.0モル)、DBCを0.67g、LAを404g仕込み、攪拌機を取り付けて攪拌混合し溶解させた。
 このフラスコに、温度計、ガス導入管、滴下漏斗、及び還流冷却器を取り付け、酸素と窒素の混合ガス(酸素5vol%)をフラスコ内に流通させながら攪拌した。この溶液に、滴下漏斗より、(a2)成分ではないイソシアネート化合物であって、(f2)成分に該当するイソシアネート化合物として、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートを105g(イソシアネート基として1.25モル)仕込み、攪拌溶解させた。次いで、触媒として、DBTLを0.54g仕込み、攪拌溶解させた後、80℃に昇温して2時間反応させた。その後、HEAを29.0g(水酸基として0.25モル)仕込み、攪拌しながら80℃で5時間反応させた。IRスペクトルを用い、イソシアネート基の消失を確認し、合成を終了した。
 得られた生成物は、(A)成分に該当せず、(F1)成分に該当するポリウレタンアクリレート(以下、「PUA’-1」という。)を70質量%、希釈モノマーであり(B)成分にも該当するLAを30質量%含む混合物である。
 PUA’-1のMn及びMwを、上記と同様に測定した結果、Mnが11,800、Mwが30,400であった。
4)製造例4〔(F1)成分の製造〕
 2Lの四つ口セパラブルフラスコに、(a1)成分としてGI-1000を808g(水酸基として1.0モル)、DBCを0.70g、LAを418g仕込み、攪拌機を取り付けて攪拌混合し溶解させた。このフラスコに、温度計、ガス導入管、滴下漏斗、還流冷却器を取り付け、酸素と窒素の混合ガス(酸素5vol%)をフラスコ内に流通させながら攪拌した。この溶液に、滴下漏斗より、(a2)成分ではないイソシアネート化合物であって、(f2)成分に該当するイソシアネート化合物として、イソホロンジイソシアネートを139g(イソシアネート基として1.25モル)仕込み、攪拌溶解させた。次いで、触媒として、DBTLを0.56g仕込み、攪拌溶解させた後、80℃に昇温して2時間反応させた。その後、HEAを29.0g(水酸基として0.25モル)仕込み、攪拌しながら80℃で5時間反応させた。IRスペクトルを用い、イソシアネート基の消失を確認し、合成を終了した。
 得られた生成物は、(A)成分に該当せず、(F1)成分に該当するポリウレタンアクリレート(以下、「PUA’-2」という。)を70質量%、希釈モノマーであり(B)成分にも該当するLAを30質量%含む混合物である。
 PUA’-2のMn及びMwを上記と同様に測定した結果、Mnが11,500、Mwが31,000であった。
2.実施例1~2、比較例1~4
1)光硬化型接着剤組成物の調製
 各成分が表1に示す質量%になるように、表1に示す各成分を配合し、常法に従って攪拌混合して、光硬化型接着剤組成物を調製した。溶解の際、必要に応じて約80℃に加熱した。また、(E)成分の配合は、組成物調製の最後の工程で行った。
 表1における略号は下記を意味する。

・MX-500L:綜研化学(株)製の架橋アクリル単分散粒子MX-500L(体積平均一次粒子径5μm)

・PUA’-1:製造例3の生成物に含まれるポリウレタンアクリレート
・PUA’-2:製造例4の生成物に含まれるポリウレタンアクリレート
2)熱水浸漬耐久性の評価
 燃料電池用高分子電解質膜として、厚さ7μmのスルホン酸基を有するフッ素含有ポリマーの膜を使用した。この膜は、片面に、支持体としてポリエステルシートが付着している。もう一方の被着体である基材(好ましくは樹脂シート)としては、厚さ160μmのポリエチレンナフタレートシートの両面に、厚さ55μmの酸変性ポリオレフィン系のホットメルトシートが付着した3層シートを使用した。これら2つの基材は、幅50mm、長さ80mmの長方形に切り出した。
 上記の高分子電解質膜(支持体がない方の面)の端の方に、表1の組成物を、幅12.5mm、長さ70mm、厚さ0.04mmでスクリーン印刷した。この上から、上記の3層シートを、2つの基材が重なり合うようにラミネートした後、3層シート側から、405nmのLED光を照射して接着剤を光硬化させた。LEDの照射条件は、850mW/cmで4秒とした。光硬化後、接着サンプルから幅10mmの試験片を6つ切り出した。
