背景技术
纺织用纺织布需要经过编制、染色、裁剪以及缝纫加工等工序方可制作成成品服装进行售卖,染色这一工序是整个工艺流程中最复杂的一道工序,需要对纺织布进行湿润、漂洗以及多步上色操作方可完成,其中湿润这一步骤需要配合纺织用纺织布湿润装置来完成。
技术问题
现有的纺织用纺织布湿润装置在具体使用过程中存在以下不足之处:1、成捆整体湿润,湿润时间长;2、成捆整体湿润,湿润不够彻底且不均匀;3、湿润使用的水体中会掉落大量废屑,将纺织布从湿润水体中提取出会有废屑附着在纺织布表面,需要人工手动清扫,人工劳动强度大。
因此可采用一种新型的纺织用纺织布湿润装置来解决现有技术的不足之处。

本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在问题,而提出的一种纺织用纺织布湿润装置。

2:通过设置支杆、变向板以及毛刷,可对纺织布上携带的废屑进行刷除,使得纺织布在收卷之前保持表面清洁,无需人工手动清扫废屑,有效的降低人工劳动强度。
2:通过设置固定杆、弹簧干以及刮板,可对缠绕在布辊二上的纺织布进行压榨,尽可能多的压榨纺织布中携带的水体,有效的降低水资源的消耗,同时也可有效的降低纺织布重量,便于运输。
综上所述,本发明可使得纺织布完全被湿润,使其湿润的更加彻底均匀,加快湿润速度,还可对纺织布表面的废屑进行自动清扫,无需人工手动清扫废屑,有效的降低人工劳动强度,最后还可以压榨纺织布中携带的水体,有效的降低水资源的消耗,同时也可有效的降低纺织布重量,便于运输。

2、联动结构包括齿条33以及齿轮34,相配合的两个卡块30上均固定安装有一个齿条33,两个滑道上均转动安装有与对应齿条33相啮合的齿轮34,这样设置的作用是使两个相互配合的卡块30同时反向移动,无需单个逐个分离或卡合,加快支架2的与箱体1之间的拆卸安装速度。
3、支柱6上固定安装有固定杆9,固定杆9上固定安装有两个弹簧杆21,两个弹簧杆21上共同固定安装有一个与布辊二8相配合的刮板22,这样设置的作用是对缠绕在布辊二8上的纺织布进行压榨,尽可能多的压榨纺织布中携带的水体,有效的降低水资源的消耗,同时也可有效的降低纺织布重量,便于运输。
4、滑动机构包括滑槽、滑片24以及滚轮一25,固定板23上固定安装有两个滑片24,两个滑片24上均转动安装有多个滚轮一25,支架2上开设有与多个滚轮一25均相配合的滑槽,这样设置的作用是为了减小固定板23与支架2之间的摩擦力,使得固定板23滑动得更加顺畅,延长固定板23得使用寿命。
5、减重机构包括滑杆10、固定片26、螺母27、螺杆28以及抵块29,固定板23上固定安装有两个滑杆10,两个滑杆10与支架2之间滑动连接,支架2上固定安装有两个固定片26,两个固定片26上均转动安装有一个螺母27,两个螺母27上均螺纹转动安装有一个螺杆28,两个螺杆28与支架2之间均为贯穿滑动连接,且两个螺杆28与支架2之间为转动连接,两个螺杆28上均固定安装有一个与滑杆10相配合的抵块29,这样设置的作用是为了对支柱6进行固定,减小电推杆4上得承重,有效的延长了电推杆4得使用寿命。
6、两个滑道上均固定安装有一个与对应卡块30相配合的密封圈36,密封圈36设置的作用是为了对滑道内得个部件进行防水保护,延长各部件得使用寿命。
7、螺杆28上固定安装有蝴蝶片12,这样设置的作用是为了便于转动螺杆28。
8、电机14可采用YM-200电机。
9、电推杆4可采用Q200MINI电推杆。

