Abstract
本发明涉及一种空间异型拱肋施工用侧向限位装置。该侧向限位装置包括限位机构(1),限位机构(1)包括至少两个相对间隔分布的限位工架(1-1)。该限位工架(1-1)包括设有定位斜面(1-2)的工架本体。本发明通过限位工架(1-1)的设置,对待安装的拱肋进行侧向限位,避免拱肋发生反转,继而可以保证拱肋吊装放置位置的准确性,同时可以保证拱肋放置的稳定性,方便后续拱肋的装配施工。
Description
本发明涉及拱肋施工设备领域,具体来说是一种空间异型拱肋施工用侧向限位装置。
在拱桥施工时,为了方便拱肋梁的施工,拱肋梁一般是由多段拱肋拼装而成;在实际施工时,一般是采用的吊装机构吊装各个对应的拱肋到达位置;通过拱肋与拱肋或者拱肋与拱座的连接最终拼装组成拱肋梁。
而拱肋在实际吊装时,当对应拱肋被吊装到设定位置后,一般就是直接放置在支撑装置上,而传统支撑装置只能实现拱肋的纵向支撑,缺少侧向支撑限位,而在实际吊装操作中,因为吊装时拱肋呈悬空状态,因为环境或者外力影响,拱肋在支撑装置上放置时容易发生转动偏移问题。
另外,拱肋分为异型拱肋,而异型拱肋下端面不一定为平面,所以拱肋放置时,可能会因为放置位置不稳定而发生偏移,进而会影响后续拱肋与相邻部件的对接准确性,最终影响拱肋梁的施工质量。
所以为了改善或者解决上述问题,就需要一种侧向定位机构来辅助技术人员实现拱肋的稳定放置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可以实现拱肋侧向支撑限位的限位装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种空间异型拱肋施工用侧向限位装置;包括限位机构,所述限位机构包括限位工架,所述限位工架包括工架本体,所述工架本体上设有定位斜面。
所述限位机构至少包括两个限位工架,两个所述限位工架相对间隔分布。
所述工架本体包括第一框架板、第二框架板以及第三框架板;所述第一框架板、第二框架板以及第三框架板;依次连接;所述第二框架板以及第三框架板分别布置在第一框架板的两端。
所述第二框架板与第一框架板之间还设有支撑框架板;所述支撑框架板一端与第一框架板相连接,另一端与第二框架板相连接;所述支撑框架板倾斜设置。
所述支撑框架板与第三横向框架相互平行设置。
所述支撑框架板两端分别与第一框架板和第二框架板相贴合。
所述第一框架板竖直截面呈矩形;所述第二框架板和第三框架板竖直截面均呈梯形;所述第二框架板包括第二板体,所述第二板体靠近第一框架板一侧设有第一限位斜面;所述第三框架板包括第三板体,所述第三板体靠近第一框架板一侧设有第二限位斜面。
所述第三板体远离第一框架板一端设有限定面;所述限位面为平面或者斜面。
所述支撑框架板包括支撑板体,所述支撑板体靠近第一框架板一端设有贴合斜面,所述支撑板体远离第一框架板一端设有贴合面,所述贴合面为平面或者斜面。
本发明的优点在于:
本发明公开了一种空间异型拱肋施工用侧向限位装置,本发明通过限位工架的设置,可以对待安装的拱肋进行侧向限位,避免拱肋发生反转,继而可以保证拱肋吊装放置位置的准确性,同时可以保证拱肋放置的稳定性,方便后续拱肋的装配施工。

一种空间异型拱肋施工用侧向限位装置;包括限位机构1,所述限位机构1包括限位工架1-1,所述限位工架1-1包括工架本体,所述工架本体上设有定位斜面1-2;本发明公开了一种空间异型拱肋施工用侧向限位装置,本发明通过限位工架1-1的设置,可以对待安装的拱肋进行侧向限位,避免拱肋发生反转,继而可以保证拱肋吊装放置位置的准确性,同时可以保证拱肋放置的稳定性,方便后续拱肋的装配施工。
具体;在本发明中所述限位机构1包括限位工架1-1,所述限位工架1-1包括工架本体,所述工架本体上设有定位斜面1-2;本发明公开的上述限位机构1主要是用于拱肋的侧向限位;在实际使用时限位工架1-1布置在待安装的拱肋,限位工架1-1起到很好的侧向限位作用,避免拱肋放置时发生偏移;具体,在本发明中限位工架1-1包括工架本体,工架本体起到很好的支撑架高作用,方便了后续支撑使用,另外,在本发明中工架本体上设有定位斜面1-2,定位斜面
1-2用于定位,在实际使用时,定位斜面1-2与拱肋侧面相贴合,进而实现限位工架1-1与拱肋的贴合使用。
进一步的,在本发明中所述限位机构1至少包括两个限位工架1-1,两个所述限位工架1-1相对间隔分布;这里设置两个限位工架1-1,在实际布置时布置在待安装拱肋的两侧,可以对拱肋两侧起到很好的限位作用;继而保证拱肋安装时位置的稳定性。