 得られた接着試験片から電解質膜の支持体を剥がし、耐圧容器に入れたイオン交換水の中に浸漬させ、耐圧容器のフタを閉めて120℃で500時間保持した。保持時間終了後、サンプルを耐圧容器から取り出し、イオン交換水から速やかに拭いて3層シート面を両面テープで金属板に貼った後、すぐにイオン交換水を滴下して接着部位がイオン交換水に浸漬する状態とした。水浸漬状態のまま、電解質膜の端部に長さ1mの糸を取り付け、引張試験機により、引張速度10mm/分で90°剥離試験を行った。測定は各時間、各サンプルに対して3回行い、その平均値を表1に示した。なお、電解質膜が水中で完全に剥離していた場合、表中には「剥離」と記載した。
 また、剥離後に出てきた両方の基材の表面に対して、μ-ATR法でIRスペクトルを測定することにより破壊場所を特定し、結果を表1に記載した。
 ここで、「膜構造」とは、出てきた両方の表面が高分子電解質膜であったことを示しており、最弱部位が接着剤界面ではなく、高分子電解質膜自体であることを示す。また、「膜界面」とは、高分子電解質膜と光硬化型接着剤の界面で剥離したことを示す。
3)高酸素濃度条件下の熱水浸漬耐久性の評価
 上記の高分子電解質膜(支持体がない方の面)の端の方に、実施例1又は比較例2の組成物を、幅12.5mm、長さ70mm、厚さ0.04mmでスクリーン印刷した。この上から、上記の3層シートを、後からせん断接着力が測定できるよう、幅方向にずらしてラミネートした。次いで、3層シート側から、405nmのLED光を照射して接着剤を光硬化させた。LEDの照射条件は、850mW/cmで4秒とした。光硬化後、接着サンプルから幅10mmの試験片を6つ切り出し、電解質膜の支持体を剥がした。
 一方、ガスを封入することができ、かつ、内圧を測定することもできる耐圧容器を用意し、その中にイオン交換水を入れた。このイオン交換水中に、上記の接着試験片を浸漬させ、さらに、耐圧容器内に酸素を封入して酸素の圧力を0.3MPaとした。これを、95℃で1000時間保持した後、接着力を評価した。
 ここで、接着力を評価するに先立ち、目視観察で、水フクレが発生したか否かを評価した。
 接着力を評価する際は、測定直前に試験片をイオン交換水から取出し、イオン交換水を速やかに拭いて電解質膜を両面テープで金属板に貼り付けて補強し、電解質膜が乾く前に、せん断接着力を10mm/分の引張速度で測定した。測定は各時間、各サンプルに対して3回行い、その平均値を表1の評価結果2に示した。
 また、剥離後に出てきた両方の基材の表面に対して、μ-ATR法でIRスペクトルを測定することにより破壊場所を特定し、結果を表1の評価結果2に記載した。ここで、「シート界面」とは、3層シートと光硬化型接着剤の界面で剥離したことを示す。また、「膜界面」とは、高分子電解質膜と光硬化型接着剤の界面で剥離したことを示す。
4)評価結果
 表1の評価結果1から明らかなように、(A)成分PUA-1を含む実施例1及びPUA-2を含む実施例2は、120℃水浸漬という過酷な促進試験条件での熱水浸漬耐久性に優れていた。
 これに対して、(a2)成分と異なる非芳香族ジイソシアネートから製造されたPUA’-1を含む比較例1及びPUA’-2を含む比較例2は、接着力が実施例1及び実施例2に比べて1/5に低下し、さらに界面破壊であった。
 また、(C)成分を含まない比較例3及び比較例4は、比較例1及び比較例2に比べて熱水浸漬接耐久性はさらに劣っていた。この結果から、本開示に係る組成物は、燃料電池に用いられる高分子電解膜質と樹脂シートの接着剤として適していることが示された。
 一方、高濃度酸素条件下における熱水浸漬耐久性についても、表1の評価結果2から明らかなように、実施例1は、比較例2に比べて、明らかに優れている。この結果から、本開示に係る組成物は、水電解装置に用いられる高分子電解膜質と樹脂シートの接着剤として適していることが示された。
3.実施例3~5、比較例5
1)光硬化型接着剤組成物の調製