支架2与箱体1之间的脱离:向靠近齿轮34的一侧按压其中一个卡块30,在齿条33以及齿轮34的作用下,使得另一个卡块30同时反向移动,直至两个卡块30均与卡槽分离为止,以此实现支架2与箱体1的分离操作。
运作流程:将布辊一7以及布辊二8均卡入支柱6上,使得布辊二8上的斜齿轮一15与电机14驱动端上的斜齿轮二16相啮合,然后控制电推杆4缩短,将布辊一7放入存有湿润水体的箱体1中,然后转动蝴蝶片12使得螺杆28转动,在螺母27的作用下,使得固定在螺杆28上的抵块29与滑杆10相抵,以此对滑杆10进行固定,接着将布辊一7上的纺织布端部拉出穿过毛刷19以及刮板22.将其缠绕在布辊二8上,然后开启电机14,将布辊一7上的纺织布完全收卷到布辊二8上,以此完成纺织胡的湿润操作。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种纺织用纺织布湿润装置,包括箱体(1)以及支架(2),其特征在于,所述支架(2)与箱体(1)之间通过卡合机构相连接,所述支架(2)上固定安装有顶板(3),所述顶板(3)上固定安装有电推杆(4),所述电推杆(4)上固定安装有连杆(5),所述连杆(5)与固定板(23)之间固定连接,所述支架(2)上滑动安装有固定板(23),所述固定板(23)与支架(2)之间安装有滑动机构,所述固定板(23)上固定安装有支柱(6),所述支柱(6)上转动安装有布辊一(7)以及布辊二(8),所述支柱(6)上固定安装有电机(14),所述电机(14)驱动端上固定安装有斜齿轮二(16),所述布辊二(8)上固定安装有与斜齿轮二(16)相啮合的斜齿轮一(15),所述固定板(23)上滑动安装有两个支杆(17),两个所述支杆(17)与固定板(23)上均固定安装有一个弹簧一(11),两个所述支杆(17)上均转动安装有一个变向板(18),两个所述变向板(18)上均固定安装有毛刷(19),两个所述支杆(17)上均固定安装有与变向板(18)相配合的限位块(20),所述支架(2)上安装有与支柱(6)相配合的减重机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织用纺织布湿润装置,其特征在于,所述卡合机构包括垫板(13)、卡块(30)、滑块(31)、滚轮二(32)以及弹簧二(35),所述支架(2)上固定安装有两个垫板(13),所述箱体(1)上开设有两个滑道,两个所述滑道上均滑动安装有两个滑块(31),每个所述滑块(31)上均固定安装有一个卡块(30),所述垫板(13)上开设有与对应卡块(30)相配合的卡槽,每个所述卡块(30)与箱体(1)之间均固定安装有一个弹簧二(35),相配合的两个所述卡块(30)之间安装有联动结构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种纺织用纺织布湿润装置,其特征在于,所述联动结构包括齿条(33)以及齿轮(34),相配合的两个所述卡块(30)上均固定安装有一个齿条(33),两个所述滑道上均转动安装有与对应齿条(33)相啮合的齿轮(34)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织用纺织布湿润装置,其特征在于,所述支柱(6)上固定安装有固定杆(9),所述固定杆(9)上固定安装有两个弹簧杆(21),两个所述弹簧杆(21)上共同固定安装有一个与布辊二(8)相配合的刮板(22)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织用纺织布湿润装置,其特征在于,所述滑动机构包括滑槽、滑片(24)以及滚轮一(25),所述固定板(23)上固定安装有两个滑片(24),两个所述滑片(24)上均转动安装有多个滚轮一(25),所述支架(2)上开设有与多个滚轮一(25)均相配合的滑槽。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织用纺织布湿润装置,其特征在于,所述减重机构包括滑杆(10)、固定片(26)、螺母(27)、螺杆(28)以及抵块(29),所述固定板(23)上固定安装有两个滑杆(10),两个所述滑杆(10)与支架(2)之间滑动连接,所述支架(2)上固定安装有两个固定片(26),两个所述固定片(26)上均转动安装有一个螺母(27),两个所述螺母(27)上均螺纹转动安装有一个螺杆(28),两个所述螺杆(28)与支架(2)之间均为贯穿滑动连接,且两个螺杆(28)与支架(2)之间为转动连接,两个所述螺杆(28)上均固定安装有一个与滑杆(10)相配合的抵块(29)。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种纺织用纺织布湿润装置,其特征在于,两个所述滑道上均固定安装有一个与对应卡块(30)相配合的密封圈(36)。