进一步的,在本发明中所述工架本体包括第一框架板11、第二框架板12以及第三框架板13;所述第一框架板11、第二框架板12以及第三框架板13;依次连接;所述第二框架板12以及第三框架板13分别布置在第一框架板11的两端;本发明通过上述布置方式,使得工架本体自身组成一个竖直截面呈三角形的结构,具有很好的自身稳定性,在后续使用时,工架本体抵靠在待安装拱肋侧面,起到很好的限定作用,避免拱肋偏移。
进一步的,在本发明中所述第二框架板12与第一框架板11之间还设有支撑框架板14;所述支撑框架板14一端与第一框架板11相连接,另一端与第二框架板12相连接;所述支撑框架板14倾斜设置;所述支撑框架板14与第三横向框架相互平行设置;本发明第一框架板11与第二框架板12之间设有支撑框架板14,支撑框架板14为一个加强板件结构;有利于增加工架本体的整体结构强度。
进一步的,在本发明中所述支撑框架板14两端分别与第一框架板11和第二框架板12相贴合;本发明通过这样的设计;方便了支撑框架板14与第一框架板11与第二框架板12之间的连接;同时,支撑框架板14与第一框架板11和第二框架板12相贴合;保证了支撑框架板14与第一框架板11和第二框架板12的接触面积,继而保证支撑框架板14与相邻部件连接的稳定性。
进一步的,在本发明中所述第一框架板11竖直截面呈矩形;所述第二框架板12和第三框架板13竖直截面均呈梯形;所述第二框架板12包括第二板体12-1,所述第二板体12-1靠近第一框架板11一侧设有第一限位斜面121;所述第三框架板13包括第三板体13-1,所述第三板体13-1靠近第一框架板11一侧设有第二限位斜面131;本发明通过第一限位斜面121和第二限位斜面131的设置;在后续使用时,第二板体12-1与第三板体13-1分别通过第一限位斜面121和第二限位斜面131与第一框架板11相贴合,保证了第二板体12-1和第三板体13-1与第一框架板11的接触面积,有利于保证第二板体12-1和第三板体13-1与第一框架板11相互之间连接的稳定性,另外;第一限位斜面121和第二限位斜面131贴合在第一框架板11上,起到很好的限位作用,使得第二框架板12和第三框架板13与第一框架板11面接触,面接触具有很好的自我限位作用,避免第二框架板12和第三框架板13相对于第一框架板11发生转动,减少第二框架板12和第三框架板13与第一框架板11连接处的受力。
进一步的,在本发明中所述第三板体13-1远离第一框架板11一端设有限定面132;所述限位面为平面或者斜面;这里限定面132为第三板体13-1与第二板体12-1的贴合面142,在实际使用时,可以第二板体12-1与第一框架板11之间的角度选择限定面132的设计方式,当第二板体12-1倾斜度较大时,第三板体13-1与第二板体12-1夹角呈锐角,这时要求限定面132为斜面;当第二板体12-1倾斜度较小时,第二板体12-1与第三板体13-1相互垂直设置,这时要求限定面132为平面,具体如附图所示,本发明通过上述设计方式,可以极大的增加本发明的结构种类,在实际使用时可以对不同拱肋不同倾斜角度的侧面进行支撑限位。
同理,在本发明中所述支撑框架板14包括支撑板体14-1,所述支撑板体
14-1靠近第一框架板11一端设有贴合斜面141,贴合斜面141的设置,方便了支撑框架板14在第一框架板11上的布置安放;而所述支撑板体14-1远离第一框架板一端设有贴合面142,所述贴合面142为平面或者斜面;本发明中上述贴合面142可以根据需要设计成两种类型的平面结构,主要目的仍是方便贴合不同布置角度的第二框架板12;继而方便在实际使用时可以对不同拱肋不同倾斜角度的侧面进行支撑限位。
显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

- 一种空间异型拱肋施工用侧向限位装置,其特征在于,包括限位机构,所述限位机构包括限位工架,所述限位工架包括工架本体,所述工架本体上设有定位斜面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种空间异型拱肋施工用侧向限位装置,其特征在于,所述限位机构至少包括两个限位工架,两个所述限位工架相对间隔分布。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种空间异型拱肋施工用侧向限位装置,其特征在于,所述工架本体包括第一框架板、第二框架板以及第三框架板;所述第一框架板、第二框架板以及第三框架板;依次连接;所述第二框架板以及第三框架板分别布置在第一框架板的两端。