 実施例3~5及び比較例5のそれぞれにおいて、各成分が表2の「配合組成」の欄に示す含有量(質量%)になるように表2に示す各成分を配合し、常法に従って攪拌混合して、光硬化型接着剤組成物を調製した。溶解の際、必要に応じて約80℃に加熱した。また、(E)成分の配合は、組成物調製の最後の工程で行った。
 表2において、表1と同じ略号は表1と同じ物質を意味する。また、表1に記載していない略号の詳細は以下のとおりである。また、表2において、該当しない、又は配合してない化合物については、それぞれ「-」を付して示した。
(D)成分
・O-380:IGMレジン社製のOmnirad 380(ビス(2,4,6-トリメチルベンゾイル)-フェニルホスフィンオキサイド)
2)熱水浸漬耐久性の評価
 -使用した基材-
 燃料電池用の高分子電解質膜として、膜電極複合体であるMEAとガス拡散層(GDL、Gas Diffusion Layer)が一体化した基材(以下、「MEGA」ともいう。)を使用した。MEGAと樹脂フレームを光硬化型接着剤で接着する部分は、カソード触媒が塗布されていない電解質膜の端部(電解質膜が露出している部分)である。このため、この端部に相当する表面を全面に有する基材として、カソード触媒が塗布されていないMEGAを使用した。以下、これを「MEGA膜」と呼ぶ。MEGA膜の層構成は、接着面から順に、高分子電解質膜、アノード触媒層、撥水層、アノード側GDLとなっていた。高分子電解質膜の厚さは約7μmであり、スルホン酸基を有するフッ素含有ポリマーであった。
 樹脂フレームの基材としては、厚さ140μmのポリフェニレンエーテル(PPE、Poly Phenylene Ether)系シートの両面に、PPEとポリオレフィンを主成分とする接着層を介して、酸変性ポリオレフィン系のホットメルト樹脂層が形成された3種5層シートを使用した。以下、これを「フレーム用樹脂シート」と呼ぶ。このフレーム用樹脂シートの表面(酸変性ポリオレフィン系のホットメルトシート)は、実施例1~2、比較例1~4における「3層シート(樹脂シート)」の表面と同じである。
 -評価用サンプルの作製-
 評価用サンプルは、以下のようにして作製した。
 図1A又は図1Bに示すように、90mm×30mmサイズに切断したMEGA膜10の高分子電解質膜10aの表面の端部に、表2に示したそれぞれの光硬化型接着剤組成物を光硬化型接着剤11として、幅12.5mm、長さ70mm、厚さ0.04mmでスクリーン印刷した。なお、MEGA膜10は、高分子電解質膜10a、アノード触媒層10b、撥水層10c、ガス拡散層(GDL)10dを、この順で積層して備える構成であった。
 図2A又は図2Bに示すように、光硬化型接着剤11の上から、90mm×30mmサイズに切断したフレーム用樹脂シート12を、オーバーラップ13の長さが5mmになるようにラミネートした。この場合、後でせん断接着力を評価できるようにするために、フレーム用樹脂シート12において、光硬化型接着剤11と接着する部分を有する長辺14と対向する反対側の長辺15と、MEGA膜10において、光硬化型接着剤11を有する長辺16と対向する反対側の長辺17とが、互いに反対方向に位置するよう配置した。
 次いで、フレーム用樹脂シート12側から、405nmのLED光を照射して光硬化型接着剤11を光硬化させ、接着サンプル18を作製した。LEDの照射条件は、850mW/cmで4秒とした。
 -熱水浸漬試験(熱水浸漬耐久性)-
 内容積0.9Lのテフロンコート耐圧容器にイオン交換水を0.3L入れ、この中に、上記した接着サンプル18を入れ、上からテフロン板の錘を置いて浸漬させた。なお、「テフロン」は登録商標である。次いで、耐圧容器のフタを閉め、110℃で2500時間保持した。この間、1週間毎に容器を開封して水と接着サンプル18を取出し観察し、新たなイオン交換水を0.3L入れて浸漬試験を再度継続する操作を2500時間まで繰り返した。
 ただし、この操作の間に接着部分が剥がれた接着サンプル18については、剥がれた時の時間を記録した。接着部分の剥がれについては、表2の「途中での剥離」の欄に示し、また、接着部分が剥がれた剥離後の接着サンプル18を23℃50%RHで1日以上風乾させた後、μ-ATR法でIRスペクトルを測定することにより、破壊場所(剥離面)を特定した。これら結果を表2の「評価結果3」の欄に記載した。表2における「膜界面」とは、高分子電解質膜10aの界面で、光硬化型接着剤11が剥がれたことを意味する。
 -耐久性試験後の接着力評価-
 110℃2500時間浸漬後の接着サンプル18は、高分子電解質膜10aとアノード触媒層10bとの接着力が弱くなっていたため、水中で、この界面で剥離させた。接着サンプル18から剥離した、高分子電解質膜10aと光硬化型接着剤11とフレーム用樹脂シート12とからなる剥離物を、剥離接着サンプルとした。その後、図3A又は図3Bに示すように、剥離接着サンプルに対し、付着した水を紙で拭き取り、23℃50%RHの部屋で1日以上風乾させた後、幅1cmに切出して切断サンプル20の6本を得た。
 図4に示すように、高分子電解質膜10aは薄くて強度が弱いため、両面テープ21を使用してアルミ板22に切断サンプル20を貼り付けることにより、評価用サンプル30を作製した。
 評価用サンプル30を対象として、23℃50%RHの環境で、引張速度10mm/分で、引張試験機により、せん断接着力を測定した。せん断接着力は、JIS K 6850 1999「剛性被着材の引張せん断接着強さ試験方法」に準拠して、接着面に平行な引張りせん断荷重を用いて測定し、単位は「MPa」とした。
 測定により評価用サンプル30が破壊した場合、破壊場所は、剥離面に対してμ-ATR法でIRスペクトルを測定することにより特定した。これらの測定結果を表2の「評価結果3」の欄に記載した。せん断接着力は6本の評価用サンプル30における平均値を示し、表2の「接着力」の欄に示した。
 また、破壊場所について、表2に記載した「膜破断」とは、高分子電解質膜10a自体が伸びて破断したことを意味する。すなわち、表2において「膜破断」と記載された実施例3の場合、高分子電解質膜10aは、光硬化型接着剤11と剥離しなかった。「シート界面」とは、フレーム用樹脂シート12の界面で剥がれたことを意味する。すなわち、実施例4及び実施例5の場合、光硬化型接着剤11とフレーム用樹脂シート12とが剥がれたが、高分子電解質膜10aは、光硬化型接着剤11と剥離しなかった。
3)長期安定性評価(接着剤硬化物の耐久性評価)
 厚さ50μmのフッ素樹脂シートに、表2に示したそれぞれの光硬化型接着剤組成物のそれぞれを、光硬化型接着剤として、アプリケータで厚さ100μmに塗布した。この表面から、405nmのLED光を、850mW/cmで4秒間照射し、光硬化型接着剤を硬化させた。次いで、JIS K6251(2017)のダンベル3号形の打ち抜き刃を使用してダンベル形状の接着剤硬化物を得た。
 接着剤硬化物のそれぞれに対して12本のダンベル形状の接着剤硬化物を作製し、そのうち6本は、23℃50%RHの部屋で1日以上状態調整した後、23℃50%RHの環境で、接着剤硬化物をフッ素樹脂シートから剥がし、接着剤硬化物に対して引張速度50mm/分で、引張試験機により、引張試験を行った。
 残りの6本は、120℃のイオン交換水に1000時間浸漬させた。浸漬終了後、付着した水を紙で拭き取り、23℃50%RHの部屋で1日以上風乾させた後、23℃50%RHの環境で、接着剤硬化物をフッ素樹脂シートから剥がし、接着剤硬化物に対して引張速度50mm/分で、引張試験機により、引張試験を行った。
 引張試験で得られた破断強度および破断伸びの値について、それぞれ6本の平均値を表2の「評価結果4」の欄に記載した。なお、破断強度については、単位を「MPa」で示し、破断伸びについては、単位を「%」で示した。また、破断伸びについて、熱水浸漬後の値を初期値で割った値(%)を「破断伸び維持率」として表2の「評価結果4」の欄に記載した。
4)評価結果
 表2から明らかなように、(A)成分であるPUA-1を含む実施例3~実施例5は、110℃水浸漬2500時間という過酷で長期の熱水浸漬耐久性に優れていた。特に、(A)成分を40質量%含む実施例3は、接着剤の界面が剥離せず、接着耐久性が最も優れていた(表2、「途中での剥離」が「なし」、かつ、「せん断接着力」が「膜破断」)。実施例4と実施例5も、高分子電解質膜10aとの接着力が0.5MPa以上あり(表2、「せん断接着力」の「接着力(Mpa)」)、接着耐久性が優れていると言える。
 一方、(A)成分を含まない比較例5は、110℃の水浸漬840時間後に水中で高分子電解質膜が剥離してしまい、(A)成分の原料である(a2)成分の重要性が示された。
 また、硬化物の耐久性(長期安定性)として破断伸びに着目すると、(A)成分の含有量が少ないほど良好であった。接着耐久性に加えて破断伸び維持率も必要な場合は、(A)成分とともに、構成成分として、(a1)、(f2)を含むウレタンアクリレート(すなわち、(a2)を含まないウレタンアクリレート)を併用することが有効であった。
 本開示の一態様の高分子電解質用光硬化型接着剤組成物及び積層体は、高温の水に長時間高分子電解質膜と基材(好ましくは樹脂シート)とが接合された接合部を浸漬しても、接合部が容易に剥離しない接着耐久性を有することから、燃料電池用の光硬化型接着剤又は燃料電池用の光硬化型シール剤として好適である。また、本開示の一態様の高分子電解質用光硬化型接着剤組成物及び積層体は、高分子電解質膜と基材(好ましくは樹脂シート)とが接合された接合部を、高酸素条件下のおける高温の水に長時間浸漬しても、容易に剥離しない接着耐久性を有することから、水電解装置用の光硬化型接着剤又は水電解装置用の光硬化型シール剤としても好適である。

Claims (8)

  1.  (A)成分:下記の(a1)成分、(a2)成分、及び(a3)成分を反応して得られるウレタン(メタ)アクリレート
     (a1)成分:末端に水酸基を有する水素添加ポリブタジエン又は水素添加ポリイソプレン
     (a2)成分:芳香族ジイソシアネート
     (a3)成分:1分子中に1個の水酸基を有する(メタ)アクリレート
    (B)成分:炭素数4~20のアルキル基を有するアルキル(メタ)アクリレート
    (C)成分:エポキシ化ポリブタジエン又はエポキシ化ポリイソプレン
    (D)成分:光ラジカル重合開始剤
    を含有する組成物であって、
     前記(A)~(D)成分の含有割合が、組成物全体を基準として、
    (A)成分:1質量%~70質量%
    (B)成分:10質量%~70質量%
    (C)成分:1質量%~20質量%
    (D)成分:0.1質量%~10質量%
    である高分子電解質用光硬化型接着剤組成物。
  2.  前記(A)成分の含有割合が、組成物全体を基準として、10質量%以上である請求項1に記載の高分子電解質用光硬化型接着剤組成物。
  3.  さらに、下記の(F1)成分を、組成物全体を基準として、1質量%~70質量%の割合で含有する請求項1に記載の高分子電解質用光硬化型接着剤組成物。
    (F1)成分:前記(a1)成分、下記(f2)成分、及び前記(a3)成分を反応して得られるウレタン(メタ)アクリレート
     (f2)成分:脂肪族ジイソシアネート
  4.  さらに、(E)成分として、湿式法により測定される体積平均一次粒子径が0.5μm~50μmのポリマー微粒子を、組成物全体を基準として1質量%~50質量%含む請求項1に記載の高分子電解質用光硬化型接着剤組成物。
  5.  (メタ)アクリロイル基を有する化合物の合計を100質量部としたとき、(A)成分及び(B)成分の合計が80質量部以上である、請求項1に記載の高分子電解質用光硬化型接着剤組成物。
  6.  燃料電池用接着剤又はシール剤として用いられる、請求項1に記載の高分子電解質用光硬化型接着剤組成物。
  7.  水電解装置用接着剤又はシール剤として用いられる、請求項1に記載の高分子電解質用光硬化型接着剤組成物。
  8.  第1の基材、請求項1~請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の高分子電解質用光硬化型接着剤組成物から形成される硬化物、及び第2の基材を備えた積層体であって、
     前記第1の基材及び前記第2の基材の両方又は一方が、高分子電解質である積層体。
